The food is one word, DELICIOUS!!!! Best Deli food I've tasted in this area. I had their cranberry turkey sandwich once for lunch and it had a wonderful amount of meat on it and had the perfect ratio of cranberry to meat. I also enjoyed shared one of their 7 layer caramel bars and they were divine. The bar was like a snickers bar, but 100x better. I couldn't help but to go in to try breakfast. I got their avocado toast. It was toasted perfectly and the flavors were very balanced. I'm not usually a fan of balsamic vinegar, but the acidity was balanced perfectly amongst the cream cheese, pesto, avocado and tomatoes. The seasoning was perfect. The price is a bit more than I usually would spend, but you get what you pay for. One of my all time favorite study spots. read more

Our first visit but definitely not our last. My wife and I got a couple of sandwiches to go and they were excellent! The bread was fresh, the meats were tasty, condiments super and the added chips and dill spear was a surprise. We will be back to try the other delights very soon. It's refreshing to get great service, excellent food and a hometown feeling of what the Rupert Square is all about. When I saw that a deli was opening in Rupert, I was so hoping that it would be a good one. My wishes were granted! The sandwiches and salads are fresh and delicious. Ryan obviously cares about making things right, and when you go to the deli you feel that you're among friends. Sandwiches are great, they are a little on the expensive side though. I love that they have other items such as lotions, candles, etc that you can look at and buy while waiting for your food. I wish you got to choose the chips you get in your sandwich box but overall they are a good place to eat. read more
