After he scolded the worker for leaving it on the floor, I questioned the safety of my tire. I was told it the bulb was plastic and for me not to worry about it. Then the high pressure salesman came at me to add the suggested transmission fluid change for $200+ (down to $180'ish with his discount code). I told him no, the dealer cost for the Honda 25k service was $225 and included the oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. He told me multiple times that I was wrong, telling me I must have misunderstood the dealer. I found that to be VERY disrespectful to me as a woman. I was at the Honda dealer and received a written quote. I know it was right bc I had the convo with them personally. I have used Valvoline for years on multiple vehicles in two states. I'm new to Alexandria however after this treatment l, I will NOT be returning to Duke street or maybe even to Valvoline for that matter.
