I have been going to this salon on and off for 20 years. The service has become less that ideal due to the owners. Ann & Lee. Don't bother making an appointment, it is first come first serve and chances are you won't be able to have the person you made the appt with in any case. You will wait up to an hour, even when you arrive on time and Lee says it will be 10 minutes. The last time he told me that I didn't get to see the person I wanted and it was an hour and a half. I don't go on the same days, I try to pick slower times. I asked Ann why it was taking so long and she got mad saying "What you want? We busy?" Never going back. There prices have skyrocketed yet the girls are slow. Here is the breakdown of events for me: I switched from powder dip to this option in hopes that I could spend less time at the nail salon; The tech attempted to dissuade me with facts (I appreciated this); When I decided on the acrylic overlay I was informed there would be an extra charge for removing the previous powder dip (I'm disappointed every time there is an extra charge for things like "polish removal" as if there is a way tho get my nails done and leave the old polish on); I'm asked for a minor imperfection to be corrected (little bubble in polish color) and was told she couldn't because it would have to be redone I guess in short, it's likely hit or miss - as is probably true for all establishments with more than one employee. read more

Not happy with pedicure. The tech didn't clean around toes. She left all the dry dead skin around my toes. She focused more on rubbing my legs than actually cleaning and making my feel soft. Left paying $62 with tip only to come home take off the polish and do my own pedi at home. I just thought it would be nice to have a fun pedi for my vacation. If I could give this salon 0 stars, I absolutely would. I'm about to be 25 and I look much younger and I definitely believe this salon sees a young person and thinks: "perfect to take advantage of". First, I get there and you can easily see the menu on the wall with pricing. It says 25$ for a gel fill, which is what I was coming in for. Ok, perfect, sounds standard. They lead me to a technician and she seems nice enough, asks me how old I am and I tell her I'm about to graduate college which she can't believe because she said I look 17. She asks if I want the same shape and length, I say more or less but I'd like the shape a little more rounder square and at the moment I had more of a rounded look. She said okay but then when it got to that point, she didn't do it and when I pointed that out, she got huffy & puffy and acted like it was SUCH an inconvenience to FILE my nails a little more.. lol. Then when she finally finished, a fill btw that took 40 mins, she took me to the register and I said please add 6$ on the amount for a tip because I didn't have cash, which she told me when I got done that it would be 35$ instead of the 25$- I assumed because of extra filing (what a JOKE)- but whatever I didn't say anything. But the part that really had me nearly fly off the handle was that instead of putting a 6$ tip on my card like I asked, she added 10$.. and when I asked for my receipt, she was hesitating and claiming at first that she couldn't give it to me until I insisted and she gave me another. She knew she was f*cked at that point; I was furious and immediately left. Moral of the story: untrustworthy place of business and I will never return. read more

I called to make an appt for noon the same day. When I arrived I waited 25 min before the had me soak my feet. Another 20 min and no one came to do my pedicure. By 12:45 I could see there was not a manicurist that wasn't already busy with another client. I decided to just leave. I've been getting pedicures here for years. I used to be able to just walk in and get a pedicure within 15 min. Great for them as they are busier so I started making appts. Why did they allow me to make a noon appt if they didn't have anyone available. I had other errands to run. Those didn't get done as I had to go home and do my own nails because I was leaving on vacation. Their prices have risen $7 in a short amount of time and now they have a sign up that they charge a $1.50 service fee for all services. I'm not sure who gets that but I already tip $5 every time I go. Time to find a new place. I gave them 2 stars only because all the manicurists are very nice and it's not their fault the guy in charge can't schedule appts properly. If I had been a walk in I understand the wait but if one makes an appt then they should be serviced within 15 min at the most. read more

Called to get them repaired and Both times waited over 30 minutes to get in with an appointment. My nails are down to the stubs. My nails have always looked amazing and even when I switched from acrylic to dip to gel my nails were rehabbed appropriately. My sister and I got our nails done here a few times. The salon has a pleasant appearance and the stone waterfall is nice. The price was ok and most of the Nail Techs were very nice. However, the owner or manager was a jerk. He would greet you with a smile but then fight you on your requests. We started getting acrylic nails done so that we had a guarantee to see each other and spend some time together every few weeks. Every time we went in and said that we wanted to sit next to each other, they fought us. If we said we would just go somewhere else, suddenly they could magically accommodate us. They are extremely difficult until you threaten to leave. The quality of the work was good sometimes, and questionable a lot of the time. I have had several nails crack or separate from my natural nail. Once (after their shotty work brought me in sooner than I would like) they removed all of the acrylic and tips and put on an entire new set AND made me pay for the whole new set (rather than just a fill). Also, as a cosmetologist and I know that they do NOT follow proper sanitation laws. Their files looked like they had never even been sanitized, let alone replaced (like the law says you must after each client) and who knows when the last time they even wiped down their cuticle nippers was... Probably never. The shop does display their licenses but they obviously did not take their education or the laws seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if they had spread a few nail diseases. In short, I absolutely would not recommend this nails Salon. We found much nicer people, better prices, better quality work and better service across the street. read more

I have been here before and not had any issues. yesterday was the WORST experience I have ever had at ANY nail salon. Number 1, I asked for my nails to be cut down a little, not cut down to NOTHING. So now I have to get a whole new full set so I can have the length I wanted. Number 2 my cuticles and skin are so sore and red for how rough my tech was, he kept knicking my skin. Number three, I got them done yesterday so tell me why the clear coat is coming off when I wash my hands. and finally number four, my cousin was with and asked for just the tips to be colored with ombre, so ombre tips we explained to her tech what that was and she proceeded to paint the whole nail in color and say she couldn't do just the tip in color. I had a manicure and pedicure done for my wedding at E Nails. At first the girl doing my nails was really sweet. She added a flower design to my toes and asked me all about my wedding. When we got my manicure, I asked her to pul acryllic (a simple task) on my real nails...not tips. She got extremely flustered and didn't want to do it. She told me to talk to her manager and he would help me. He said no, they wouldn't do it. Finally, after agruing with them for about five minutes and not being understood I gave up and just had a regular manicure. Well this was the day before my wedding, the day of my wedding 3 nails were already chipped and by the second day I had to take all the polish off my nails because they looked ridiculous and wouldn't have survived a week of my honeymoon! They have a limited selection of gel nail colors and when they did my gel manicure, it chipped the very next day. I get my nails done often and am very careful with them, so I know this wasn't my own carelessness. They also don't have soap for you to wash your hands, they just want you to use water. read more

I do not know what the previous complaint was all about, maybe a language barrier. I have been going to Le for over 5 years now ( maybe more ) and NEVER had a problem. I have even been there when a customer in tears came from another shop in the area and asked ( enails ) to fix what the other shop did wrong. This is a great salon. The facility is clean and very pretty - well decorated with a relaxing spa decor. The techs are all nice and friendly, and the manager/owner Le is always there working tirelessly, making sure things are running smoothly and all customers are happy. I have been going there for many years and it has been fun to see the place succeed and grow. It is almost always busy, which is a clear sign that it is a good salon. They always accommodate walk-ins, but during busy times consider making an appointment or be prepared to wait if necessary. Since then, however, service has gone drastically down hill. I always make appointments, but still regularly have to wait 15-30 minutes, with no apology. She did amazing job with in grown toenails. This time I came in and requested the same girl as I could tell she was just finished with her last client. I went to E nails to get my nails done with a friend of mine. The whole time we were getting our acrylics on the women doing our nails were tugging our hands and being very rude! My friend and I were trying to have a conversation and our artist were getting very flustered and irritated with us. So we decided to wait till after to have our conversation. When you go and get your nails done it is supposed to be a relaxing experience but this was not at all! My friends artist walked away she got so irritated with us and went to go work on someone else! My friend waited there for 10 minutes before another worker had to come and finish her nails! not to mention the other worker had to fix her nails because they were so poorly done. very disappointed in my nails they look awful.
