The technicianarribes and said there was a leak and filled it up (approx $40 worth). He then suggested we check for the leak. When asked for the price he said it wouldn't be much but wasnt sure how much. He spent less than 15 minutes looking for the leak (which he did not find). He then went to his truck (I assume to call the company). He came back with the quote, $215! We were not informed that the service call money would not apply to any of the bill until it was time to pay. We went ahead and paid (obviously a mistake). We contacted the owner over a month ago who was supposed to get back to us...still waiting. Predatory billing

The charge $335 which I thought was a little excessive just to snake a sewer line. We paid it and I said well that gonna fix it. On December 29, they had to come back out because the same pipes were backed up again. They charged her another $300. I thought that was a little excessive and when I asked about it, Tammy, the owner said you're more than welcome to take your business somewhere else, Well, that's what I'm going to do and I suggest if you're reading this review, you might want to think before you deal with these people tell me an attitude of arrogance. Looking at the reviews below, I'm assuming I'm not the only one that's having this issue and their arrogance!!!

I never heard from them, no quote nothing, I reached out again to her and still no reply. Pretty much ghosted me!!! So, I turned my business to Rite Temp out of Marion, within a 10 day period from, on site quote, to replacement, tested and running, I am very impressed with Rite Temp.

They're already more expensive than most of their competitors in this area and this is the garbage service they give? Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else.
