Carol just didn't help me, she was patient and kind and very respectful. She helped me create exactly what I was envisioning even if I didn't know it at the time. This includes everything from Farm Tractors and Equipment to lawn equipment and other items. In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.

Two weeks after my purchase he called to make sure everything was OK and that I was not having any problems. As some one who made a living in sales I was very impressed that Devin took the time to do this. I will definitely call Devin when I'm ready to trade up.

I purchased a Movie Man recliner by Ashley at Dunk and Bright on January 14, 2026 and it was…read moredelivered a few weeks later. I found that the lever on this recliner didn't work. Excessive force is required to get it to close. I asked for a repair or replacement. The repair man called saying it would be weeks for the part to come in and I said that I can't wait that long. It was replaced by an exact duplicate, even down to the color. The second one doesn't work either. It's an expensive piece of garbage that only my cat can use. I can't get the lever to work and if I push the end of the recliner with my foot so it will go back in, that doesn't work either. I called their store and was told that I won't get a refund of the white glove delivery fee. I kept saying over and over "but It doesn't work," to which the woman on the other and of the line kept repeating her mantra that it was delivered. Sorry, but that excuse doesn't work. This falls under not fit for ordinary use under warranty law. I shouldn't have to use excessive force to close it. I want a total refund. I paid $758.16 including tax and the white glove delivery fee. I also paid the delivery guys (first recliner) $40 in a tip. Altogether Dunk and Bright owes me $798.16. I want my money back NOW. My primary care provider told me to keep my legs elevated. I have lymphedema. I NEEDED this thing to work. I am disabled and am still recovering from major abdominal surgery. I am very angry. It shouldn't be this hard to get help. This product is defective.

My last visit was just yesterday, when I went in to get paint for a redo of a room and touch-up in another. I had thrown out a can of dried paint without noting the color name/code, but the employee worked with me to look through our history and paint chips to determine the correct color. He was patient and helpful throughout. He also checked to see whether the 30% of sale or my Property Manager account (we own a rental) gave the best discount. I do recommend purchasing only when paint is on sale - which thankfully is often.

I asked what is a satin finish? he snapped "eggshell". I said ok, Continued to shop for supplies, was asked about 5 times if he could help me while I was browsing the supplies. When the "sample" was mixed I went to pay. There was a Discover card on the counter, he asked are you paying with this? I told him the card was not mine. I paid for the supplies, he followed me to the door and said " now I can go home". When I got home I realized he gave me a quart of the color when I asked for a sample. I was charged for a quart. Will not be returning to this store. Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this store to anyone shopping for paint or paint supplies. Let them go out of business.
