Shortly after delivery, I discovered the steering wheel controls didn't work, multiple dashboard warnings appeared, the AC and heated seat didn't work, the car still shook while driving, and the "repaired" windshield crack was still visible. I paid for an independent inspection, which confirmed repairs were needed. I was told a faulty module could cause many of the electrical issues and advised to wait until it was replaced before reporting additional problems. It fixed nothing. Later, salesman Shawn Bowers blamed me for not reporting issues sooner, despite me following the guidance I was given. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've spent an additional $3,768.41 out of pocket, even after partial reimbursement from the dealership. Most recently, I had to replace the battery because the car is now stalling and revving at idle. Communication has been terrible. Shawn was extremely difficult to reach and constantly had excuses. He promised to call me back about helping with repairs and never did. This experience has caused my family major stress and financial burden. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against buying from CarSmart.Net.

They are a cash only lot that seems to specialize in used cars that are older than 2 years old. Just what we were looking for. We were looking at used Toyota Camrys with over 100,000 miles and Mike showed us two good options and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the car we chose, including letting us take it to our mechanic. My family has been shopping for a used car for a couple weeks. We've been using Craigslist, AutoTrader, Cars.com, etc etc and visiting small dealerships and meeting private parties. We've had several people lie straight to our faces about salvage titles, hidden accident damage and just outright lies about the condition of the car. There is nothing more frustrating than driving an hour one way to see a car and getting there only to see that the hood is wrinkled up or the headlight is hanging out after they just told you on the phone that it had never been wrecked. Not only wrecked but not even fixed. Needless to say it's been a frustrating and time wasting process. Dealing with Mike was not only a great experience, it was a relief. They didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! I will certainly bring all my business to Christian Brothers in the future for everything they can repair! Side Note: I also needed my oil changed and already purchased a K&N Oil filter long with 10 quarts of 5w30 Euro Full Synthetic oil, they changed my oil and only charged me $25 when the Fast-Oil joint down the street was going to charge me $45 for the exact same service!
