My appearance didn't look different from how it was before the appointment much at all. So I went back the next day and showed Elizabeth the pictures and she agreed it wasn't the same as what I ended up with. So then her and Sandra made a plan on how to fix it right then. They were kind about it and said it would be fixed free of charge. Then within the same week Sandra was able to get me in again and correct the mistake and my hair looks just how I wanted it to. And they even gave me a bottle of the heat protectant that I was asking about. I really appreciate how professional they were in fixing a mistake and they were kind about it as well.

Before coming here, I never trusted barbers due to multiple bad haircuts but wow, Lizbeth changed my whole life and perspective on that by always being extremely attentive and diligent to my hair.
