Thanks to Yelp, I have successfully become a convert to E+ROSE and have been to a few of their locations over the past few months, and this particular one, which is situated at the base of the 505 building just blocks from Broadway has become a go-to when I am in the area. While I am not much of a health guru type, I do enjoy a good coffee drink! My normal go to is your standard iced coffee/cold brew, but I recently discovered their specialty drinks including the What's Shakin', which is their spin on the ole shaken espressos from the chain spots...and honestly, they do it way better! While I have not varied in my orders too much, I am impressed with the drinks I have enjoyed, along with the service and preparation that goes into it as well. This space is smaller than most of their other spots, so limited seating, but most folks are in and out given its location downtown. I have bellied up the window counter a time or two before heading back outside. Nice to have the option. Overall, definitely have become a fan of E+ROSE and this location is solid when I find myself downtown!

A plant-based, vegan, wellness focused cafe. I am such a huge sucker for these types of cafes - it feels so nice not feeling like you are putting crap in your body. They have lots of carefully curated products (LMNT, Feel protein bars) that have good ingredients. I grabbed the Rainbow Wrap ($12) out of the grab and go - wow I want to remake this at home. The "goddess sauce" was some garlicky herb-y mix made with nuts and nutritional yeast. The wrap they use is seed oil free. They list all their ingredients too, woo hoo! So yummy. I also got a cold brew (a little under $6) - it was fine, a little expensive! This cafe is nice and has some seating you can enjoy your bowl or wrap or smoothie or whatever you got in. My tummy was very happy for sure :)

Thank you so much to E+Rose and Yelp for this offer. I was excited to finally try this spot. I've walked by so many times when taking my kids to the library. I was greeted quickly after walking in. The friendly employee gave me a minute to check out the menu. The What's Shakin' was delicious. It has espresso, coconut sugar, and your choice of milk. I went with cashew milk since that's not a typical coffee shop option. I love that they make their nut milks. My daughter had a Matcha Latte. She didn't love it because it was very grassy. I was fine with the flavor. It's definitely something best enjoyed by someone who drinks a lot of matcha. It was fun to see what E+Rose has to offer. I'm definitely interested in returning for food or other drinks. Hopefully they'll even expand to Franklin one day. Thank you again to Yelp for organizing this and to E+Rose for the sweet offer.

Iced dirty chai latte was good but extremely expensive.

All the other coffee shops in the immediate area were jammed so we tried this shop. The foods and drinks here certainly look extremely healthy which is not something that is easy to find in the downtown area. I wouldn't call this a coffee shop. They have coffee but I think it's more of a very healthy smoothie/snackie/coffee cafe, I guess. We tried an iced dirty chai latte here that was nice and spicy and well made but probably not worth its over $10 price tag. I'm sure the ingredients were top notch but it's hard for me to justify that expense. The snacks in the refrigerated case looked good, and very healthy, but we didn't try any during this visit. If you are looking for something healthy, and a break from the fried everything you can find everywhere else, give this place a visit.

Looking for a wellness café? E+Rose is definitely worth a stop. Whether you're in the mood for a superfood green smoothie or a specialty coffee made with house-made cashew milk, this spot has you covered. I tried the Mushroom Capp Espresso--made with organic espresso, in-house cashew milk, scratch-prepped vanilla, and their energizing mushroom blend--and it did not disappoint. Rich, smooth, and packed with a feel-good boost. Another favorite of mine is the Pro Bowl, served in a generous 32oz clear bowl and topped with a drizzle of local honey. It's refreshing, nourishing, and the perfect way to cool down and recharge on a hot summer day with all the vitamins and nutrients you'd need.

Yummmm. Such a nice morning treat especially after a night on Broadway. The space itself is a couple blocks right off of the busy streets of Broadway and extremely walkable making it easy to get to. The space itself is open and extremely inviting promoting all things wellness. I was on a mission for an açaí bowl for breakfast and E+Rose delivered. Fresh ingredients, flavorful and worth every penny. The friendly staff was the cherry on top. Thank you E+Rose providing us out of towners with a more healthy option.

Not sure how it's taken me this long to try E+ROSE, but I'm so glad I finally had the chance! I stopped in with a friend on a weekday for a few smoothie bowls, and can definitely see myself returning sometime soon. There's not much seating inside - but it makes sense since their Downtown location functions more for takeout and light snack shopping. I ordered the Hanalei Bowl, which feels like an elevated version of a classic açai bowl. I love that they layer the toppings in throughout the bowl, rather than just piling them up on top of the base. Their menu is expansive, and everything on it is made-to-order (you can literally watch them build your bowl). I look forward to stopping in again soon!

Cool spot! Really liked walking into this coffee shop, the smell hit you as soon as you walked in which is a great feeling. Had the pleasure of being invited for a Yelp event and I'm glad I was able to make it. This seems like it'll be a go to coffee spot before work or on lunch break for people in the area. Great coffee as well, I got a variety of orders and it seemed to be a hit.

Nashville Hot Kale wrap from the fridge. With fresh cucumber, zippy sauce and baked chickpeas - yum!!

Thrilled to have finally tried the E+ROSE Wellness Bodega at the 505 building downtown! Everything was clean, bright, and beautifully organized. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, offering thoughtful suggestions and even hand-delivering my coffee to where I was seated along a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning view of downtown Nashville. So nice to slow down and take in a slice of Music City life. I ordered the "What's Shakin'" signature coffee drink: iced espresso with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and their house-made organic cashew milk. They were out of the cashew milk that day so I subbed almond milk, and honestly? Still so good! Lightly sweet, perfectly spiced, and super refreshing. To eat, I grabbed the Nashville Hot Kale wrap from their refrigerated section, mainly because I couldn't resist the creativity of that combo. It was packed with green goodness: tender kale, fresh cucumber, and a zippy cashew-pumpkin seed sauce that pulled it all together. On the side there were some crispy, spicy chickpeas that gave a little nod to hot chicken skin (but make it vegan). The wrap was cut in half and very filling, so much so I saved the second half and happily ate it later while running errands. Still delicious, not soggy. If I lived or worked nearby, I'd probably be here way too often. It's such a gem of a healthy pit stop, especially when you're downtown and want something nourishing and satisfying. Parking nearby can be a bit of a splurge unless you're already in the area, but now that I know it's here, I'll definitely pop in whenever I find myself downtown. Healthy, flavorful, and fast...yes, please!

    What's Shakin iced coffee
    Kelsey Z.

They were out of their house-made cashew milk which was a big bummer, as I really wanted to try that in my coffee. The "What's Shakin" iced coffee was still very good with oat milk, but I do wish they also had a real dairy milk option. Paid parking is available within a 5 min walk of the cafe. Line moves fast and servers were very welcoming! Small indoor seating area (handful of barstools), but it is adjacent to Church Street Park where you can sit outside and enjoy your order.

This was the pick me up that my body, mind, and soul needed. I could feel myself starting to get a slight cold so I wanted to find some fruit to fuel my body. The pre-game bowl was as delicious as it was beautiful. The strawberries and peaches were so fresh. I subbed in PB (+$.50) instead of the standard almond butter and added the peaches (+$1.50). Such a perfect treat before a long travel day! I also love that they don't just keep the toppings on top, but it's along the sides so you get to have a nice mix as you make your way down the bowl. There's a few seats inside, as well as picnic tables outside if you're looking to get some work done and have a snack.

08/05/24 Monday I ordered an Iced Mocha Latte with organic cashew milk. Very unique taste, it is different. It's good. I would come back again and try other items on their menu.

They also walked me through other options and were happy to do so, which can be rare. The Cali Burger had amazing spice and the sweet potato bun was soft and delicious. Fries and buffalo wings were on point! My non-vegan colleagues originally wanted to go elsewhere but ended up devouring their options as they couldn't say "no" when they tasted the food. Now the standouts... the blueberry cheesecake was a 10/10....so good, rich, and flavorful. The potatoes with queso at the bottom were also amazing, definitely a 9/10. I ordered an iced matcha latte, which I really enjoyed it's slightly on the sweeter side, but still a 9/10 for me. My son got the animal-style burger and absolutely loved it, he gave it a 10/10. On top of the food, the staff was really kind and the customer service was great. I even had the chance to meet the owner, who was incredibly sweet. The cooks were throwing down in that kitchen! Over a couple of days I tried a few things. SZECHUAN SALAD I got the Szechuan Salad with both kale and spinach. I added tempeh bacon and extra dressing on the side. (It didn't need the extra dressing though.) This salad is SO good! I had to force myself to put the fork down and not overeat. It's a large portion so you can share or save half for another day. (When doing this I recommend getting the dressings on the side to prevent soggy greens.) All of the ingredients tasted super fresh, and that Szechuan tofu was thoroughly marinated. Deliciousness! The tempeh (and at home avocado) that I added wasn't necessary but it sure was tasty. This salad is gluten free. SZECHUAN BRUSSELS I love me some roasted brussels sprouts so it was a must to try theirs. I added jalapeños and Hot Tempeh. I have no idea what Hot Tempeh is but I wanted to try it. Best decision ever. The dish itself is amazing. 10/10! DUBAI CHOCOLATE CAKE Because I had to. It was NOT gluten free, but I risked it (I have a gluten sensitivity). BLUEBERRY PANCAKES I ordered a single pancake, gluten free for $1 extra. So fluffy and buttery. You'd never guess it was gluten free or vegan. ROASTED POTATOES Excellent preparation and seasonings. MOCK TUNA MELT Gluten free when ordered as a bowl. It was served on a bed of spinach instead of bread. I omitted the cheese and tomatoes. It was very good and the chipotle sauce had a great kick. Drinks never sat empty, food came out smoothly, and he somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over us every five minutes asking if everything was okay. My wife started with the Nashville Margue, which goes down way too easy for something packing moonshine. Light, refreshing, and carrying enough kick to remind you you're in Tennessee. Then Todd introduced us to a Bloody Mary made with a new pickle-infused vodka. Now, that sounds like one of those ideas that should either be amazing or a complete disaster. Turns out it's amazing. My wife loved it so much she's already talking about coming back tomorrow for another one. For food, we started with the pretzels and beer cheese. Simple. Warm. Soft. Salty. Exactly what you want while settling into a Nashville afternoon. Nothing fancy, just done right. Then I went all in on the mac and cheese topped with Nashville hot chicken. Yee Haw. Creamy mac and cheese. Crispy chicken. That signature Nashville heat. Comfort food with a little attitude. Just the way it should be. The best thing about The Stillery is that it knows exactly what it is. Good food. Good drinks. Good people. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just a fun place to sit down, relax, and enjoy yourself.
