After now finishing Invisalign for the second time in my life, I finally have the smile and bite I've always dreamed of after trusting Aspen Orthodontics. I had received Invisalign treatment through my family dentist during High School. While I was happy with the appearance, I couldn't stand my bite. "Invisalign is focused on the appearance rather than the bite" was what I was told after mentioning it. Since I hated my bite so much, I eventually stopped wearing my retainers just so they'd shift back to a more comfortable position. Unfortunately several years later, I was back to square one with my smile. I wanted to give it another try as an adult and after researching, I made sure to go through an orthodontist this time and came across Aspen Orthodontics. Dr. Matthew Hunsaker has been very attentive to my concerns with my smile and bite along the way, and they were always swiftly addressed. The office experience has been great all throughout and the staff has been very kind and easy to work with. 1.5 years later, I now have a perfect smile again but with a very comfortable bite. Wearing my retainer won't be an issue this time! If you want an office that will help you get it right the first time, I highly recommend this office. read more

Dr.Hunsaker is very knowledgeable and thorough. My son was happy with his visits. I did have some complications with billing but I'm confident it will work out and it was only the very last bill one we had a challenge with. They were available often for routine visits but availability wasn't as open once we got into the maintenance phase. read more

We are new to Aspen and my son is getting his braces on today. Everyone here is so nice! The open room with the dental chairs decorated with snowboards and music playing is very cool! Really relaxing atmosphere! I would definitely recommend Aspen!!! I wish my ortho office was this cool when i was a kid. read more

4 months in and my teeth look almost perfect! There has been so much movement it's amazing. The orthodontist says the last months are just for minute fine tuning, but still! I wish I would have sucked it up and done this earlier. Also, I still look cute :D read more

I've been seen at this office now for a little less than two years for my adult braces. The staff was amazing and I love how often you see the doctor on each visit. It makes it feel like he really cares about your treatment and making sure it is done correctly. If I had someone to refer I would do so in a hear beat. On our first visit to Aspen Orthodontics, we were very impressed when we walked in the door. Not only is it a beautiful office, but we were greeted right away and both receptionists introduced themselves to us. They made us feel very welcome. Every staff member treated my 7yr old daughter very well and made her first visit to an orthodontics unforgettable. Ann was amazing! She ensured that we understood everything that she showed us, walked us through the treatment and other programs and was just such a pleasant person to talk with. They have a really awesome token reward process for their patients. You can earn tokens each visit by doing things as simple as wearing their t-shirt to each visit, brushing your teeth well, plus much more. You can earn great prizes if you have a specific amount of tokens! They truly care about their patients and are very understanding when it comes to payment for their services (ex. very reasonable payment plans). When we were going for consults, Aspen wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the cheapest, but they were the most thorough and conveniently located. The front and back office staff is very friendly and helpful and often on time or within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment. The staff is great! However, rescheduling is always very difficult. They book pretty solid in the summer and my husband and I have rotating work schedules, which makes it hard to plan 6-8 weeks out. read more
