So, I have been a member of many gyms over my lifetime. I use to live in LA and have been a member at high end gyms all the way to your middle of the road. The same goes for here in NE Ohio. I will honestly say I am very happy with The Natatorium. The customer service I have received has been great, the gym and locker room has always been clean, the equipment has always been functioning properly and the people have been pretty cool making it a great environment to get a good workout in. I really love the fact that this facility has a wide array of machines, free weights, Hammer Strength equipment, basketball and racquetball courts. I also love that there are many stations where you can squat and also a place to deadlift which I have found in the past has been frowned upon in some gyms. Another plus is the fact this facility has an upstairs with tons of cardio equipment, an ab area and a track that you can choose to walk or run. Just pay attention to the lane that you are suppose to be in and the direction it changes daily. I almost forgot about the steam room and the pool area if you want to take a dip or swim some laps. When your workout is done you can buy some smoothies, sandwiches, coffee and açaí bowls at Sandy Bottom Bowls. I have purchased a few items and they have been pretty darn good. My favorite is the PB@A Bowl. Make sure you get one of the cards and get it stamped at every purchase. I believe after 10 items you get a free bowl. So far I am very happy with The Natatorium and look forward to many more epic workouts. Thanks!

Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there! I couldn't be happier- I highly recommend Rex Brown and The Place in Medina Oh.

Since 2021, we have worked with them for regular maintenance, service calls, questions about balancing chemicals, purchasing supplies and more. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. They offer a free service for you to bring in a sample of your hot tub water and they analyze it in the store and tell you exactly what chemicals to add. That was immensely helpful when I was getting the hang of the new hot tub. I highly recommend this business. They stand by their product and provide support to the customer for years.

It was 7 years in and obviously been rooting for years, but it was out of warranty by 2 years even though water was getting in from the outside shell they wouldn't work with me. I talked to people in the hot tub business and they felt that they could have worked with us to get a replacement at a discounted price, but this is not what happened. I purchased a different brand. i had been an customer for over 7 years. weekly maintenance. service was decent until last year…read morewhen two of their employees could not get my pool clean of algea. the person they sent alec, was very disrespectful and made comments to his partner that i could not distinguish between dirt and algea. i know what algea is..... i have owned this pool 35 years. he started making fun of me and rude comments. i called his superiors that did nothing. finally a general manager got back to me and sent two other guys. after a month the algae finally cleared up. this year i asked for the same people that replaced alec. instead they sent alec who showed up today with the same attitude as last year. i called and told brent the service manager i never wanted him back again. he said we only have one person serving the west side. really???? a big company like that? i pay my bill the second it comes, and i have given them so much business year after year. he basically said take him or leave him. at that level we agreed to end this arrangement. they have rude employees that don't know how to get algea out of a pool and the service manager is very rude as well. glad to be done with them. i would never go with this company. karen oneal
