I text the number "Who is this?" and get a text saying "It's fine I'm sorry I will go ahead and delete your lead seems like you send me the message I tried to call you three times about the vehicle but we go ahead and delete that since you don't like to answer any calls so we do apologize" to which I respond "Ok " and then get a response saying "Just going to put that as a spam thank you bye-bye" I then tell them that was an interesting way to run their business and that I will not be buying from them and get another text saying "I just block your number bye-bye" Kind of crazy to do all that because I didn't answer a number I didn't recognize.

I had to argue with co-owner about how to get it. It is ridiculous. When l asked about the title they said, it's the states fault l don't have the title, even though they were the lien holders. We called Chad and he told his partner, it's their responsibility to get title to me, he still contended it's not their fault and l still don't have it. However, if a customer broke his back trying to get a car from you and did everything within his power to be upfront and keep his word, you would think that the company would be willing to help. I have spent another $620 on getting it fixed and the warranty that they sold me wouldn't cover the part. $360 towards the remaining repairs is what I was asking for them to help with, since their car is not running. First, I have to start by saying I was unaware of the 2 separate facilities. One where appointments…read moreare scheduled and the other first come first served. When I placed my call, I was directed to the latter. So, I took my vehicle in early on the morning of Tuesday, 14 March, for a tune up and AC repair. I was told that the repair person did not report in until 10am and offered a ride to my home which I accepted. The only message I received that day was a text which stated my vehicle was at the facility for repair. When I hadn't heard anything by noon, I called and left a message. No one called me back. So needless to say, my vehicle was not going to be ready on Tuesday. I called repeatedly on Wednesday and was finally told the young lady who had my paperwork was out due to a family emergency and would not return until Friday. The gentleman I spoke with (who was a repair person and was able to find my paperwork on a desk) informed me there was a back log and there were several vehicles before mine. I was not informed of this before I left my vehicle. Had I known, I would not have left it because I only have one vehicle and many daily responsibilities. This was a great inconvenience to me as there were no loaner vehicles available so I had to borrow my neighbors' vehicle. Communication is key. The office should still be able to function irrespective of one person being out. I did not receive any updates until it was almost time to retrieve my vehicle on Friday, 17 March. I did not receive the quality customer care I expected especially for the amount of money I had to pay to get my vehicle repaired. Also, I know my vehicle is in need of inside detailing, but that was no reason for whomever entered it to carelessly dump the contents of my seat gap filler onto the floor in front of the driver's seat and toss it onto the passenger seat. This was not a great experience for me. I am a 32 year veteran of the Armed Forces and I fully expected better.
