If you like being called a liar and personally insulted while trying to get a refund, Silver Vapes is right for you! About two weeks ago, my vape broke and I went to Silver Vapes to buy a new one. An employee showed me one that looked good, but I was worried it didn't have all the right settings for me. I asked if I could return it if it didn't work for me, and what the return window was. Employee said I could return it if I didn't like it. I took it home and sure enough, it wasn't everything I was looking for. I bought a new one about a week later from a different store (Shout out to Vapor Lot on Shepherd!) and took my old one back to Silver Vapes. When I got there, a different employee told me I couldn't return it because I had already used it. I said I had specifically asked about this. The employee then started accusing me of dropping it and saying the vape had scratches. I told him I hadn't dropped it. I told them that, if they weren't going to honor the return policy I had asked about, I was going to call my bank and dispute the charge. I thought I was doing them a courtesy: This way, at least, they would be able to get the vape back. The employee then started calling me a liar and accusing me of just trying to get a free vape. This makes literally no sense: I had already bought a new vape and was trying to return the old one -- not keep it. They did end up refunding me, but continued to call me a liar throughout the refund process. Why would they continue to personally insult me after agreeing to the refund? I have no idea. It was mind-bogglingly bad customer service. The first employee deserves credit: He came in and was very apologetic. Silver Vapes should fire the second employee and promote the first one. The first one was wrong about refund policies, but at least he has the sense not to insult customers and call them liars. read more

Came from SoCal and looked Silver Vapes up on Yelp. Walked about maybe 20 minutes to here and was greeted by a helpful staff member. He didn't have any test devices to let me try flavors, but he was still patient enough to let me smell the flavors and let me decide what was good. I was in and out in about ten minutes and would come back if I'm ever in the area. read more
