It was rejected (horn was broke duh.. should've checked that..) but I decided to have it re-inspected somewhere else after having a garage go over it. (Merv's garage is great). First I had to swipe my card for the gas, but after loading, it (the POS) told me to go to the cashier. The cashier told me that my payment is not made, so I need to give my card to her. She took it and swiped it again. In my bank statement, I found that I have been charged twice. Now I called him, they said they will call me back later after figuring out what happened. Didn't hear anything from them, then I called after two days. This time they said that, I need to take the bank statement back to them with bank seal so that they know that it was authentic. They cannot check their transaction list, since they have too many transactions. I need to travel back to them with that piece of paper. They were very rude and didn't even say sorry at all.

Pricing is fair and quality of work is superb. Great communication between the shop and front desk as well. They provide detailed pre and post inspections. If they offer a service and feel like is overprice talk to them and they will find a way to work with something more managable. In our experience, we decided to go somewhere else to get our brakes done and the quality and pricing was a complete failure from the other place where we decided to get the service from. This resulted in wasted time and broken parts from something that was supposed to be "cheaper." But because of their detailed pre-inspection both times that the car came in we were able to get this resolve. I felt like Premier Auto were pretty transparent from the beginning, especially with being a woman, there is always the fear of being taken advantage for this reason. I highly recommend this place.
