Patricia immediately stepped in with kindness, empathy, and incredible customer service. She had us in and out in under 10 minutes, made the entire process effortless, and got us into a super comfortable car so we could continue our trip to Tahoe without missing a beat. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in helping customers during stressful situations. In a world where great customer service feels rare these days, Patricia was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, professional, efficient, and truly caring. Enterprise is lucky to have her. Thank you again, Patricia!

She chose to rent from…read morethis Enterprise in Fairfield, because the one in Vacaville did not have any cars available (we live in Vacaville). We rented for 1 week Saturday 1pm to Saturday 1pm) because we weren't sure when her car repair was going to be completed. The rental process was easy, booked online and then, go pick the car up. When we arrived there were 2 employees working the desk with customers, but we were greeted and told they will be with us once they finished working with current customers. Once they confirmed our reservation, we were taken out to the car, did the walk around, signed the rental agreement and paid for the car. They charge a $300 deposit which they will refund nice you return the car. The car was clean, but did not have a full tank of gas (only around 1/3 tank), but was told to return with that amount of gas. When we got home, my wife noticed that there was a keyfob for another car in the center console storage (we had rented Toyota Corolla and the found keyfob was for a Volkswagen Jetta). My wife's car repair was completed on Wednesday, so she returned the car around 5pm. She had read on their website that we would only be charged for the days rented and she also called to confirm that policy, but when she returned the car, she was told that she will still be charged the full amount of 1 week's rental because she returned it after 1pm (rented on Saturday 1pm, now Wednesday 5pm), so it would be considered a 5 day rental and after 4 days they need to charge a full week's rental charge. Well she was not told that when she called and nowhere on Enterprise's website did it state that. My wife does not like to argue, so she just left as she needed to go pick up her car at the dealer before 6pm. I feel that is very sketchy business practice! Next time we need a rental car, I will just go to Hertz just down the road as I have rented there before a few times without any issues. You may want to do the same thing as Enterprise at this location seems to have sketchy business practices. The Enterprise in Vacaville is very well run and seems to be much more honest!

She puts my rollator on the sidewalk at my house. I thank her. She says Have a great day. I said You too. Thought nothing of my ride afterwards. I get a email some hours later. They said I'm being charged a damage fee. I contact Lyft to ask for what damage. They claim the driver said I spilled something on the seat of her car. I said No. I had no food or drink with me. There is no way I spilled something in her car. They text me a picture of the mess. I said I don't feel the charge is fair. They say they stand by the picture as proof I did the damage. I went around in circles for hours with different customer service people. Who did not want to understand. I did not have any food or drink with me to cause that mess. In the same I contact PayPal my method of payment on Lyft. They said they'd look into this. I'm up to the point I demand a supervisor from Lyft. One gets on and is talking to me. They put me on hold a few minutes. In the same time PayPal messages me saying I will get a full refund of the charge and for the ride too. It will bump back to my credit union account by the 27th. I see the tracking for it saying Refund pending till my credit union processes it. The Lyft supervisor gets back on. They said Since I have had no trouble in the past with them. They will let me have my refund. I said I already got it from PayPal. I don't know how they can side with a driver who clearly seen I did not have any food or drink with me on the ride. I think another rider caused the mess. The driver never noticed it right away. They now do when I was riding. So they assume it's me who made the mess. I fought this to the bitter end. I'm glad I stood up for what I felt was right. I blocked that driver on the app. I'll never be pared up with them again.

Well I don't rent from Avis very often.....in fact this may have been only the 4th time I have…read morerented from them in the past 15 years. This particular location was odd because it was inside a Sears Auto Center. The Customer Service Rep we talked to was somewhat pleasant but she reminded me of why I don't do business with Avis on a regular basis. Let me start by saying the only reason we booked this car was because we wanted to have a backup in case my sister-in-law's car was not up to our satisfaction. Well as it turned out it wasn't so we decided to rent a car and the rate was awesome......only $102.00 for a 4 and half day rental. We reserved an intermediate car and were lucky enough to get a brand new Volkswagon Jetta with only 63 miles on it. Now because it was new the agent wanted to make sure we really took care of it and was talking about how there would be a 250.00 charge if the car was returned "Excessively Dirty" I was like what are you talking about it is a RENTAL it doesn't matter how a rental comes back as long it is not damaged or you don't smoke in it etc.....She also said there would be a $10 a gallon charge for gas if we didn't bring it back full. I was thinking who charges that.....because it is usually only a buck or two more than the local area gas stations. So needless to say she was very concerned that with this being a new car that we take care of it.....including having it detailed if it got to dirty. Let me say under no circumstances that I would ever have any RENTAL car detailed. I even had to go back and ask about floor mats and she pretty much gave me a used one for my side and a towel for the passenger side. So it seems to me if she was concerned about the car so much there would have been at least some floor mats for the new carpet in the car. So her response after all of that was well "it is a rental so it will get dirty but anything within in reason is fine" I was like whatever. So again this is why I don't rent from Avis and if I can avoid them I won't be renting from them again unless I get a VERY GOOD rate. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!!!

My last trip, however, changed my mind about the company completely. While driving on the freeway, I got tire pressure warning lights, followed by a loud flopping and then a scraping sound. I pulled over on the shoulder with cars flying by at 70 mph. It was dark and frightening. I stayed buckled in and called Zipcar for help -- but what followed was worse than the breakdown itself. The customer service team, clearly based overseas, seemed to have no grasp of the situation I was in. They repeatedly told me to get out of the car to inspect the tire and look for a spare, even after I explained I was on a dark freeway shoulder in the middle of the night. Their focus was on ending the trip and assuring me I wouldn't be charged -- not on my safety. Eventually, with no clear plan or updates from them, I accepted a ride from a stranger just to get off the freeway -- something I would never normally do. Thankfully, he was just looking for gas money and not worse. Hours later, I got texts saying a tow truck was coming, and later that the car had been towed. None of that was communicated to me while I was stranded. Maybe the car wasn't maintained properly, maybe it was just bad luck -- but what's certain is that Zipcar's customer service is completely unprepared for emergencies. I'll never use them again, and I'll warn friends and family to avoid them too.

But this last time, it was heavy traffic and a really bad car caught on fire completely and traffic was backed up 30 minutes to an hour. I tried to call and let them know that but they didn't care whatsoever. So, they charged me $100 plus the hours that I used, too, and then, they suspended my account without letting me know when I was tried to go to my account and pay for the cost. I called and there were no English specialists or customer service agents that I could understand. I asked them questions but they didn't even answer my question clearly. If I am suspended, how long am I suspended for? 6-8 weeks? Forever? Like give me more information than, "this is a final decision and it can not be reversed". That's not an answer to my question at all. Then, you guys still want me to pay but I can't even continue to use ZipCar after that. That's a waste of my hard work money that I earned. Ever since I started using ZipCar, it's been problem after problem with their own property, I was stuck out in the heat for 3 hours because their ZipCar wouldn't even start. I had to call customer service and they had to transfer me to a technician just to work on their own stuff for them when they could have sent someone out. If I am suspended, they could have said, "6-8 weeks like they do with car accidents" which I think is crap. If a late person can impact another member so can a car accident can impact another member. If you guys can suspend someone who had a car accident for 6-8 weeks, you can suspend a person who is late for 6-8 weeks. At least give them some type of clear explanation instead of the crap, "final decision and can't be reversed" nonsense. That's not my question. HOW LONG WILL MY ACCOUNT BE SUSPENDED FOR?!? 6-8 WEEKS??? A MONTH??? A YEAR??? INDEFINITELY?!? LIKE SERIOUSLY?!? DO ANYBODY HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENGLISH?? At least, give people a chance to pay for their balance instead of closing their account. That's how you lose CUSTOMERS!! Duh! I'm not going to keep calling ZipCar because they give me bullshit answers anyways! Gives me more motivation to fix my own broken down vehicle even quicker now. Thanks, ZipCar for your poor customer service and lack of information!

My hunt for a limo service felt defeated as hardly any local companies still offered traditional limos and def wouldn't budge on 4-5hr+ minimums. I reached out to several and pleaded my case for a shorter rental and was rejected by everyone besides A1. Although they do have a minimum hour rental they made an exception to make our son's birthday wish come true. We got a great rate, perfect friendly service and one happy kid who felt SO cool on his limo ride. I'm so thankful for them for helping me make this happen and would recommend them for any special event needs. communication prior to service was top tier which I found was severely lacking with the other companies I was in contact with. Once they arrived at The Asian Art Museum in SF and he dropped them off, he texted me and sent a photo of them heading up the stairs and let me know they had arrived safely. He asked me to share his work phone number with the kids so that they could call him once the dance ended and they could find him just in case. He reassured me that they did not have to rush as well. He had them back home by 11:40 pm safe and sound. The kids said he was great. I have Life360 on my son's phone and I was checking just to see where they were going to and from Prom and he was driving safe and the kids said he drove safe. They all had a great experience and said he was very nice. I highly recommend Sunny and A-1 Limo Service. Thank you for being apart of their Prom experience! They had a great time.

I have rented with them over the past 8 years, countless times, with no problems until this one. When leaving the airport with the rental, we advised the Avis employee at the gate of the issues we were faced with (smell, trash, and between half and a third tank of gas. The employee said she would document this. We took her at her word as she is an employee with Avis. So much for that. Apparently, there was no documentation at all regarding the issues we had! Today, I received a letter from Avis telling me that they are charging me $450.00 for cleaning because it was not clean! I have never had even 1 issue with the return of any rented vehicle/ I don't smoke cigarettes or weed! This is absolutely unacceptable! They got their vehicle back way cleaner than when we picked up the van.
