I never had braces as a kid and didn't really care but my wife had me see Dr. Vu for a consult. She explained to me in a way that I could understand, that my bite was off and if I didn't correct it I would eventually wear my teeth down severely. What I thought would be a terrible 2 years in braces turned out to be a very quick and easy 1 year in braces! The staff was always kind and informative. I went in as a new patient, needing a top retainer replacement. Intake was a breeze. I saw the ortho relatively quickly after I got into the office. I was informed I need braces again, which isn't a huge deal. They have a payment plan, which is awesome. The ortho made me feel at ease, and answered all of my questions. I get my braces in a month.
