They told me one thing was wrong with it, but told my father another thing was wrong with it. So, I brought the car back for them to check and work on this new sound that started after they initially worked on my car, for the sound to still be present after spending another $2,000. They assured me the $2,000 would fix the new sound. So the last $2,000 I paid was a complete waste because I ended up having to get another car. I tried to speak with the manager/owner about this matter, but they ignored me. I requested a refund, whole or partially, and they completely ignored me. This felt like a situation of guess and fix. They blamed it on a faulty part. I wanted to trust these people, but when it came down to it, I paid them $5,000 to fix my car, which I ended up having to get rid of for safety reasons. I am still waiting on a reply to these messages, a month later.

In an earlier post, I reported about the botched up job that they did on my rear end differential…read more I had another mechanic look at my truck this afternoon and after jacking it up, taking off the tire, THIS is what we found! Raptor actually put two rusted, warped rotors on my truck without my permission. They never told me that this is what was needed. I was informed that they had to make sure that they found the best parts that were precisely calibrated for my truck because anything else would cause damage. Well, guess what? This is fresh writing on this rotor and there has not been any other work done to this truck since I got it last year. I am furious that they took $1600 of my hard-gotten money and gave me crap!!! Raptor Transmission warped the spindle which holds the rotor evidently when they were removing it from the rear end! This is causing my tire to shake and causing the rattling noises, the scraping sounds, and causing the brake pedal to jump up and down when I try to apply the brakes. Dangerous!!!! I found out that the spindle fits inside the rear wheel axel and there is no way to see if it is good or bad because you have to drop the cover and it's surrounded by a lot of fluid. Also, my gear shift has to be replaced because there is too much "play" in it when shifting which wasn't an issue before they got it. The gear shift has to come from the dealership as it is not sold in Auto parts stores! Was this worth $1600? I think not and I want my money back!!!!
