I live in a modular home so a wet floor is a serious problem. A quick trip back to Boerne to buy a water heater and expansion tank and all problems were solved in one afternoon. They showed me all the areas they were concerned about and then showed me all the things they did to fix the problems. They told me what to do for the next few days to avoid additional damage and mold after they went under the house to determine how far the water had spread. They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.
