I was highly unsatisfied I went in after I got out of work just for eyebrows and I had to wait 1hr and 40 min honestly that was ridiculous I was a regular costumer and loved how my eyebrows where done but after that experience I would rather find else where to go ( this was not the only time). If you go there make sure you have 5 hrs of your day to spare ! Never going back again ! They lost a loyal costumer ! read more

I will never again return to this nail salon. This past weekend I went in at 9:30 am for a mani and pedi and left the place at 11AM. Even after all that, the guy that did my nails, did not kno what he was doing. After he was done with my nails, I noticed that they started to wrinkle and bubble. So Mindy tried to take care of it, by re-painting the ones that were bubbling and wrinkling. NOPE still after the SECOND time my nails looked horrible, with air bubbles and all. I had them done Saturday and today Monday they are CRACKED, yes CRACKED.. Horrible waste of my time and money. NEVER AGAIN! Cheap Nail Polishes! Go and see for yourself!..... read more

This place has been my go-to nail place for the past 4 years!! I love how friendly Mindy is. Very affordable Acrylic nails too! I had a hard time finding someone who won't shape nails super thick. Will always recommend Mindy whenever someone is newly trying this salon. There's usually always a wait to get nails done with Mindy but the end result is SOOO worth it! read more

I have been coming to this nail shop for 12 years, and out of those 12 years I have never had an issue. Ive been there for their growth, change in employees, and expansion. Yet, I have never had an issue. Last Tuesday, 4/26.2016 I went to get a full set overlay. The guy that did my nails is always awesome, however, he has only did my toes in the past. This day, because it was my birthday, I wanted to go all out and get my nails done, an OVERLAY, and he attempted to do the overlay, later stating that it was his first time!! like WTF! Im more annoyed at the fact that the owner allowed him to do my nails, knowing he has never done this before. Same day, at 9pm my nails JUST FELL OFF. YES IT FELL OFF. I called back and expressed my concern the next day. They fixed the nail, in the process of fixing that nail, another nail fell off. Funny, because the next damn day, two other nails on the same hand might I add feel off. Today I went back because I wanted the shit off my hand since it was poorly done, and they had the nerve to charge me because of their mistake. I am not the one to ague because Karma usually works magic. However, I will not return to the facility and i will make sure to never spend a dime in this place again, Thanks for the 12 years of great experiences and thanks for showing me that out of that 12 years of being a valued customer I am nothing but a transaction. I only visited once so far for an acrylic fill in and I had such a nice experience. I went on a Saturday and even though I didn't have an appointment i only had to wait around 20 minutes to get my nails done. Owner was super nice and the technicians knew what they were doing, definitely would visit again. read more

I'd read the reviews about this place and saw they were pretty good. I did keep in mind the bad review that stated she was late because they took long, so I went on my day off. I do want to say it was longer than I usually would wait in other salons, but this place is well worth the wait!! They are super and detailed with their work, they are also very CLEAN! I got a manicure/pedicure, and my daughter got a full set. I also got my eyebrows done, by Mindy, she did a wonderful job!! They take longer than usual but they are detailed and they have great customer service! BTW the gal who did my manicure/pedicure is Lisa, She was fantastic!!! I'm a relatively new customer, but after my second visit, I decided to make E'nails my go to nail salon. The owner, Mindy, is professional, friendly and takes pride in treating her clients with respect. What I like most about this salon, is that when you arrive, you sign a waiting list and can have peace of mind knowing that you will be serviced in the order in which you arrived. I've been to several salons where established clients are given preferential treatment, and it's not fair. You'll also notice the clients must be buzzed in. This security measure gives me a sense of well being and allows me to pamper myself without being hustled by someone selling socks, DVDs and $10 designer perfume. She has a vast selection of nail polishes ranging from nudes to bling- bling assortments. The ambiance is peaceful, the furnishings are new and the shop itself is clean and well maintained. Mindy speaks English very well, confesses her love for God and has a sense of humor. The other tech's I've encountered were not as chatty as Mindy, but they listened to my request, asked questions when necessary and their speech was easily understood. There are private rooms where more intimate services are performed ( who wants people watching as you have those pesky whiskers snatched off your face?) The only thing that I can think of that's missing is music and the occasional complimentary refreshments that some salons offer. If you are on a schedule, I suggest you ask Mindy what a realistic expectation is and she'll be truthful. I recommend E'nails and think you will find my review to be true and your experience to be worthwhile. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years and only go here for the simple fact that this salon is the cleanest in the city. When you get a pedicure and manicure you are getting a fresh set of tools never before used each time. The sandal footsies are also new and everything that touches your feet get thrown out. They have the best selection of nail polish and all kinds of nail decoration. I'm only into the gel nails because I am simple but if serious design is your thing then this is also the place. The first time I came here was with my manager and assistant manager it was fun good service I had the boss do my nails and every other place I get my nails done is bad and I would take my nails off less then a week but when I got them done here I left them on for more then a month and I would change the nail polish but they had this very cut maroon color and I left it alone I would love to come back but I live far but I promise I will come back left that salon very happy read more

You go here for a pedi and mani end up being there ALL DAY. The WORST PLACE TO GO if you are in a hurry. Don't suggest & won't return. I had been going there for 3 years and the years before the work was excellent now it is has been really sloppy and takes forever to get anything done. Don't recommend. read more

I went to get a no chip mani and left upset. The lady did a design I did not like. I kept trying to explain what I wanted and she said ok but kept doing what she wanted. There were bubbles in the polish she put on and acrylic polish sealed to my finger tips and cuticles. I was very disappointed. The polish began to peel of in only 2 days. Would not recommend. read more
