I came in to get a full set of Acrylic Nails. Miss Sue was my technician and she was amazing! I tend to bite my cuticles, so sometimes I worry that the process of getting the nails will hurt. Sue was incredibly gentle with the tools as she did my nails. Her attention to detail was evident in the way she shaped and polished the nails - even the undersides. Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

Finally, by the grace of god, was placed with GINNY for my gel x manicure and now I will continue to come back only for her. She's sweet, talented, timely, and takes pride in her craft. Of everyone I've had, she is the only technician who has shaped my nails consistently, coming out even, thin, and makes sure it's to my liking and I can't forget to mention that they last at least 6 weeks each time before I get a refill!
