When I made the decision to purchase the pup it was 8:45 PM on Saturday 6/14. I had not talked to my friend yet, but thought maybe she would be able to help me, unfortunately she had former plans. Besides that I live alone and had to find a pet sitter if I went anywhere on a minutes notice, and there were several other factors to consider to my not being able to jump immediately. That you never disclosed such urgency, was completely inappropriate and certainly changed our agreement. It was never mentioned in the contract that you sent me the next day. Last month, I inquired about the dog and decided no since I was dealing with an elderly Doberman with heart issues, that had some pretty hefty vet bill. So not to discuss but immediately threatened to increase expenses on the puppy purchase did not feel justifiable or amicable. Driving seven hours round-trip and several hours in the dark with a new puppy after 10 hours in the airport was not a reasonable choice for me. Also, I was willing to pay for the dog in FULL, before even picking her up. You can your justify your behavior anyway you want but a reasonable breeder would've worked out a solution that was doable for both parties. So basically you and stole my $50. Say what you want this is a Despicable act and almost as despicable as talking about someone's deceased sister on a posting regarding a business transaction. Absolutely horrific !!! Keep the $50 and put it towards some business coaching and maybe some therapy. You're a thief and not a nice person. Leave me alone or I'll report you.

We adopted our puppy from here at 11 weeks. She had been brought up from a kill shelter down south…read morewith her brother and had been with them for about 2 weeks prior to adoption. They did a wonderful job with socializing her and starting her off on training. The facility itself is beautiful. It's very clean and well staffed. We were able to spend time with different puppies out in the main area, which gave us the chance to see how they did with other dogs, people, etc. We probably spent two hours there and never felt rushed into making a decision. Highly recommend!

Went there looking to adopt a dog that hadn't fully been posted yet and we were greeted right away and asked us what we were looking for in a dog and showed us all the dogs that she thought would be a good fit. Ended up adopting this little guy and they've been absolutely amazing to deal with. Very clean brand new facility, they've put a lot of money back into this shelter to give the animals the best care they can have while waiting for adoption. 10/10 would recommend and would adopt from them again without a second thought.

My dog was seen on 04/11/26. A cytology was performed and he was diagnosed with both a yeast and…read morebacterial infection. I was prescribed Mometamax. A follow up appointment was scheduled, on the day of the appointment, the office staff called and asked if I could give up my time slot for another family as they needed to euthanize their animal, which of course I did. No one ever called to reschedule. Fast foward, my dog has another ear infection and I called the vet to ask for a refill for the medication. I was first informed by an Office Manager, not the vet, that I would need to bring my dog back to determine if it was bacterial or yeast infection. Why would that matter since it was both last time and I was prescribed this medication? I asked to speak with a vet, someone who has medical training. I was informed someone would call me back. More than 24 hours later, no one had called. I called the office again and was informed the vet would call me back "in between appointments." Once the vet finally called back, she spit out the same rhetoric as the officer manager. I explained my dog was traumatized the first time and was not having the same procedure done twice in a two month period. Just looking to make money off poor suffering animals.
