This is my sister's frequented nail salon in Pembroke Pines. Although everyone is great here, she wanted no one else but the owner to do her niece's nails. The one thing that needs improvement is their hours, as they aren't very accommodating for those of us who work weekdays till 5 or 6. But, they made the best efforts and stayed later for us. This is one of those places that you can't judge on location because there's no curb appeal. That said, the salon itself is elegant, the service excellent, and the nail artistry extraordinary. read more

My wife and I went to E&C nail salon today for two spa pedicures. They were able to fit us in and and allowed us to sit together. The salon is super cute and felt very clean, they had a moderate selection of polishes from OPI, DND and Essie. Their chairs didn't have a massage function but the pedicure was so good I'm still giving the salon 5 stars! They didn't bat an eye at us brining in a bottle of champagne so that didn't hurt either overall I recommend, it was a great experience for us. read more

Tried this place for the first time for a pedicure and wax. They did a good job with the pedicure but I wouldn't come here for a wax. The girl had no clue what she was doing. She put way too much wax on my face and then had a hard time taking it off I paid like $50 for the wax and at the end of the day, it was painful and I walked out exactly the same way I walked in. I was so upset but I was in a rush so I decided to pick my battles. read more

Having lived in West Pines essentially my entire life, I cannot adequately express my excitement that we FINALLY have an amazing nail salon in our backyard! Tucked away in the quiet Pollo Tropical shopping center, E&C is a hidden gem. The salon is beautiful- bright blues accented by classic white, silver, and grays. The prices are reasonable and the services are exceptional. Upon entering you are greater pleasantly and always offered wine, coffee, or water with lemon. They commonly have sweet treats for customers to snack on while getting the highest quality manis (acrylic, gel, dip) and pedis (the gel pedi looks amazing!). Most of the nail techs are Hispanic and never have they missed a single cuticle! Best of all, as part of their grand opening all services are 10% off through June 25th. For gel and dip I strongly recommend Ilianet, but you honestly can't go wrong with any of the ladies at E&C! I was at E&C for the first time yesterday. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. The manager made coffee for me with her Keurig brewer. I would have given a 5 star rating but this salon doesn't offer my regular brand of gel polish, Dazzle Dry. Also, the water in the foot bath wasn't hot enough and I couldn't talk to the nail technician because of a language barrier. read more

I'll preface this review by saying I don't know anything about nail salons, however, I bring my young daughter here to get her nails done when I cut my hair and they are incredibly nice to both of us and they do very nice work. Prices seem reasonable and the facility does look nice and clean and modern. The lady who makes the appointments is amazing. Good experience, visited them today for the fist time and I was very satisfied with my nails. I called in the morning to make an appointment and got one for 4:00 and they called me around 2:30 to let me know they were running behind 30 minutes. I noticed all the negative reviews were because of waiting time and by calling me it's clear they fixed their one problem. I gave them a chance despite the 3 stars and now I'm very glad I did because I found my new nail spot in west pines. read more

Very nicely decorated nail salon in west Pembroke Pines. We made 3 appointments that morning. When we got there, we were promptly served...didn't wait more than 5 minutes (the time it took to select a nail color). We were offered a choice of beverages the whole time we were there. The nail salon was clean and beautifully decorated. The nail techs were friendly and did a great job. I opted for a crystal pedicure, which left my feet feeling so soft. The prices were adequate. Heisel did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure I was well attained and went out of her way to let me know if my nails chip I could go back and she'd fix them. I have been going to this salon since it opened. A few times I was extremely disappointed at the amount of time it takes to finish an appointment. For a mani gel and a pedicure sometimes 2 hours. Right now I can officially say they are the worst nail salon in Pines, I had my gel mani done the other day before I left on vacation and the nail person Elizabeth did not dry the nails enough so by 3 hours they were peeling and terrible looking. The next day I had to go the day I was leaving on vacation to get them fixed! They were all still sticky. The owner of the salon dis not care about this issue so tells me they dont care about their customers at all. They fixed my 3 bubbly peeling nails (see the pictures) and did not offer anything for this huge inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and go to a business that appreciates their customers. I have taken 9 of my friends and coworkers there to do their nails since it opened, they just lost 10 customers. read more

My nail tech was amazing, unfortunately I don't recall her name. She's the only Dominican lady there though so that's who I recommend you ask for. As for the salon, cute place but super loud (not relaxing). I think it was one of the owners that was obnoxiously loud on her phone most of the time with her family members. Also, I wish I was offered any of the items most other people's reviews here state but that wasn't the case. Not even a cup of water lol. Not sure if I'll return and give it another shot. read more

Beautiful nail salon in west pembroke pines. I have been coming here since they first opened. They have all the colors you can imagine for gel and dip. They only use high end products which makes all the difference. They give complementary wine, coffee, tea, and snacks. My go to girls are Ilianet and Keisy but I know they are all amazing. Highly reccomend this place. They also do facials which I've heard are really good too. read more

I have been to this salon twice and each time there has been a problem with my appointment. The first time there was no one available when I got there at the appointment time, so they called someone who was out to lunch to come back. I waited about 30 minutes before she got there. She did a great job so I decided to go back. The second time I got there and was told by the owner that that the tech I made the appointment with wasn't available, but that there was someone else available. I wasn't happy about it, but said okay because I was already there. Someone should have called me before I arrived to give me the option to reschedule my appointment. The tech who did my my mani/pedi was mediocre at best. My tech and the tech sitting next to her felt quite comfortable making racist comments in front of me and the client next to me, which I found very unprofessional. I will not be back. read more
