We were shopping around at different stores for a nice large suitcase and a backpack for hubby, and we found exactly what we needed at amazing prices here! Nothing else really caught my eye but I was thrilled to find both items in one trip here. I also opened a Ross credit card and saved an additional 10% which was a real nice bonus with 5% off future purchases. I lost an item in the dressing room and called back within 30 minutes to ask if someone could check for it. I gave exact details about where it would be because I had seen it on the ground myself and simply forgot to grab it after trying on clothes. The manager told me he had already checked the dressing rooms as they had just been closed and that it wasn't there. When I asked if he could please look again, he hung up instead of putting me on hold. I called back and was placed on hold until no one returned, so I hung up & drove back to the store. When I arrived and asked for the manager, he came over and immediately asked, "Were you the one who called about the AirPod?" I said yes, and he responded, "I found it in there. It was on the ground." At that point, about 20 minutes had passed since our phone call, and no one had called me back to let me know it had been found. I don't understand why the initial response was to argue with me about whether it was there instead of simply checking again, nor why there was no follow-up call once it was found. I got racial profiled by a transgender here due to had multiple sets of clothes and I walked out and put the number back myself as I was walking away they asked to see the clothes still I gave it to them then they accused of me stealing a t shirt. I was like are you serious ?? I told them I did not take anything yet they check me she stared me up & down and said it's a ok with an ugly look and attitude. I walked away & stayed quiet. Really disappointing customer service. As soon as I walked into the store, I was told--very abruptly--that they were closing. I politely mentioned that the hours listed on Google Maps were incorrect, simply so they could be aware and update them for future customers. Instead of listening, the staff insisted that I was looking at the wrong store or even the wrong day. I remained calm and respectful the entire time and explained that my intention was just to help by pointing out the error. The posted hours on Google show 9:30 AM-10:30 PM on Thursdays, while they claimed the store closes at 9:30 PM. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or thanking me, the employee became rude, repeatedly telling me I was "NOT right" and dismissing my explanation. I even let them know I was leaving and reiterated that I only wanted to be helpful. The response I got was to "call Google" myself. I'm happy to help correct the hours--which is exactly why I'm posting this--but there was absolutely no reason for the rude attitude. Basic courtesy goes a long way read more

I was pretty horrified at my experience at this Ross today. I went in shopping next door from TJ Maxx and when I went to try on clothes, was asked to show my receipt from TJ Maxx as the person who was working the fitting rooms went through my bag of merchandise from TJ Maxx. I've never stolen anything in my life and was absolutely humiliated and will never shop at a Ross again. I already called corporate and this is not policy. Be aware when shopping here that you'll be accused of stealing. read more

Yes!!! They have what I was searching for!!! I've been hitting up these stores in search for a particular household item and they actually surprisingly had one. 1 was good for now! In any case, these stores usually give me anxiety but this location seemed a little more organized than others. It's definitely a busy location compared to others...which explains why, they had more of a selection. read more

A pretty standard Ross, but much more messy than other locations I've been to. Shoes, blouses, skincare strung along the floor. Staff was friendly. Place could use some tidying especially because it's in a rather upscale location. read more

Probably has to be one of the most disorganized ROSS stores I have seen. There was no care or attention paid to organization. I grabbed a pack of plain white tee's because the price was good and when I got home and opened up the packaging one of the shirts had a hole in it. I cannot imagine who doesn't love to shop at Ross, a savings of 20- 60 percent off compared to department stores. I was here on a mission to purchase my niece a gift for her losing 10 pounds on weight watchers. I remembered that when I seen her last, that her handbag was looking pretty worn. I was in search for a fabulous brand name handbag for her. I found a Tommy Hilfiger purse that originally would of sold for 58.00, and I got it for 18.99. A Ross store like any other but better. -Clean -Organized, everything's not thrown everywhere -Slightly more selection than I have noticed from other Ross' in the area I picked up satin pillowcases for $3, LA Colors and Sally Hansen nail polish kits for 5.99, men's dress shirts under $16, gourmet carousel of teas for 3.99, olive oils for $3. You can pick up some really nice purses for $40. I know this is more specific but while browsing I saw a lot of Buddhist statues, mirror boxes with the statue on it etc, all good things for your altar if you're a Buddhist that you would end up paying an arm and a leg for at a spiritual or specialty shop. They had 15' figures for $8 and the mirror boxes were only $10! You would spend $80 elsewhere. This location does not have a very large food selection like some of the other stores, but it makes up for it in other ways. read more

Every time I come to this Ross in Gilbert the cashiers seem very short and rude. This is the first time in months since I've been here and the guy was not gentle with putting my candles on the counter. When he said have a good day he said it very unhappy and when I said I hope you have a better one he just said wow. Really Ross get people that want a job that's happy to work. There is no doubt that there are bargins to be had at Ross. You can find great things in their housewares department if you need to stock a kitchen or just need some new utensils. You can find great bargins on kid's clothes as well as adults clothes. Luggage, lingerie, pj's, fragrance, handbags and shoes oh my! This location is particularly clean and organized. I have been to Ross stores that were a complete mess and shopping there was more work than fun. I have been to this location several times and I will continue to go back as long as the management keeps up the good work with the organization. read more

I always find clothes I love here but I also found all sorts of cute things for my new apartment here (which is hard cause I'm kind of picky) and this is pretty much always where I go first to find gifts for friends. Don't buy from here unless the price is fantastic and you're sure the product isn't defective because if you buy, it's defective and bring back they won't take it back. Their response is it's defective what will we do with it. They're also sticklers on returns even if you have a receipt. There's many other stores that will not give you a hard time on returns. For a store like Ross try Bealls. Much better quality items, great prices and fair return policy. Also have a senior discount day like Ross. read more
