Ridiculous, in just 6 days my nails looked like this! Not to mention that they charged me for gel removal when I came with my nails clean. (I saw too late, after leaving the salon). Look at the pictures, horrible work! At my feet I have her to redo it, but I was running late to tell her to redo the hands.

This is definitely my favorite spa for a pedicure. It's clean, they use individual files, and wear gloves. The atmosphere is very calm even when they're busy. Must be the free wine lol Appointments are definitely recommended even if you call a fee hours ahead, walk ins are available but I haven't been too lucky with them. I usually just call ahead and they accommodate you.

Service was fine, I guess. I was offered a drink. Definitely up-selled me on the pedicure (don't buy it, the upgraded pedicure can't be any better than the cheapest pedicure... literally nothing special about the upgraded pedicure in any way). Manicure alone was $68 (without tax/tip) and the dip just bleeds together. I like the nail shape, but my hands weren't soaked and the hangnails were barely cleaned up.

You know.. i waited three times before posting a review. I want to love this place- it's right down the street from my house. However, every single time I leave thinking "it's just okay." I think I'm going to actually try another local spot next time. On a positive note, if you make an appointment they are great about honoring the appointment times. That's the best I've got that really is a plus about going here. Pedicure chairs are older and massage functions aren't all that great. They also do the big push to upsell your basic pedi. Not a huge fan of that. So the time before this I got gel nails and one hand was chipping before a week was up. It was OPI gel polish too- I've never had it chip that fast! This time I decided to just pay more and get dip in hopes it lasts longer. My girl left so much residue on the under side of my nail- I've never had that happen before either. If I'm in a crunch and they have an appointment I'll be back, but I would rather pay the standard prices at a salon that is in better shape and takes better care with their services.

Awful looking and overcharged. I tried to give this place another chance. I don't know what I was thinking! Complete waste of $71.

I've always been the nail salon slut. I've jumped around from cheap nail salon to salon whenever, to just get a quick fix. I never knew the value of quality until now. After my experience here, I no longer want to search around- I've found my true love. Aesthetics: This place is extremely aesthetically pleasing, and is grandeur in size. It gives you the classy vibe and is extremely organized and tidy. It smells clean and there are no complaints. Service: My goal coming here was just to get a quick manicure nothing crazy- just wanted to feel clean. Chase was my manicurist, and although he didn't speak so much English he was kind, and friendly when I asked him questions. :) When it came to his performance he was very neat and not messy. He was attentive to details and wasn't slow nor fast- a perfect medium. He offered me complementary water or wine but I kindly declined. :) This is probably a plus for many people though- haha. Price: Sure I can say all these things, but I'm sure what your curious about is the price point. I paid about $70 (not including tip) for a gel mani and gel pedi that will last me about 3 weeks. Worth it? Yes. *EXTRA* One nail chipped after three days so I went back, and they happily fixed it without question. This was honestly the point where I was impressed. They took care of me and wanted me happy. Thanks Tony, blown away by your customer service. :)

Used to be my go to nail place but will not return. I showed up for 5pm appointment and was only sat at roughly 5:45pm. My old gel nail was then only soaked for a 2-3 min and they SCRAPED the old gel polish off my nail) I opted for a simple manicured which ended up in smudged polish and uneven filling of my nails. Right side of my nails on left hand and left side of my nails on right hand were much more filled than other side, looking uneven. I returned 2 days later to have them fix the polish which smudged due to how thick it was and was unevenly applied was rudely lectured on how regular polish takes 2 hours to dry by 2 people and even another customer commented a polish should not look the way mine did. Although they did correct it, they only did with rude remarks and continued blaming me although nobody should be waiting for 2 hours for a regular manicure to dry. Overall $20 for a uneven manicure, a scrape instead of soak off and rude remarks. Terrible experience, hope service changes for the sake of others.

I went on 7/8 to get a dip mani and pedi. I had seen this place in the past when I went into the AT&T store next door. I must say I was impressed with the atmosphere. The employees were polite and engaged me immediately. The nail tech assisted me in locating the color i was looking for within the vast array of color palettes they had available. My pedicure was super relaxing and the wine was an added bonus. I will definitely be returning.

My first experience at this business and I am so happy. The whole experience was wonderful. As I was getting my fill and pedicure I saw them cleaning. I realize this might put some people off but I was grateful for it. In this day and time cleanliness is of the utmost importance. Everyone was so friendly, polite and professional. The have refreshments and are super accommodating to your wishes. My nails look exactly as I wanted them to look. After 4 years of floating around and going to different salons I have found my home. They offer many services from hair to lashes as well as nails. I really cannot say enough good about this business. As for the cost, I had an acrylic fill and Ceasars Pedicure. My cost was $75 including tips for my technicians.

3.5 hours to do mani/pedi!! Did not scrub feet Left acetone on too long Filed nails incorrectly and left too long Wrong tip shape Acetone stains on matte polish Nails not same length Polish not covering nails Did not use OPI onyx as requested

The guy that greeted me at the front desk looks like he hated his life, that should be a sign I shouldn't use their service. Nancy the manicurist is very aggressive during my pedicure and manicure. First she didn't offer me any drinks until the pedicure is done. Second she rushed everything in the process, she cut my toenails significantly too short in my left toe. She didn't exfoliate or scrub the bottom of my feet at all. During the scrubbing and massaging process she did everything in 10x speed and felt like she's trying to separate my legs from my thighs. Same with the manicure process, she rushed and aggressively doing it. My hand nails have clump gel and she didn't paint all the way. I paid the most expensive Hawaiian Orchid Pedicure combo with additional $30 gel and very disappointed with the process. I never had a very rough unpleasant massage on my legs until Nancy did it. This is very unfortunate since I'm new in town and looking for a nail salon that I can go regularly.

I did my research for months looking for a Black or Asian dermatologist in South Florida. I have…read morenever had any acne issues all my life and have only been to estheticians, however I've been breaking out on my chin for a couple of months now. I found this "dermatologist" with good reviews. Drove from Miami to Pembroke Pines for the appointment, paid out of pocket. Dr Thrower came in and scanned my face with a light microscope for all but 5 mins, left the room, and his assistant immediately started selling me HIS PRODUCTS! Never asked about my diet, stress level, hormones, sleep, or any real acne related issues! Everything happened so fast, I left the appointment with a $171 skincare kit that I will not be using because some of the ingredients are too harsh for my skin! My experience was so disappointing because I thought I was seeing a real doctor, not an esthetician! Don't recommend and won't be back!

They will ship out my missing products today -- at no additional cost. Excellent! Decent products, but be careful when placing an order for shipment. I paid for three particular bottles, but received only ONE this afternoon in the mail. I am in L.A., so by the time the package came, Dr. Thrower's office was closed for the day. I don't know what internal issues his staff is going through, but the receipt inside the box clearly reads THREE bottles. Why would someone only send one? I notified my bank, but will first try to resolve this issue with Dr. Thrower's staff. Has anyone else had this experience?

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a much-needed relaxing spa day at Gaia Spa, and it…read morewas a great experience overall. We booked the lowest-priced ritual package, which included a 60-minute massage (we upgraded to 90 minutes) and a 60-minute sauna session. The cost came to $288 before the tip, after applying a Spa Finder gift card. We tipped 20% for each masseuse, but the "Tippy" system they use for tipping added an annoying $1-2 service fee. It would be nice if they switched to a different system that didn't tack on this extra charge. The spa offers free parking, a delicious ginger shot upon arrival, Fiji water, and free locker access. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, calming, and peaceful. Our sauna session was scheduled for 6:30 PM, followed by our massage at 7:30 PM. The sauna room was spacious, and I managed to stay inside for the full hour, although my husband had to step out to cool off. The heated seats outside the sauna are a nice touch for those who can't handle the full heat. The only downside was that you couldn't play Netflix on the large TV in the sauna, so we ended up watching a movie on one of our phones. The hour flew by, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The TV does display a 10-minute warning timer, and we had to sign a form agreeing to be charged extra if we exceeded the time, so we made sure to leave with enough time to shower and put on our robes. The door to the sauna room didn't lock, which made us a bit nervous that someone might accidentally walk in. After the sauna, a male staff member was waiting outside for us and asked if we were ready for our massages. We quickly put our belongings in the locker, but when we were ready, he was nowhere to be found. We had to go to the front desk, and another staff member escorted us to the salt room, where we waited for about 10 minutes. We didn't pay extra for the salt room, and honestly, we were glad we didn't. It was relaxing, but neither of us felt any real benefit from it. Our massages started around 7:40 PM. The masseuses asked us which areas to focus on and then got right to work. The massages were incredible, with medium to deep pressure--exactly what we were hoping for. They targeted every area, even including our scalp and face, leaving us in a state of total zen. However, the massages were technically supposed to end at 9:10 PM, but when we checked the time afterward, it was only 8:55 PM. The spa does close at 9:00 PM, so we felt a bit shortchanged on our massage time, which was disappointing since we paid for the extra 30 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend the couples ritual at Gaia Spa. Despite a few minor issues, it was a relaxing and much-needed escape!
