Since we were two of their first 10 shoppers- we got our hats for half off! It was meant to be ! I absolutely love my hat. It's green, with a burnt orange strip, peacock feather and gold silk interior. I walked around town with it on and got a ton of compliments! My new hat has given me confidence! I am officially a HAT LADY My hat was around $170 ish as it is customized and I choose what I wanted on it :) It's wool and fitted to fit me perfectly. Such a great price! If you've been wanting a hat too, you should treat yourself and go get one! My hat is absolutely what I wanted and now I want another one ! I can't recommend enough!!! I think their concept is so cool. You are creating a hat that's unique and also something that's you. Since being to their new location I have made two new hats which I can't wait to wear. I did create one specifically for an event I am going to. I will be coming back to create more hats.

I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more…read moremade. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!
