Now I want to start this out by saying I have been hesitant to write this because I want to be able to get my appointments so don't want her getting TOO popular-but Heidi is AMAZING-when I think of a facial this is what I imagine I should be getting. I have been going to her for a little over 6 months now and I went from quarterly to monthly because I feel so good afterwards. She actually does extractions and recommends what to use or not use for my skin and is really patient-she even takes my texts when I am looking to buy a new product!(if she is not in an appt of course), but I love going to her. I got a facial with her, and the massage portion was so good that I immediately booked a full body massage right after. She knows her anatomy and is extremely skilled with treating any muscle complaints you may have. I was impressed by how seriously she took her craft, her dedication is reflected in her knowledge as well as the massage bed. Hands down, it was the best bed ever! I usually hate massages because lying face down clogs my sinuses and I end up having to breathe through my mouth. The way her bed is designed, it was slightly raised, with a very comfortable pillow that takes a lot of pressure off your face when you're lying face down. That detail made a huge difference in my experience, which got even better once she started working on my back. She knows her stuff! Afterward, we chatted for a bit, and I really appreciated how authentic she was. She's not nice in the super sweet sugary way, but in an honest way where she really listens and processes your words. But this is coming from someone who speaks Mandarin and was able to talk to her in her native language. Unlike most places I've been to, she addressed all my concerns instead of a blanket diagnosis, focusing on both my dry skin patches and my acne areas, and applied the appropriate products to each. Each step of the process she explained what she was doing/putting on my face and offered general suggestions (versus trying to sell her own products), which I really appreciated. She also frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Midway through the session, she even noted my upper lip area was getting particularly sensitive and adjusted to avoid further irritation.
