I had initially scheduled an appt on 5/10 at 5pm. She contacted me letting me know the Salon would be closed in May and if I could come in April (two different days were offered to me with the latest appt being 4pm) . I let her know that I could make the 4pm work just had to move around some meetings. I got here 5 min before and there is a closed sign on the door and she is not answering the phone even though she texted me regarding the appt change. This is absolutely ridiculous. Because of the times I wanted to be flexible as I know it has been tough on small businesses. But to ask to change my appt by a month, then not show and not pick up the phone is disgraceful especially considering I moved meetings around for this. This is not to mention that the pricing changed between when I scheduled the appt and when she contacted me to reschedule. This is the worst customer service Update: I have changed my review to 3 stars as the owner contacted me later that evening to sincerely apologize and explain that her assistant had accidentally booked the wrong day. She even offered to add a peel off mask for free! I truly appreciate her reaching and making things right. Unfortunately the remaining appts they had for April don't work for me schedule wise so I will give them a try in August as I appreciate the owners efforts. Couldn't give more stars as I haven't tried the actual service yet. read more

Elena has been an amazing dermatologist for over 2 years. I still remember first time I visited her and I wasn't sure if I can finally get a service the way I always dreamed of. I have had bad experiences in the past where I paid high prices for horrible service. It was an amazing feeling to finally meet a dermatologist who listen to you and does her work so great and with such a love. You can tell how much she loves her job and how much she cares for her clients and how important to her the happiness of clients I have been doing my facials, wax and eyebrows with her for over 2 years and I would never go anywhere else. And let me add that I drive all the way from central valley (2 hours) once a month for all of the services, and it sure is worth my drive. I really appreciate that Elena was honest about the kind of treatment I needed. Purchased a voucher for myself and my teenage son on LivingSocial. I called Elena to schedule our appointments for our facials and we were able to get in to see her within a few days. I purchased two deep pore cleansing facials via Groupon for E-Cloud Skin Care. My skin has gone through tremendous stress over the last few months and no products have helped because of the buildup of bacteria under my skin. The first sign of an experienced aesthetician is their listening ability, and inquiring with the client prior to service regarding what the ideal outcome is (which she did :) Instead of the deep pore cleansing facial, she customized it to the European facial based on my skin type and aforementioned concerns. I immediately felt comfortable upon arrival and confident that was in great hands. I have years of experience working reception in several luxury spas in high end resorts and Elena is an incredible aesthetician, top notch technique with every step of the facial. She was communicative and made it a priority to check that I was comfortable throughout my service. The ambiance is lovely. The combination of the essential oil diffuser and instrumental relaxation music playing softly made me feel right at home. I am so glad I took a chance on a new place in my home town. I had TONS of annoying milias under my eyes that were nearly impossible to get rid of and she removed 95 percent of them. She used the oxygen steamer to open my pores and a special gel mask to reduce the pain of the extraction process. Happy to report I will be a return client from this point forward. PS.
