Steve was the salesman we dealt with, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. he had an engaging personality and we felt like he was a friend who came along as a resource and advocate, not some pushy salesman. The car selection was good quality, including a few vintage cars that would be a collectors dream. After a few stressful days of car shopping in other areas, our trip to Deans was a nice country drive and we arrived impressed with the lot and building. He told me when the racks would arrive 4 days later with great precision. Only he couldn't tell me if they would arrive in the morning or evening of that day. He knew I was pressed to get the trailer and the racks were arriving on a Friday. Unfortunately the racks arrived an hour before close that Friday. The owner called me immediately and said they had arrived. I had an hour and 30 min drive to York. The owner said he would wait up for me to arrive. Now, that is service!!!
