The selection of meats was impressive, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting. Our favorites were the Hawaiian Bulgogi, Miso Pork Belly, and the Beef Bulgogi--all were flavorful, well-marinated, and cooked up beautifully on the grill. The kimchi was also outstanding: fresh, crisp, and packed with just the right balance of spice and tang. Service was attentive, and the all-you-can-eat format made it easy to try a wide range of options without feeling rushed. This was my first time trying Korean BBQ, and overall it was a cool and fun experience, but the food was just okay to me. It's all-you-can-eat for about $32, which I thought was pretty affordable. We selected a number of meats to try, and I enjoyed the bulgogi and the beef short rib the most. I also got the cheese corn, which was okay -- it was literally just corn with a lot of melted cheese on top. The staff did a good job making sure to constantly check the grill temperature and change out the plates often, which I appreciated. We were also seated pretty quickly, and the restaurant is pretty huge, so it didn't feel crowded. I also think it's in a great location. My friend has had Korean BBQ before and mentioned it wasn't as good as other places she's been to, and I would agree. It wasn't bad, but I didn't think it was amazing. read more

It's a little pricey but for the meat selections, quality, and ALL you can eat, it was worth it. Service was very good. Restaurant is new. It was clean and had booths which is nice when you're cooking your food. Two negatives - The lights overhead kept going off and on and bright then dark. Must be an electrical problem it was weird. The little sides they give you to start were warm and tasteless. Prepared early and sit out. Kimchee tasted weird. We didn't eat much of any of it. read more

Our big group dined here to celebrate a birthday. I think we only had one server between all of us, so it was pretty chaotic in the beginning. We thought their meat quality was pretty good - our faves were beef brisket and bulgogi for sure. We had to ask for certain items multiple times. We enjoyed our dining experience here. We've been to quite a few kbbq spots and this one takes the cake. We enjoyed the variety of side dishes, especially the Mac salad and whole sliced pickled radish. The atmosphere is a vibe and the lighting is great compared to other kbbq spots that remind me of a night club. I enjoyed the over 30 meat options and I'm now addicted to their garlic chicken. Don't forget to add a side dish of egg soufflé. We'll be back for sure. The service is also prompt and they constantly change out the bbq grills while you're cooking. read more

We came on a Sunday and the restaurant wasn't busy. Maybe 4 tables were filled. We were greeted nicely by the front desk gentlemen. Once we sat down and ordered, that was the last time we ever interacted with the server. Food came and we only ordered 3 plates to start off and mind you, this was an AYCE! so you'd expect more service/attn from your server for more orders. After the first order, we didn't receive any service whatsoever. My daughter was cleaning the grill with the onion, that's how sorry their service was. My other half complained to the front desk so we got up and I voiced my displeasure as well. Ironically another server asked if we needed anything when I was getting up to walk to the front desk, which by now was laughably too late. We wanted so badly to skip out on the bill but that was wrong. We voiced our dissatisfaction of their service and the front desk was nice enough to not charge us so that's somewhat of a positive. Of all my life eating AYCE Kbbq, let alone at any restaurant, this was by far the worse experience I've encountered, hands down! To encounter this type of service at an AYCE establishment speaks wonders. I truly wish they fix this issue otherwise I don't see how they're going to do well. I'M NEVER COMING BACK! even if they offered us gift cards, I would've declined. I rarely give reviews and this goes to show how bad it was that I felt entitled to give one to save someone from getting this experience. ONE STAR for not charging us. read more

i throughly enjoy my time here every time i go. but this time was something else, Hyoyeon was insanely through with me and my friend while he was taking care of another table, he flipped our meats and was speedy with the side dishes. He made sure that we were satisfied throughout our meal and made sure to ask at the end if we enjoyed everything. My wife and I went to this restaurant, and it was patently obvious that we were ushered to the 'Negro' section way in the back and next to the kitchen -- when ample empty tables were available in the front sections. What was even more distressing was when we asked to be seated closer to the better-lighted empty booths up front, the waiter proceeded to insult our intelligence by giving an excuse that was patently and demonstrably false. I was anxious to try this new restaurant because I loved the beef bulgogi that my Korean friend had made for me. Unfortunately, E M Bop's bulgogi had only one piece of beef in it, which was stringy and tough to eat. It was also very bland. The Japchae was much better, with more meat and flavor. This place is new so I hope they are still finding their rhythm, but the flavors are all wrong, they charge $3 for a lemon/lime in your water, and if you leave any meat on your plate it's $5 per ounce. Money better spent across the street at IronAge. If they applied the welcoming service you receive upon entering to the food and practices, there may be potential. read more
