This is an update to my recent review. One of my sons recently got his braces removed and my second son had them removed today. I appreciate that Dr. E has a way to fine tune your smile once the braces come off and you can clearly see your teeth. One of my sons is now wearing a series of invisalign type retainers to achieve the final alignment. Dr. E cares as much about attaining the desired look as I do, which is reassuring. I'm 24 and never received braces as a child, which made me very insecure over my smile my entire life. I finally got a good job with great dental insurance and made it my mission to get braces on. I came to e orthodontics in august of 2020 saddened by my search for an orthodontist. I had seen multiple orthodontist who tried to charge me heinous amounts for wire braces, some around 8-9k, and kept adding additional costs and telling me I had to sign before walking out the door to receive a discount. I thought I'd never be able to afford braces and had to live this way forever. When I walked into Dr. E's office, him and his staff took amazing care of me from the start. Deann the office manager spoke with me and took the time to see what I needed. When Dr. E came in, I told him I was nervous to have braces on and wanted clear upper and lower wires. He immediately responded with "that's a waste of money no one sees your bottom teeth when you talk or smile, save yourself the money and do clear only on top". The first orthodontist to actually care about me as a customer, the first orthodontist to not add a million things I didn't need to my service. I immediately knew I was in the right place and I was not wrong. Dr. E and his staff literally made me feel like family the entire year and a half I've been seeing them. They're funny, friendly and professional and I'm constantly referring people to them every time someone tells me they're insecure with their teeth and wish they could get braces again. YOU CAN! I absolutely looked for forward to each months check up and getting my braces off today was very bittersweet because I'm one step closer to not seeing them every month.
