I usually don't write reviews but I left this place and I'm not coming back. I purchased kangerTech Evod. 1 out the two ecig I received was leaking as soon as I started using it ( which was a week later since my purchase came with 2. When I brought it back to them. They said probably had a faulty tip. Since I brought it back just under 3 weeks and not under 15 days. They wanted me to purchase another tip for $10 which I do not mind pay another $10 but even after they stated it was a faulty tip, would not just replace the tip for me. This place irritates me. It's close to my home and usually has the item I'm looking for but they refuse to give pricing over the phone. Very inconvenient. After going to the store anyway to price out the item we did not make the purchase as it was higher than most shops, hence the reason they don't give pricing over the phone. This strategy is a double negative because it upsets the customer calling with a price inquiry and then when they show up the item is over priced. When I made the comment that I would go elsewhere to purchase he laughed at me. Do not recommend this place at all. Its worth the extra 10 min to Crazy Apes Vaper. read more

I previously had 2 ego's that crapped out and tried E-cig city for new one but Chris helped me get what I was really looking for. A mechanical ecig that blows the egos I had before away. Never using a mechanical ecig before Chris sat done and walked me through step by step of putting it together and taught how to rebuild the atomizer. Also they let you test all the flavors before choosing. I got the Chimp Berry juice which is awesome. Chris also let me try his personal ecig with a juice they were currently out of stock, Blueberry Pom Tea, by far the best tasting liquids I have tried. Very professional and patient, I was there 30 minutes after they were suppose to close. Can't beat the customer service. Drove by this place accidentally, walked in looking for a $5 disposable ecig, and was introduced to the world of vaping, and bought a ego c twist starter pack. After this place, I have went to almost every vape shop in Houston, but this is my go-to place. Go their for juices, mods, atomizers, whatever. A lot of places take advantage of newbies, but this place sells their stuff at a fair price, and most importantly, does not sell fake stuff. Prices are reasonable, and you can find cheaper prices online, but for the customer service they provide, I will spend the extra money in their store, and I'm a broke college student, so in my opinion, that's saying a lot. This place is cool. It has the right stuff I like to use with my e-cig, like tanks and batteries and stuff. But every time I have walked in it has been kinda dull. Like nothing is going on. Most are just sitting there. And the juices I did like were not in stock or didn't have nicotine in them, that was alright but I did end up finding another juice I liked. From the time I walked in the door the staff was extremely helpful. The new FDA regulations require them to charge $1 to test liquids. Although it was a slight inconvenience, I found a great liquid out of their large selection (Brewers Brew #22 Hard Strawberry). They also have real drip boxes to test the liquids so you can actually taste what you're buying, unlike some places that use out of date pens. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I came here with my two of my friends to buy a starter kit a few months ago. We bought three Subtank starter kits and a whole lot of Blue Dragon! We are still using them now as well. Brandon and Victoria are extremely helpful. They informed us about our devices and were extremely specific about maintenance. The whole staff we've met so far are very knowledgable. We've been coming back to them for more juices and coils and haven't been disappointed. Brandon and Victoria got my friends and I into RDA's recently and so far I'm loving it! We bought three Snow Wolf Minis and Royal Hunter Mini RDAs to go with it and it's the perfect set up. It's so worth it that I made a hobby out of it.. lol. Even though my pockets are being drained, I've been enjoying my set ups from them. Their customer service is A++ which is why I chose to be their regular. I don't vape...... but my wife does. I'm sure I'm 1 of many husbands out there that has to stop for their wives on their way home or when out and about. I've been to a lot of these stores bee abuse my wife tends to either break her glass tank or drip tip or just plain old run out of juice. I've never liked going into these places because they always seem so yuck and look like they could go out of business any minute. I stopped here once before and had that feeling BUT - this place has gone through a dramatic change due to some me new ownership and I was impressed. I didn't feel intimidated or uneasy on this visit like I did before. Ive told my wife about this place and she's gonna go check it out herself since I'm actually giving it a review. I have asked her to do the same after her visit. I highly recommend this place. The lady that works there is very nice and has great customer service skills. Very knowledgeable and honest. I may just make this the place I go to from now on. This is the only place I feel comfortable going in to. read more
