I was told a faulty module could cause many of the electrical issues and advised to wait until it was replaced before reporting additional problems. It fixed nothing. Later, salesman Shawn Bowers blamed me for not reporting issues sooner, despite me following the guidance I was given. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've spent an additional $3,768.41 out of pocket, even after partial reimbursement from the dealership. Most recently, I had to replace the battery because the car is now stalling and revving at idle. Communication has been terrible. Shawn was extremely difficult to reach and constantly had excuses. He promised to call me back about helping with repairs and never did. This experience has caused my family major stress and financial burden. They are a cash only lot that seems to specialize in used cars that are older than 2 years old. Just what we were looking for. We were looking at used Toyota Camrys with over 100,000 miles and Mike showed us two good options and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the car we chose, including letting us take it to our mechanic. My family has been shopping for a used car for a couple weeks. We've been using Craigslist, AutoTrader, Cars.com, etc etc and visiting small dealerships and meeting private parties.
