Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Despite the fact that their team originally installed both the furnace and air conditioning unit, when I called their service number on 10/23 /2025 I was informed that they would not dispatch a technician to address a complete heating failure--solely because I did not contract with them for the annual maintenance checkup. This decision is not only unacceptable but also irresponsible, especially considering the circumstances: * There is currently no heat in the home. * Two senior citizens reside in the household, both of whom are vulnerable to cold temperatures. * The forecasted temperatures for the coming week are between 40°F and 50°F, posing a serious health risk. As a home owner, I understand the importance of service agreements and preventative maintenance. However, denying emergency service to a long-standing customer--particularly one whose equipment was installed by their company--due to a lack of annual checkup participation is both unethical and contrary to the principles of customer care and safety. So, if you need to replace your furnace or A/C, I highly recommend you look else-where for a more compassionate company.

They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. As far as the value that I paid for the service, which I thought to be a little pricey, it was fair I guess. I would definitely use 1-800Plumber + Air again and would request Dylan to be my tech.

Had heard good things about Auburn so I called when we felt the house wasn't cooling down in this…read morehot weather. The service tech was able to come out the next day. He said the AC had no Freon, and the furnace's interior was very rusty. He got me in touch with the tech who writes up the estimates. He came by, told me about my options and warranties, and maintenance plans. I paid him half the cost of everything by credit card. The installers were out on Saturday, two days later! I didn't get a call that they were on their way, but I knew they would be here between 8-9 a.m. 7:55 they pulled in, and I was waiting. The guys went right to work. They had a lot of new equipment, and removed the old stuff. We had an AC unit and new furnace with thermostat installed. The guys were very neat and quiet, and cleaned up the basement and the driveway. Everything went well. I totally recommend Auburn H-VAC.

Jim was very thorough during the sales process and reassured me he would do whatever was necessary to work with the warranty company. He followed through with his promise and even negotiated double the reimbursement from the warranty company than another contractor had. I know it was time consuming for him but he never complained. Two other contractors I had out previously, continually expressed their dislike for working with warranty companies. Although I understand the difficulty, I found their complaining very unprofessional. After the sales process I called Ber's to compliment Jim and the owner himself called me back to tell me he was grateful for the feedback. The installation process was smooth, the communication was clear and timely. They were very clean, using tarps to cover their entire walkway throughout my house. The job site inside and out was left spotless. They completed the work sooner than projected. Overall it was a great experience and their price was right in line with the market. Ber's came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them.

They did so and charged us $625. $200 more than our regular plumber. And no senior discount. On Saturday, the drains started popping and gurgling again. When I called on Sunday, I was told that they would call me back on Monday morning and the work should be warranted. I ended up calling them on Monday because I didn't hear back from them. I was told they did not warrant their sewer work and they would charge us another $425! A company that doesn't stand behind their work is not trustworthy. We are senior citizens and need our water! We cannot flush the toilets without severe gurgling in the drains. We can't shower without the toilets gurgling. We have to call another plumber because I will not give these people any more money, especially if they won't warranty their work!
