Worst pedicure I've ever had. The massage was awful, she mostly ran her thumbs up and down my shin bones. The paint job was the worst. It wasn't to the edges on any of my toes and the simple design I picked for my big toes looked like it was executed by a 5 year old. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to hurt her feelings. The polish was so thick it didn't dry and smudged really badly. I went back for them to fix it and they tried to give me the same lady. She had already jacked it up once, so I asked for someone different. I tipped her $5 because it's not her fault the first lady messed them up. She did a better job, but didn't do the design I had paid for. All told I paid $55 for the worst pedicure ever. I will never go back to this place. read more

This place is DIRTY. Nail shavings all over the chair that was supposedly clean???... and in others. The floor had not been cleaned and the remote that controls the chair massage had stuff dried all over it. I left before I could receive service cause I didn't want to get an infection. read more

I don't live here but wanted to get a pedi and new nails. This was the first place I saw, so I went in. The lucky thing was they could get right to me because they had several ladies working. The man at the counter was quite a salesman because he talked me into the dip nail, when I really don't care for that. The pedicure was excellent. But my nails just look okay. The girl did a nice shaping job, but didn't clip my cuticle at all, even though I asked her and she mentioned how long they were. The color I selected was pleasing, so my nails just look okay - not Great. Also, the dip is a little wavy. read more

I was pretty upset with my nails, they were too short, uneven, lumpy and Evona (the nail tech), was too harsh and for some reason in a rush (even though there wasn't another customer.) I was very disappointed. I love E-Nails and i'm my past experiences with them I enjoyed my nails. However I do recommend this location, but I do NOT recommend Evona. read more

From the minute I walked in everyone was friendly. I filled out their "form" which is awesome! I love that you can simply check the boxes of what you want and that paper travels with you throughout the time spent in the nail salon. It is very clean with plenty of staff to accommodate the growing number of people walking in. I highly suggest you get here when they open if you are in a hurry. They seem to fill up fast. VERY clean place with great customer service. Their techs are all wonderful and great with pedicures, fills, and manicures. However, my personal favorites are Evona and Quincy for nails and then Evona or Ivy for pedicures. I just wish this place was a bit cheaper considering their pedicures run from $35-60 and their solar fills with designs end up being around $50. So, I easily spend at least $120 in there. But, if you can afford it by all means you will not be disappointed!! read more

Moved to Weatherford from Hulen Area Fort Worth. Very poor quality and customer sevice. I was left sitting there by Nicky wondering if she was done??? All she said was "Go Wash" . I had spilled over polish on my fingers . I went home and cleaned up the mess. I was expecting a clean up and maybe a little lotion and Thank youe would have been nice. I do not like giving bad reviews but I have to make an exception here. I have tried this place 4 times. I believe in giving businesses several tries before giving up on them. They have cut my finger 3 of those times. I've never walked out without seeing at least one flaw in the polish. I always have at least one nail break before I get back in. They are not friendly. They tell you to hand cash tip to ladies so you have to walk around hunting for your nail Tech after the fact. I'm done with this place. read more

Great experience, clean and quick called and made an appointment for the next hour came in for 3 manicure (one with French Tips) & pedicures paying about $90 total, not bad! We got treated to an arm and leg message from friendly staff. Same price as California but you don't get all the extras there! Great big comfy chairs and good atmosphere. I hate to give negative reviews, and I've been to E-Nails several times now over the last couple of years because it is most convenient to where we moved, but I've spent the last dime there that I will. They are way too overpriced for the experience and their customer service. I came close to not returning after the time before last but decided to give them one more shot. My visit before last was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. I had the most expensive mani pedi package with tips and acrylic nails. The pedicure was a average but she kept hitting my shin bone over and over again with the hot stone, so that wasn't pleasant. The mani, however was the worst part. The girl had such a horrible attitude it was almost shocking. When I had to adjust body in the chair she would scoff and make a face of frustration. She pulled my hand several times uncomfortably close to her so that she could be most comfortable and not move. So I was uncomfortable for the entire experience. But most importantly, she cut my finger with her tool and hurt me several times and that seemed to put Her out. The owner or manager apologized to me at the end but instead of not charging me, he told me that I need to let him know in the beginning next time that I am unhappy. With as much as I was spending that day, I was not impressed. Finally on our last visit, I spent nearly $300 on myself and my girls, and they didn't offer us drinks, and seemed to be annoyed with us more than anything. I guess the place I used before we moved has spoiled me. They treated me so kindly. I'll drive an hour back to that place before ever going here again. read more

Went in for the first time today. Clean place and nice people. Pedicure and manicure was ok. Pedicure lady cut my big toe nail at a diagonal (it was long, so plenty of space to make straight) and the manicure lady made me bleed when cutting cuticle and around my nail. read more

What says outstanding customer service more than taking care of your customer when she doesn't get the kind of nails that she wanted but they still take the time to fix them to her satisfaction! My daughter came here with her friends to spend some of her hard earned money only to get nails she hated and pay a price that was WAY more than what she was expecting! By the time she realized what she had gotten it was to late but after a phone call and a revisit to this salon they took care of her. I can't speak for everyone but $44 is a lot of money and ENails earned our business today because of the time they took to make it right. Very polite even when I was completely frustrated about the whole thing. Completely worth the money if not for the great nails but for the great service that goes with them!! The guy at the front was nice but would not let me get acrylic because dip is so much better apparently even though i said I prefer acrylic because its stronger but whatever. Then some other guy comes to take off my nails i already had on and cut me with the file like 3 times, i soak them off then a lady starts doing my nails thank god but she cut me aswell; of course. i did not like how they would just tell me what I needed instead of just doing what I like?? As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and everyone was very friendly. They got me back right away for my pedicure. When you walk in they give you a clipboard with all of their services with prices and you can check mark all that you want. That clipboard follows you around through your whole visit. You also get a free drink of your choice. They have plenty of workers to accommodate the busy rotation of customers they have. I am new to the area and was not sure where to go. After seeing a 3 star rating on yelp I was not convinced when this place was recommended by my neighbor. Cleanliness is the number one thing I consider when getting a pedicure. My experience was "good" overall. It Seemed like they were clean and sanitation was a priority. I was offered a water and sat in a massage chair that was just ok. My nail tech was thorough and seemed to take pride in her work. I was there at opening time so I did not feel like they were rushing until business starting picking up. This place definitely gets busy, which I consider a good sign. I opted for the classic pedicure with callous removal and am satisfied and would say that my feet are definitely ready for the warmer weather-and sandals! I will be back. read more

I have visited this location dozens of times during the last two years. My experiences there have been really good until the last visit. My pedicure was good, but my manicure was not. Not only did the technicians chatter constantly in their language, but my gel manicure had bubbles and globs of top coat all over my fingers. This salon is expensive. read more

I am new to the area and normally go to Fort Worth to get my nails done but I wanted to try something a little bit closer to me. I decided to take a chance and go to E Nails and like most salons the person in the front was very helpful and accommodating and sat me down right away. I don't mind waiting as it gets busy at these places. I was first greeted by my nail technician Evona and she was nice and soon after greeted by the pedicurist Anna I believe her name was. I very much liked Anna's style and she did everything at my expectation. However Evona was very pushy and seemed like she wasnt concentrating on doing my nails. She kept getting up and then while actually working on my nails she couldnt keep her eyes on what she was doing and kept looking around ALOT. I have gotten my nails done more than enough times, so I know the typical procedure and she seemed to rush through alot of the processes. I started to feel like my new full set was going to be a mess as the focus was just not there. I noticed that she did not sand down and even out my nails to make them look more natural and she definitely did not focus on the quality she was putting into them. She left them dirty looking and unfiled well and when the gel application was put on she left me there and the pedicurist had to finish her job. She even had to file down one of my thumbs that Evona had missed. Of course I looked at my nails after leaving and paying and they were extremely lumpy and I had to clean out so much of the excess glue it was ridiculous. I obviously paid $87 and tipped them both $10 but am VERY unhappy with how they turned out. I think when you pay that much for an experience you should get better quality service. I will have to go get my nails fixed by another salon and will probably never go back to E Nails. First impressions are always right. However I would go back to see Anna at the very least;) read more

i just moved to the weatherford area and have been looking for a closer place to get my nails done than where i would normally go, but wanted them done today so i just stopped at the first place i saw. there was no wait and the staff was very nice. the pedicure was great, i have a new tattoo on my ankle and the lady doing my pedicure was very gentle and made sure to watch for it, she also clipped my toenails very nicely and often made sure i was doing good and liked what she was doing. but i can't say the same for the manicure. i got the dip powder and the color is beautiful, exactly what i expected, but that's all i can say that i enjoy. first of all the manicurist seemed to be rushing through everything she was doing even though there were no customers waiting behind me. i asked for longer nails and she cut them all about the same length except for my thumb nails, which are hardly any longer than my thumbs. the nails themselves are very lumpy and are terrible quality. then when she started to grind at my cuticles, she cut nearly every finger. i complained that she was getting my skin and it hurt and she'd stop getting my skin on that finger but then do the exact some thing once she moved on to the next finger. it was a never ending cycle. i don't recommend this place, but if you are still willing to try them, i seriously do not recommend getting the dip. the photos don't show how bad the nails are but i tried to get the best ones i could. read more
