I have two daughters who transferred services from the West Valley and Young orthodontics has been a positive and professional experience. Having worked in the medical field I understand when transferring to a different orthodontist office there is always a greater cost because of patient plan, consultations x-rays etc. As a parent who has just completed orthodontia work as well, my two teen daughters have received excellent care and the skill of the office staff has been phenomenal. Dr. Aubrey Young is knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her. Well other offices may be "cheaper" you'll get what you pay for and will not receive a comprehensive treatment plan. read more

I went for the braces and am being wowed by the way they embrace their patients, even more. Thanks, Marne, Kelsey and Jamie - these are among the first smiles that greet me on any given visit. Their upbeat energy is appreciative. I've been wearing braces since April 2018 (6-months to date) and the journey has been quite pleasant. Yesterday I approached Dr. Young with an issue: my braces were installed on a plan to have double jaw surgery in 8-months and I have had a change of mind. I wanted to know what my options were. I didn't know how my change of mind would be received or if Dr. Young would have even understood my reasons why. I thought it would be appropriate to write a review for Dr. Chamberlain's office after our third month of orthodontics for my nine-year-old son. Being as how my wife and I both had our braces as teenagers in the 1980s we had many visions our heads about how painful an ordeal having your teeth straightened can possibly be. It seems that the technology has come forward a quantum leap and we are very pleasantly surprised at how forward thinking the technology has become. More about the doctors office. We knew that we were inevitably going to need to have our son fit with braces and we are recommended to Dr. Chamberlain's office from our dentist, Red Rock Dentistry in Chandler. It turns out that the recommendation for Dr. Chamberlain's office could've come from one of dozens of our friends whose children have realize the benefits of his organization prior to us finding them. As my sons teeth were still in the process of coming in and his mouth was still forming our introductory meetings at Dr. Chamberlain's office were more of the getting to know us and the way that we view orthodontics as a whole. They greeted us and gave my son a thorough exam and laid out a timeline and the options for us. This process actually started nearly a year before we started he actually had an appliance fitted for his mouth. Another thing that we appreciate is all of the very friendly technicians who have worked with us and with my son. They've all been very positive and of course have reinforced the long-term outlook of what his smile would look like after all of this is done. I also had very pleasant experience with his business staff and they have been very flexible to work with our insurance companies as the providers have changed a couple times over the past year. All in all I give this organization a five out of five stars and look forward to how amazing it will be to have his face up on the beautiful smiles board. read more

DO NOT chose Aubrey Young (Young Orthodontics) as your choice for an Orthodontist. She lacks the ability to communicate effectively with her adult patients and speaks to them in a demeaning way as if we are only five years old...Shameful manners and disrespectful!!! If she communicated better with her patients, then I would not have to redirect her staff into providing better care of my teeth and orthodontic treatment. She listens very little to your requests and concerns for how you want the outcome of your smile to look. My teeth look terrible after two years of treatment and my TMJ has gotten worse. Instead of discussing patient issues in private, she unkindly and humiliatingly spoke of my case in front of other staff members and other patients (lack of privacy). Very rude. She then took out her anger and our lack of communication out on my teeth while putting the wires back on my brackets, she was extremely rough, as if she wanted to hurt me on purpose, very scary. Now my teeth and gums are very sore and hurting. She is not a very kind or caring physician. Her professional kindness and courtesy is just a mask for her true unpleasantness. This is your warning...Her backlash to any disagreement in your treatment will be taken out on your teeth. Be WARNED: her sincerity is completely FAKE!!! She does not know the meaning of SINCERITY. She is in a position of control and power and weilds it heavily with little regards for her patients voice. If you have money to spend on beautiful new teeth, DON'T COME HERE!!! I made that mistake and now I'm paying for it dearly. You have a choice when choosing a great orthodontist for your care. Choose wisely and avoid Aubrey Young (Young Orthodontics), choose someone else, ANYONE ELSE. I'm limited on funds, but you are not. Don't make the same mistake I did and regret your decision. I am now unable to afford a treatment plan transfer to any where else. I have no option but to complete my treatment with this horrible excuse of a human being. I have to wait at least two more years in order to have the money to re-start my treatment all over again with another orthodontist. read more

Dr Chamberlain is always so thorough each visit with our daughter. He knows her mouth is still developing and he is not too aggressive with her treatment. He gives it the time needed in order to achieve the best result. From the front staff to all the assistants we are so impressed with this office. Would not consider going elsewhere! I believe it's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for. My daughter finished her braces here (transferred from Florida) & I had to get a personal retainer made but the results are good. The staff is friendly and with two locations, it's convenient. read more

I recently posted a negative review on this office because my child needed something that had popped out of her braces fixed as they were causing discomfort, and both branches of this dental office were closed for a whole week. I was unhappy that she could not be seen for over a week, especially since there seemed to be many people on staff at any time we've visited. On the very next day, Dr. Chamberlain called me to follow up & he set up an immediate appointment to take care of the problem. Chamberlain Young Ortho seemed fine until I inquired about transferring my son to their office. I was already a patient and asked about breakdown of fees (retainers, etc...). Sara became defensive, rude, and accusatory when I asked for an explanation and transparency. I was not trying to negotiate or dispute any of their fees, I simply wanted to know what they were so I could budget accordingly. This is a big investment. It was so awful the way I was treated at my appointment for simply asking how much services/products cost. I was so stunned and upset, I just wanted to leave. I didn't feel comfortable continuing care, so I requested to transfer out. The amount of money they said I was to be refunded was not accurate. After weeks of dealing with this horribly stressful situation Dr. Young was FINALLY able to account/breakdown my full refund, instead of using fuzzy math. They were going to keep my money for services they weren't providing and told me it is always more expensive when you transfer. That is not true! I would never expect this bad business from a healthcare professional. I can't believe Orthodontists get away with not breaking down/explaining/accounting for their fees for their patients, themselves, and/or insurance. Patients deserve better! Hopefully, Chamberlain Young Ortho will be more transparent with their fees and treat their patients better in the future. read more

Chamberlain is most professional office I've ever been too. Polite and friendly staff every single visit. Caring staff that makes kids feel at ease during procedures. Very clean facility each tray is carefully sterilized and after each patient the entire table and knobs are sterilized for the next patient. We were reffered to Chamberlain by our dentist. My daughter had her consultation and there was no talk of pulling teeth or rushing the process in any way. In fact they let me know that once my daughter lost the last few teeth she may not need braces. To hear that from an orthodontist was amazing! We had such a wonderful experience with Chamberlain Orthodontics. Putting braces on my daughter Allison was not only a financial commitment but a time commitment. The financial part was made extremely easy. I was able to make payments that fit my budget and when it came time for appointments the staff worked with me make sure that it fit my schedule. Dr.Chamberlain and staff really treated us like family. The true concern for Allison's orthodontic outcome was their top priority. Allison had to wear her braces for a few additional months because Dr. Chamberlain wasn't happy with the results that we had achieved on the original timeline. There was never a time that I was asked for additional funds to cover an extended timeline. During our appointments everyone showed genuine care and concern of how we were. There wasn't one time that we were not greeted from check in to check out with a smile and a how are you, or what have you guys been up to since the last visit. We live right around the corner from the office and when I catch a glimpse of the Chamberlain Orthotics office sign, I think to myself how wonderful everyone at the office was to us and how happy we are with the results!
