Unfortunately I am unsatisfied with this body shop, although I've been coming here for years enough is enough for businesses like this who don't put their consumers first. They don't communicate optimally in the beginning nor the end. A simple communication would have made everything simple about damages that were existing that I wasn't aware of and instead communicating to my insurer. After my friend and I experienced a terrible hit and run incident we were referred to this Geico approved body shop. Although there was damage to the grill and the front driver's side, the car was still drivable (no fluid leaking, no air bags deployed etc). Therefore our main goal was to determine the estimate to exterior damaged portions. But after getting an extremely high estimate that Geico was not pleased with and were not willing to pay, the shop decided to list the vehicle as totaled. I am unsure how they are considered to be an approved body shop or truly allowed to be in business at this point. Their business practices appear to be extremely shady. Just because they are not willing to negotiate on pricing with an insurance company they are partnered with, does not give them the right to list the car as totaled when it is drivable. Following various second opinions, we found a shop that is willing to repair what is needed for a reasonable price. Two other shops looked at the car personally and disagreed with the total ruling & were pissed off for me. These shops agreed that E&J are extremely overpriced and charged for unnecessary things. read more

My insurance company made me an appointment with E&J auto I was actually scared because of some of the reviews but my experience wasn't bad at all. They work directly with enterprise so if you need a rental you literally have nothing to worry about you pick up and drop off right at the shop. So when I went to drop my car off there wasn't a long wait someone came out to talk to me I got a phone call just about everyday to update me on the status of my car which was great. I did have a mix up which was my insurance company's fault I guess but the issue was resolved quickly. My car was ready a week early and it looked as good as new which was great. I would definitely take my car back if I had an accident. Oh and it's a lifetime warranty!!! read more

Extremely poor work! Geico recommended I bring my car here for repairs after a minor fender bender. I thought that since Geico recommend this place it would be of a higher standard. Wrong! Avoid this place at all cost even if your insurance company advises you to go there. Reasons why you should avoid this establishment. 1. Poor Work/Repair- After getting my car back I noticed several spots that were peeling and scratched. TPMS light came on immediately even thought they said they fixed those issues. 2. No Follow Through- After taking my car back they said they would fix the issues but still no callback. 3. Stealing/ Losing Items- I noticed they lost my rim lock and when I brought it to there attention they refused to replace it or reimburse me for the cost. I cancelled my Geico insurance! From the recommendation of Geico, my Hummer was taken to E & J Auto Body. From Ashley at the front desk to Christi, the Geico Adjuster, my experience was great! The young man (whose name escapes me) that completed the initial estimate was professional and fun to work with. The automatic text messages although inaccurate was nice to receive. On June 1st, I called to get the status of my truck. I was on hold for a long time. But, Ashley came back with the information I asked for. Today, June 3rd, I picked up my Hummer and, was disappointed. Not towards E & J but, because my brush guard had been discontinued and that the body shop had put a replacement guard on my truck. It is not the body shops fault that the part is discontinued. It would have been appreciated if I was called and informed of the guard the shop had ordered to put on my truck. I more than likely would have said, No Thank You!. I must say, when Christi saw my disappointment, she not only worked to smooth the matter, but she went above and beyond to make sure I left E & J Auto Body as close to satisfied as possible. Not only did Christi take my disappointment seriously, she was professional and very apologetic. She let me know that customer satisfaction is key! This was my first time at E & J Auto Body. The professionalism and great customer service I received will definitely bring me back as well as recommend E & J Auto Body. I had a car wreck, and since this is a Geico approved shop, I chose to take my vehicle there because they also have an Enterprise right on the premise. The shop looks a little sketchy from the outside but the lobby is nice. The front desk staff is decent with the exception of one snippy young chick. She seemed to have a problem with every question I asked as if I weren't spending any money there. Once I asked to speak with someone else, I was cool with the customer service. Regarding my repair- they did a GOOD job. My car was ready a day earlier than planned, it didn't smell funny, and there weren't a ridiculous number of extra miles on my ride. They took the time to "detail" the inside to cut down on some of the dust from working I assume, that wasn't the best job- but hey, they tried. My car was also washed and waxed to a shine. If I had additional body work not covered by insurance, I would honestly consider going back. They were fast, effective and efficient with my vehicle repairs. read more

This place lacks great customer service. While they do a great job of completing the job, they do not have the best communication skills in advising their customers about the estimated time of completion for their work. In addition, you have no clue who is the manager of this place and are left talking to the sassy front desk girl who is okay but ditzy. This place really needs to step up their customer service skills because they are truly unprofessional! I had to call multiple times about my car after the 'expected date' was not met. When I came to retrieve my car, the body work was fine but when I drove off, I realized I had no audio. In addition, after contacting the office (who politely asked me to bring back the car), I passed over a speed bump and something underneath my car popped off. It turned out to be a part that was not screwed in properly. Then of course Ms. Front Desk wants to tell me how they felt 'rushed' in getting me my car back, when they ten days later..ten days!! First impression was lasting impression. I was actually referred by my agent to this body shop and I decided to call them today to get an estimate for repair of my Jaguar. I called the office in the morning and asked if I could get a same day estimate. Lady receptionist confirmed and asked me to come by and see Jamie. Arrived at the shop and waiting patiently for 20mins as potential customer. I told the reception if Jamie was busy, I could come back another time. Lady receptionist looked at me, stood up and walked to the back room and fetch the estimator, Jamie. Finally, she came out of the back office and met me. She apologized and stated that she was busy handling another estimate. I told her that I could come back another time if it would help. We went outside and she visually inspected my car. I told her that I would pay out of pocket but she was adamantly suggested that I should go through my insurance instead because it would be easier. The impression I got from this shop was that they would rather deal with insurance company than deal with the customer directly who can also afford to pay as much as the insurance. I do agree with the other comments. Lack of Customer Service indeed. BBB here it comes. read more

I had to take my 2014 Taurus to E&J after sustaining substantial paint damage from letting some neighborhood kids clean the snow off of it the snow storm before this last one $4000+ worth of damage, I won't say how my adjuster from geico treated me, but I will say his treatment of me as a geico customer was sub standard but I will address that issue with geico, after getting the run around several times by my adjuster which culminated in me walking from home to retrieve my vehicle only to find out it was not ready as my adjuster said it would be, the manager named mike seeing how upset I was sat and conversated with me then went and got the owner and they both explained to me why it took 15 days to get my vehicle back and they both apologized to me, then mike gave me a ride back home to wait for my vehicle to be finished, then came back to pick me up when my vehicle was ready, the young lady behind the desk gave me a very slight attitude when I arrived at first to pick up my vehicle but in the end she was very courteous to me, all in all it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any business, my hat is off to these people at E&J auto body, I recommend them highly to anyone! read more

Excellent customer service at E & J Auto Body. My family has used their service four times and each time they have exceeded my expectations. My first time using E & J I had just got into an accident and I was worried about using an auto body shop that was not recommended by the Mercedes dealer. Geico assured me the quality of the work would be just as good and would come with a warranty as long as I owned the car. My Mercedes was a few years old and black in color and E & J matched that paint perfectly. I haven't used any other shop since. My family has been there a few times since then and they make sure we are satisfied each time. I highly recommend them. read more

Since this is a approved Geico shop and isn't far from my residence I thought this may be the way to go - WRONG!!!! Let me start from the beginning. I was rear ended from a gentleman that has coverage w/ Geico, so his insurance is paying for my car to get repaired. Cool. So I take my vehicle and they have Enterprise on site. Extra Cool. A $100 deposit was held on my credit card for the rental and I was on my way. It took a couple of extra days to get my car back because of the snow. Cool. I went to pick my vechicle up - it was washed and vacummed, however, my whole bumper was not repaired. The Geico adjuster said since the damage occurred to the right side they were only responsible for where the accident occurred. I explained to the adjuster before I was rear ended there was NO damage to my bumper other than a couple of paint chips - THAT'S IT!!!! So after a couple of days I was able to speak w/ the manager and was able to return it to have the entire bumper repaired. Cool. So yesterday, I went to pick my vechicle up and noticed on the front right fender paint was chipped and my lower light was cracked - what in the what???!!!!!! I spoke w/ the manager and he said they took pictures when I bought the vechile in and would call me today. He also would need to speak w/ the Geico adjuster. I am sooooo tired of dealing w/ E&J. Oh and I had to call to ask was my vehicle ready. I received a 'yes Ms. it's washed and ready, waiting for you'. So why hasn't anyone called me to say so???? This is my first experience dealing w/ an auto body shop and I am completely disturbed. Is it because I'm a female??? UGH!!!!! I would not recommend this place to the birds!!!! read more

On April 12, 2017 I had a 8:30am appointment at E&J Auto to drop my car off for repair. Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice and checked me in properly. I was 15 mins late but the receptionist didn't state that would be a problem. While waiting for the Enterprise rep to complete the task which clearly was a priority on her phone a gentleman walks in and asked for her assistance. She asked the gentleman to have a seat and then asked me if I was waiting for a car rental as if I was sitting there for my health. After introducing myself I stated that I was and she asked me for a reservation number. I stated Geico should've handled all that and she stated I needed to call to find out and get the reservation number as appose to her doing so. Once I retrieved the reservation number the Enterprise rep was in the process of helping the gentleman and a lady which I assume this to be the Geico adjuster asked me if I was who I was and I stated yes. She proceeds to say since I was late she can't process my car and if she does she will have to fit me in but she didn't know when! ( MIND YOU NOBODY WAS IN THE LOBBY EXCEPT THE GENTLMAN GETTING THE RENTAL!!!!!) My car damage was very minor and it would've taken her 5 mins, so as appose to helping me she agreed with me stating i'll just reschedule! Not one time did she ask if she could see what she could do or even take a look at my car to see exactly how long it would actually take! Mind you she didn't have anyone in her office at the time so she could've taken the time out to help me yet instead I took my business elsewhere!!!!
