I really wanted to like this place, it's close to my house very convenient but convenient doesn't always mean good, or cheap. They charged me $156 for nail set and pedi. Plus I left tip, because I always tip good. But just because you think I look like I have money, doesn't mean you can charge me a crazy amount for a job NOT WELL DONE. I had a nail appointment, everything was good until my nails came out mediocre because she couldn't figure out how to finish my nails. Her next appointment showed up so she started to rush and asking me if I could come back at a later time, or a different day... now why would I do that if I paid to get my nails done today, nonetheless my time. AND ON TOP YOU CHARGE ME THAT MUCH!!!? KNOWING the job wasn't well done they still charge me a crazy over the top amount. I have never spent this much on nails. On the contrary, another nail tech came to save the day & I'm thankful for her, but my nails still look BAD. I have a lot of patience but this took all of it away. The stars given on this review are for her and only her. They lost a good customer. I'm never coming back. read more

LOVE DINA ... If I could give 10 stars, I would! My manicurist is basically a nail magician Dina the best - I walk in with "disaster hands" and leave looking like I could star in a hand lotion commercial. The salon itself? Super clean, super cute, and so nice that I kinda want to move in. The vibe is relaxing but not boring - like spa zen with just enough fun energy. And let's talk prices... honestly, for this level of work, they could charge way more, but they don't (thank you, nail gods ). Bottom line: great nails, great vibes, great prices. Just don't book all the appointments before I do! read more

Ridiculous, in just 6 days my nails looked like this! Not to mention that they charged me for gel removal when I came with my nails clean. (I saw too late, after leaving the salon). Look at the pictures, horrible work! At my feet I have her to redo it, but I was running late to tell her to redo the hands. read more

This is definitely my favorite spa for a pedicure. It's clean, they use individual files, and wear gloves. The atmosphere is very calm even when they're busy. Must be the free wine lol Appointments are definitely recommended even if you call a fee hours ahead, walk ins are available but I haven't been too lucky with them. I usually just call ahead and they accommodate you. read more

Caesars was recommended to me by a co-worker whose nails always look great. My first appointment was with Kelly who is an absolute artiste!! Kelly introduced me to dip powder which I'd never tried before in the many years I've been getting my nails done. Let's just say that I will NEVER let anyone else do my nails and that I CAN NOT believe how incredibly long dip lasts and how beautiful my nails have looked since I started going to Caesars!!!!!!! read more

Service was fine, I guess. I was offered a drink. Definitely up-selled me on the pedicure (don't buy it, the upgraded pedicure can't be any better than the cheapest pedicure... literally nothing special about the upgraded pedicure in any way). Manicure alone was $68 (without tax/tip) and the dip just bleeds together. I like the nail shape, but my hands weren't soaked and the hangnails were barely cleaned up. read more

You know.. i waited three times before posting a review. I want to love this place- it's right down the street from my house. However, every single time I leave thinking "it's just okay." I think I'm going to actually try another local spot next time. On a positive note, if you make an appointment they are great about honoring the appointment times. That's the best I've got that really is a plus about going here. Pedicure chairs are older and massage functions aren't all that great. They also do the big push to upsell your basic pedi. Not a huge fan of that. So the time before this I got gel nails and one hand was chipping before a week was up. It was OPI gel polish too- I've never had it chip that fast! This time I decided to just pay more and get dip in hopes it lasts longer. My girl left so much residue on the under side of my nail- I've never had that happen before either. If I'm in a crunch and they have an appointment I'll be back, but I would rather pay the standard prices at a salon that is in better shape and takes better care with their services. read more

Horrible customer service. The owner Tony cannot ever admit that his products are old and not updated. My nails after one day turned from white to some awful yellowish color, trying to blame me instead of just making it right! TONY THE OWNER REFUSED TO PUT A NEW SET OF DIP ON! I will never go back there again, I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!! Enter at your own risk, if you find an issue you will never get your money back, or have Tony make it right!!! He makes every excuse possible not to fix it!!! Costumer is never right in that place....on my way now to a new nail salon, and spend my money wisely where I will get better customer service!!! read more

Used to be my go to nail place but will not return. I showed up for 5pm appointment and was only sat at roughly 5:45pm. My old gel nail was then only soaked for a 2-3 min and they SCRAPED the old gel polish off my nail) I opted for a simple manicured which ended up in smudged polish and uneven filling of my nails. Right side of my nails on left hand and left side of my nails on right hand were much more filled than other side, looking uneven. I returned 2 days later to have them fix the polish which smudged due to how thick it was and was unevenly applied was rudely lectured on how regular polish takes 2 hours to dry by 2 people and even another customer commented a polish should not look the way mine did. Although they did correct it, they only did with rude remarks and continued blaming me although nobody should be waiting for 2 hours for a regular manicure to dry. Overall $20 for a uneven manicure, a scrape instead of soak off and rude remarks. Terrible experience, hope service changes for the sake of others. read more

I've always been the nail salon slut. I've jumped around from cheap nail salon to salon whenever, to just get a quick fix. I never knew the value of quality until now. After my experience here, I no longer want to search around- I've found my true love. Aesthetics: This place is extremely aesthetically pleasing, and is grandeur in size. It gives you the classy vibe and is extremely organized and tidy. It smells clean and there are no complaints. Service: My goal coming here was just to get a quick manicure nothing crazy- just wanted to feel clean. Chase was my manicurist, and although he didn't speak so much English he was kind, and friendly when I asked him questions. :) When it came to his performance he was very neat and not messy. He was attentive to details and wasn't slow nor fast- a perfect medium. He offered me complementary water or wine but I kindly declined. :) This is probably a plus for many people though- haha. Price: Sure I can say all these things, but I'm sure what your curious about is the price point. I paid about $70 (not including tip) for a gel mani and gel pedi that will last me about 3 weeks. Worth it? Yes. *EXTRA* One nail chipped after three days so I went back, and they happily fixed it without question. This was honestly the point where I was impressed. I had stopped patronizing Caesars Nails &Spa, but since I was pressed for time, I went in on Thursday, February 29, 2024 for a polish change and pedicure. The nail technician was unfriendly, and acted as if I was bothering her. I felt a little rushed. For example, I chose a different color for my ring finger, but after seeing it on one hand, I didn't like it. So I informed the tech that I wanted to choose another color (just for the ring finger) he put another color on top of the first color instead of removing the old color. And when she finished the pedicure, she just got up, gathered her things, and walked off; no thank you or nothing. The tech usually helps me with my things and walks me over to the dryer. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

I went on 7/8 to get a dip mani and pedi. I had seen this place in the past when I went into the AT&T store next door. I must say I was impressed with the atmosphere. The employees were polite and engaged me immediately. The nail tech assisted me in locating the color i was looking for within the vast array of color palettes they had available. My pedicure was super relaxing and the wine was an added bonus. I will definitely be returning. read more

My first experience at this business and I am so happy. The whole experience was wonderful. As I was getting my fill and pedicure I saw them cleaning. I realize this might put some people off but I was grateful for it. In this day and time cleanliness is of the utmost importance. Everyone was so friendly, polite and professional. The have refreshments and are super accommodating to your wishes. My nails look exactly as I wanted them to look. After 4 years of floating around and going to different salons I have found my home. They offer many services from hair to lashes as well as nails. I really cannot say enough good about this business. As for the cost, I had an acrylic fill and Ceasars Pedicure. My cost was $75 including tips for my technicians. read more

The guy that greeted me at the front desk looks like he hated his life, that should be a sign I shouldn't use their service. Nancy the manicurist is very aggressive during my pedicure and manicure. First she didn't offer me any drinks until the pedicure is done. Second she rushed everything in the process, she cut my toenails significantly too short in my left toe. She didn't exfoliate or scrub the bottom of my feet at all. During the scrubbing and massaging process she did everything in 10x speed and felt like she's trying to separate my legs from my thighs. Same with the manicure process, she rushed and aggressively doing it. My hand nails have clump gel and she didn't paint all the way. I paid the most expensive Hawaiian Orchid Pedicure combo with additional $30 gel and very disappointed with the process. I never had a very rough unpleasant massage on my legs until Nancy did it. This is very unfortunate since I'm new in town and looking for a nail salon that I can go regularly. read more

Would definitely not come here again. I had a guy named ken he was very rough and clearly didn't know what he was doing. He added things to my acrylics without telling me they were extra. Only that the bling was $5 more. When I told the lady at the front that he never told me about the extra cost for the marbling I was told "you should have known that" I mean yes I should have but It was pretty rude to not even tell me. I paid $65 for crooked nails. 10/10 would not recommend! read more

In over 10 years of getting minutes done ranging from; regular polish, acrylics, liquid gel, gel polish, etc. This is the ONLY time I have been pleased leaving the nail salon. Tony did an absolutely amazing job on my dip Nails, they look beautiful and lasted 3 weeks. What impressed me the most is that during these 3 weeks: I moved, put up a fence in the yard and painted my house and the nails were in perfect condition. Did I mention I work in front of a computer, typing all day long as well? Will definitely go back. read more

Impromptu visit to the salon for the first time. Needed an emergency gel mani. Got there an hour before closing and usually other salons have a cut of time the manager told me to come right in without hesitation. My nail tech was Chantal! And she was absolutely amazing, convinced me to finally try Nexgen and explained the whole process along the way. Everything was finely sterilized and clean. The plus is that the salon didn't have an over bearing smell of acrylic. The staff was very attentive and cordial. Absolutely loved the experience will be coming back. UPDATE: So I have been going to Cesar's Nail and Spa for over a year now, and I have nothing but high praises for my nail tech Jessica! She is one of the best there especially for the Nexgyn technic. My nails are long, natural and beautifully done every time I sit with her. I have recommend this salon and Jess to everyone that compliments my nails. read more

I don't live in the area but my niece recommended it and I didn't regret it. First time took my niece and daughter for a girls day and they were treated kindly although they don't cater to kids. I met Jessica who was phenomenal. She was friendly and professional. I went back a second time to see Jessica, she did not disappoint helping even pick out a color for my nieces quinceañera. I paid for a pedicure and gel x removal. The entire time, my tech was being corrected by others. I am a nail tech myself, visiting from another state so I am very understanding, but things were off from the beginning. I came in with a friend and my pedicure was started 10 minutes after hers, since I was getting nail removal also. My pedicure was finished before hers and we paid for the same service. Again, my toe nails were left all different shapes and completely different from when I walked in. My hands still have gel on them and my cuticles are all ripped from the e-file. The gel wasn't even scraped from my nails, her fingernails were used to somewhat pull them and scratch it off and then the e-file was used. In the end, I had to leave to get to another appointment when she was "done" and could not ask for it to be remedied. read more

I love this place. they talk through about your nails and give you good recommendations it's a very family type of vibe everyone's talking when your getting your nails done. the customers around me had there own person like they knew eachother for years. my nail guy gave me a free sprite to drink and let me pick out my colors he took 2 hours to do my nails and spent a lot of time perfecting and shaping them. i love this place read more

This salon is beautiful on the inside. This is my 5th time here. However, only a few people get offered a beverage. Which is a part of the customer service atmosphere they claim to have. The work is horrendous. I would pay $5 for this pedicure and it's $32. Save yourself the headache. Unless you want to look at a pretty chandelier for your money. Go elsewhere. read more

I was in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure and I thought they did a good job for a reasonable price. For a manicure + pedicure, it will cost you $40 -- I'm used to paying ~$30 in SF and NY, but $40 wasn't terrible and I needed something I could do a walk-in for. This place is in the SilverLake shopping center so it's convenient if you're getting other errands done, and there is ample parking. The inside is huge and has tons of pedicure chairs and lots of places for them to paint your fingernails. They have TVs, chairs that have massagers built in, and a bar so you can order drinks. They also have free WiFi, just ask them for the password. The person doing my nails did a thorough job; I was pleased with how my nails turned out. They only have one person doing your feet and then they will do your hands afterwards, so the timing is a bit on the slower side; I'd budget about an hour or so for them to a mani + pedi. I was a in a bit of a hurry, so I don't think I was able to get as much time / attention as I would have liked on my hands, but they still turned out well. Overall, a great experience. Slightly higher price than I'm used to paying for, but not outrageous, and slightly slower in terms of how long it takes, but they do pay attention to detail, so props for that. I would come back here again if I were in the area, and would recommend this place! read more

The first time it took double the time because they put on a polish that was old and it did not set well so they had to repaint my nails. I told her my husband gave the tip in cash ... He gave $10 each and they looked at the $10 like it was diseased. To start, you've got one person doing pedicures one person doing manicures, and that's IT. The place is huge, around 18 pedicure chairs and everything is very nice I will give it that. Very nice chandeliers as well. IF ONLY THE SERVICE WAS AS NICE AS THE PLACE. The nail tech did a HORRIBLE JOB she literally gave me the fattest French tips, it looks like my nail was dipped in white halfway through, then she made my toes an oval shape when i said I wanted square. So I tell her nicely if she could fix it, so she proceeds to make it thinner by painting more nail polish the color of my nail to try to cover it up. I ended up with 5 coats of nail polish. Needless to say, how in the world can you have such a rookie doing nails, place is horrible!! Don't even bother wasting your time and it costs $30 for a regular pedicure where I could've gone to venetian nail and spa in pembroke gardens that was fantastic and only $25 for a regular pedicure. venetian nail and spa have a large clientele and are always busy unlike this dump. From the front desk until I got my service done it was awesome. Dina took care of my nails and she did an exquisite work ( I was heading to my sister wedding and she even match the color of my nails with my dress) and the pedicure was really relaxing and even completed with a Chardonnay special treat on the house as part of an special promotion they have running for Labor Day. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.
