As a new person to vaping this place was a god send. I wanted to upgrade from the spinner 3 i had to a good sub ohm vaping mod so i could get better flavor and after explaining this the gentleman working there went through several options for me and explained them each to me. He told me the pros and cons of each and helped me to decide which one would best suit my needs, (not the most expensive one i might add). The customer service was out of this world, he literally spent an hour and a half focused on me and my wife explaining everything, letting us sample the juices, and then going as far as to teach me about the rebuildable atomizer i bought and even helping me step by step to build it since it was all new to me. You might be able to save a couple of bucks somewhere else, but you lose that service which is worth far more than the few bucks you might save. Civil vapes, the BEST shop in Houston, the staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They helped me from the very start understanding the basics and got me into more advanced building. Jordan, Kevin, and Sarah are great people and bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy and blowing clouds. From my experience at other shops they just blow hot air and talk over your head with terminology you don't get.. Plus they charge too much. This is the best vape shop in Houston, period. The staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. The product selection is extensive, their prices are reasonable and staff helps you find the right vaporizer to suit your needs. There's no hesitation to crack the seal or give fair criticism on a product based upon the customer's individual needs. What sets this shop from the rest is how they treat new vapers. They don't make you feel stupid or out-of-place, and are more than willing to educate newbies on product, which is shockingly rare in my experience. He's helped me many times to find the right Juice and setups. Kevin, is a coil expert, and knows his stuff. Sarah is really friendly and helpful when finding a new juice.
