Wow - talk about awful service. Both my gf and my nails came off after a few days. My gf's nails simply fell off. The way they do their gel nails is terrible. What's worse is when I asked if I could buy extra minutes for a massage, the ladies there laughed at me like I asked something unheard of. There are these two younger manicurists that are completely unprofessional that worked on my gf. However, the older the lady that worked on me was really sweet and kind and is the only really why there 2 stars instead of 1. I'd avoid coming into this place if possible, the 2 girls seem to laugh at peoples' expense (often looking at other people's toes and laughing hysterically). Annnnd those two girls put on the polish so that sides automatically chip. So no. Not a great experience or vibe. If you have to go ONLY get the older lady. She's the only quality worker there. Everyone else seems to ignore your needs and do the bare minimum. Not coming back here. read more

I come here about once a year out of convenience. I usually run out of time to go where I prefer, but when I have time E NAILS is NEVER my choice or even on my list. Came as a walk in for a mani & pedi.... thought it would be quick but took almost 2 hours of my time. This was a BASIC mani and pedi. A gal came in after me (maybe 15 minutes) and got a regular pedi and a gel mani and finished quicker than I did - at least by 20 minutes if not more. The lady who did my pedi ended up having to do my mani too because the lady who set up to do my mani pretty much said, "oh no gel, then she can do your mani" referring to the lady who was doing my pedi. GREAAAAAT!!! I definitely NOT ONCE mentioned I wanted GEL ANYTHING, so for them to just assume = ANNOYING. And the lady who did my pedi butchered my finger nails (pedi was decent), she made one side square and one side round and then BLAMED me for making them "uneven" after I filed my own nails. Lady, you didn't make them even to begin with!!!! I ended up having her do them SUPER short and didn't get polish on them because it would make her flaws more noticeable - especially since she didn't like how I made my own nails even. Anyway, I'm sure people LOVE this place.... but I'm NOT one of those people. I cannot give it an unbiased rating because I don't want to rate them at all and I don't even like coming here. I was going to leave 2 stars, but I don't enjoy anything about coming here.... so again, ignore my 1 star rating because I only come here out of my time restraints (maybe 1 time every year, if that, over the last 14 years). I literally just left this place and I couldn't wait to wright this. I am in love. I almost didn't get my nails done here because they kid told me that they weren't going to have time, which was no big deal because I would have come back the next day. So I left and before I could even close my car door he came running out and told me they could fit me in (bonus points for that). I only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was seated at a chair. This place is super clean and very organized; I hate salons that have nail polishes cluttered in their work stations. All of the brushes that they use are covered, which I have never seen before. I believe it was the owner that did my nails, he was really nice and did a very good job. I came here with my sister after reading other individuals' wonderful yelp reviews. We first received gel pedicures and endured many awkward instances where it was blatantly obvious that our feet were being talked about in a foreign language. We also requested manicures. My sister received a gel manicure with the gel all over her fingers and somehow areas missing on her actual nails. I asked for acrylics and received a heinous rush job that resulted in what both looks and feels like I have cinder blocks on my fingertips. My lady put tips that did not properly fit the width of my nail and failed to file the abundance of acrylic overlay despite my requesting this multiple times. I will go to another salon and pay another $30+ to fix these monstrosities. $140 down the drain. Update: went back a separate day and spoke with the owner. I was given a brand new full set by another lady who did an impeccable job. Listened to what I requested and took the time to do a great job. It's been a while since I've had them done and there is absolutely no lift. If it were not for my first encounter I would give five stars. Ask for Ivy. read more
