So disappointed. I asked for ombré black and orange!! The shape has been fixed since but before it was triangular not square. After the nail tech tried 3 didn't times I finally said whatever. I had her put over silver because I absolutely hated them. After a day they started to peal because of the thickness. Well, I've been here before for a manicure and pedicure. I usually come when I want to be pampered, otherwise I practice doing my own nails. No complaints because if I say, something doesn't look right, they'll redo it. It comes with a conversation between the workers, though. I was recommended to come here by someone that has been a customer of theirs for a while now. i booked two appointments just in case something happened. they cancelled the first one then proceeded to text me about the second appointment that someone that was a regular customer made an appointment that day at that time in the shop 2 weeks ago. This was my first time leaving the house in awhile with quarantine, but I was very excited to finally get my nails and pedicure done. I'm new to the area so this was my first time at this nail salon. I was expecting there to be some thorough disinfecting and extra cleaning with COVID-19. The salon was visibly clean, but I didn't see any extra cleaning done between customers. They had glass up, but no heightened cleaning/disinfecting at all. Actually not enough even without covid. That blew me, but I still stayed to give them a try. The lady who did my full set completely gave me something I didn't ask for. I handed her the polish I wanted and showed her a picture that she said she could do. She chose a different color, which I thought it would perhaps dry as the color I selected, but no. It was a different shade and brand and all. Then she did a totally different design. Nothing like what I showed her. It actually turned out to be ok, but it wasn't what I asked for. I also was just thirsty to have my nails done so I let it pass. When it came time for my pedicure, I gave her the pink color I wanted and she continued to try to tell me to get other colors like yellow and blue. We went back and forth several times! Like lady just give me what I asked for and what I am paying for. I ended up switching colors because I instantly thought maybe she just can't polish well and is afraid of this color. It was a nude pink so if you can't polish it would surely show. So annoying of course because it was what I really wanted, but strike 2, I let it pass. When she started my pedicure, I was so it excited because it's been awhile on quarantine. This pedicure was by far theeee worst I've ever had. Strike 3. She did a lazy rushed job and also gave no message when a massage came with the upgraded pedicure I selected. When she put lotion on my feet after being allegedly done, she had to use the buffer on the bottom because she did such a poor job. After all this I already knew I would never come here again. When it was time to pay, they have the nerve to charge $1 extra for credit cards. Why not just reflect pricing adequately for the merchant cc fees?! This solidified an already terrible experience. I used to come here all the time and visit Susan but she's no longer there. As of recently, they changed management and now charge you to take off your old polish ($5). It also does not appear they clean in there anymore, as there was so much dust. They drill down the dip powder on your nails instead of soaking off, it's just terrible service. Last time, the girl argued with me about the color I picked out for my toes, insisting it match my hands. It did not, she felt stupid and I'm not coming here anymore. By the way, they also increased their prices. I paid $90 for dip power on my regular nail and a regular pedicure. #overpriced. read more

I had a 10am appointment this morning at Wynn. I didn't appreciate waiting outside in the cold for 5 minutes! It's super unprofessional to not be ready and prepared for a customer who has an appointment even if they are the first one of the day, not to mention opening your doors late. The manicure was a no chip - not impressive or special. I didn't think she did a very nice job filing my nails and then SHE CUT MY CUTICLE. It was a bleeder. She put something on it to get it to stop, but now that I am home it has a little drop of blood there. So, not only do I not feel pampered or think it's a particularly good manicure job, I have an irritated nail bed. I really don't know how this place has so many good reviews! read more

There were nail clippings on the table during my manicure and they were NOT mine! when I went for a pedicure told the nail tech I don't like having my cuticles cut she got mad poked a hole in my bag and told me that next time don't ask for a pedicure get a color change. Two separate techs worked on me; one did my pedicure and one did my dip-they were both very detail oriented and did a really good job. I paid $170 for both services. My daughter asked for a basic design on her nails and when we asked the price, no one gave it to us. I asked three times and still didn't get a response.
