For someone who doesn't know much about cars (but researches everything!), I'm glad to have found this shop through Yelp and Google! Thank goodness for legit reviews. I was in need of an inspection and emissions test for my car, and this shop was one of the only ones that opened past 5 p.m. It's great they open until 6 because not everyone gets out of work that early. When I spoke to the shop owners on the phone, they were gentle, kind, and straightforward, saying I could come right away for an appointment. When driving here, you have to go around the back of the shopping mall strip to find it. It's a little hidden. You'll see it in the back corner fit with the tiniest patio table/chair and fruit trees out front (cute!) in the middle of all these cars. For the price - they're open and clear about what you can expect when you discuss what you need on the phone. At the shop, there are signs that show how much it costs, so you know what to expect up front. I waited within the shop for my car to be ready (about 30 minutes). It was cold out, so I couldn't wait in the patio. It's too bad there isn't a coffee or food shop that is close to it to leave the premises. But the Springfield shops are not too far from here. They took great care of my car and made sure I had all the documentation I needed to show the DMV. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! They changed the oil on my BMW in april. I no longer live in Virginia and cant take the vehicle to the shop. I simply requested them to find a shop in my area that they trust to fix the damage. They refused and stated that I had to take the vehicle back to them. That's a 29 hr drive from where I am located. The owner refused to acknowledge the work they had screwed up and saying anybody could have done it. They were the last ones to touch that drain plug. Find a different shop. I swerved, hit a curb and blew out the right front tire and I was sure I had destroyed the car - then this guy just drives by with his kid in the car and says he owns a shop. Says he'll get a tow and have it fixed by tomorrow afternoon. For some reason I gave this guy my keys, took his business card and let him have my car. He called me the next morning, told me the damage - basically the same amount he quoted me on the street - and did my emissions - all while keeping me informed and being extremely helpful.
