He said the a/c portion was filled with oil and had lost all the refrigerant. Waited 6 days for them to turn estimate into the home warranty company. By this time it is 30 degrees at night and I have no heat because it is a combo unit. Warranty company denied claim because the estimate said they could not diagnose it because it was too cold out to run it. What? You can't run a unit filled with oil and with no refrigerant in it. Had to call another company that came out the same day that confirmed the unit was filled with oil and the compressor was shot. He didn't need to run it. Had an estimate the next day.
