Put two cans out for pickup, they only pickup one. It's 50/50 if they dump both containers. Decided to cancel and get another service.

They do not pick up items when scheduled. I have had a bulk pick up for 2 weeks waiting . I call dispatch they say been marked as picked up . Rewrapped 3 times because they will not touch unless wrapped in plastic. read more

The costumer service is awful. i would call for bulk pickup and each time there was an excuse why it was not done. I paid for recycling and they were not picking it up. This company is a fraud and waste of time. I will be using other resource. I call back and talk to a rep and tells me that I'm scheduled for Tuesday and Friday pickup. What is going on? Who is running this company? Way is it such a drag for people to do what they are paid for with out loop holes. WM Hardin you suck!!! read more

Customer service is just awful! If your payment is declined the service does not call you to inform you and request another payment form, they simply do not pick up your trash! Don't bother calling, they have absolutely no empathy. They are rude and they will hang up on you for raising your voice. Not yelling not cursing not being degrading simply agitated. Would not even listen to me just continue to talk over me and then just connect me. That's some terrible customer service. read more

this has to be the worst trash company ever. don't signup for paperless billing because you won't get it. they miss your stop and it's your fault even though they drove right past it. won't come and get it because it's the customers fault not theirs. I live in Radcliff where waste management is the only service they have. read more

Recycling Fraud. We put in a lot of extra effort into cleaning and recycling right. WM told me that they pick up trash and recycling in the same truck only on holiday weeks to catch up. They do it every week and charge me double than just trash pickup. This is fraud, they are telling me I'm paying for a service that they are not doing. read more

Laziest bunch of employees I've ever seen. Wont get off their butts to get out of their trucks to pick up boxes that don't fit in a can. TV boxes don't fit in the cans so we have to set them on the side/front of the can and they just move the boxes and empty the cans. Called for a bulk pick and they never showed up. Ended up taking it to the dump myself. I pay for garbage service I except my garbage to be picked up. read more

Over our initial 90 day contract, they picked up the trash about half of the weeks they were supposed. Unfortunately they recommend calling and notifying when the pickup is missed which takes over 30 minutes of wait time each missed pickup. They offer only a credit on your next billing cycle, but refuse to refund the $100 startup fee. You cannot contact a manager without first waiting on hold at the 1-800 number first. They will never actually resolve my issue where my pickup has been marked complete by their driver but was never picked up. The manager James said he would find out how that happened and call me back with a resolution, but did not. Currently my trash is stinking out on the curb in the summer heat for 21 days with no pickup. During this time I have called and scheduled a supplementary pick up each week with the customer service center with 0 successful pickups. read more

Last night I pulled my trash down my long driveway for my scheduled pickup this morning. I went to retrieve my empty container only to find it full. My neighbors trash was picked up as were the other houses in our neighborhood. I called the service number hoping they could reach out to the employees still close by. No luck. You literally cannot speak to a human being at WM. I'm not sure anyone works there. This makes two of the past three weeks that I haven't had a pickup yet of course I'm still charged the full amount each month. This company is a joke.... Holds a monopoly in Vine Grove and treats their customers worse than the garbage they don't collect. I scheduled a large item pick up and they no showed 4 days in a row even with a phone call EVERYDAY to follow up. If you can use any other service I suggest you do ... this company sucks in every way possible my whole block looks like a Christmas bomb went off because no one's boxes were collected even if you schedules ahead of time. Alright so where to start? If you decide on waste management as your service provider. DO NOT DO AUTOPAY. They raise their prices literally every billing cycle, so you have to call and tell them you won't pay the new amount. also we recently went almost 4 weeks without a trash can because we wanted ours that was damaged replaced. They picked up the damaged cab same day the request was put in. Then took almost 4 weeks and a facebook review to get a new can. They said they would credit our account due to us not having a trash can for a month. Instead they give us a credit and raise the bill to make up for giving us a credit. surprise suprise, this company has yet again to pick up trash on the scheduled service date. no call, no email notification. they ensure that they charge you in a timely manner though! on top of it, they state weather delays when there's no weather issues or the weather issue was a couple days ago (again no excuse). I've had nothing but terrible luck. debating buying a truck myself and opening a business, guarantee I could make a lot of money by actually taking care of customers unlike this company. read more

Waste Management increased the price with no notification to $78 per quarter. We had auto pay, so this was charged on our credit card before we knew the price was increased. Red River waste collection company gave us a senior discount,And we have our own can, for only $39 per quarter. It took forever to actually talk to a person on the phone at Waste Management. When I finally did after pressing zero repeatedly, I was told the $78 for the next three months could not be credited because we canceled three weeks into the quarter. So they owe us $58.95. She also said there would be a charge of $75 to pick up a can. Thank goodness we did not have a can. read more
