Unfortunately I can't remember the nail tech/hair stylist's name, but to my surprise at the end of this horrific experience she informed she was the co owner. I came in for a hair color, and a full set with a design. I showed her a photo that was posted on this page. Thinking if someone in this salon created the nail design she could mimic it. It looks like a child drew a flower on my nail. Completely disgusting. How in the world can you be a owner of a nail salon and look someone in the face like "I'm done" and not realize this is not okay?! Hair dye: Omfg! I wanted to get my hair dyed, because I have a lot of grays in the front of my hair, and was getting my hair braided 2 weeks after I was to get my hair dyed. I showed her the crotchet braids, in order for her to match the braid. Mind you it was a freakin simple brown with a reddish tone. Which shouldn't be any type of a challenge for a professional and mindful hair stylist who owns a hair salon (so you would think. My hair turned out dark ASF (black). Her response: I'm at the counter getting ready to pay. If this was years ago I would if most likely cussed her out. After I spoke to her in a respectful tone, not sassy at all. Because I've learned that even if someone is wrong talking to them like that makes them feel justified to dismiss you and respond rudely. I expressed how unhappy I was with all the services and her expression was like "bitch and?" Like she had no remorse and could give 2 shits. Aftermath: She must of used the cheapest hair dye product! I was later told it had too much alcohol in it. My scalp itched for the entire 2 weeks and I had to cancel my braiding appointment and had to purchase several scalp products to relive the itching. It was horrible I was in agony. She should lose your license, period.

She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi.
