They promptly refunded my money and then two weeks later, I noticed that my right front directional light was not working. I got a quote of $50 from another shop and when I brought it in to Bloomfield Auto Body, they immediately replaced the bulb, refastened my front bumper in a temporary fix until I could afford to get it properly fixed and then refused to charge me. This was human kindness and compassion to the nth degree.. and in a business context yet when those qualities seem to be lacking on a purely human level. Brought our car in after a rear end early December. Car was fixed well as far as we can tell (hence…read more2 stars for the required work that was done). Was told we would get the car back in two weeks. Car did not come back until after Christmas, in which about 100 miles were added on the odometer. The front cup holder was left with full of change (assuming for tolls) as well as an open water jug in the back seat. The back seats came back dirty as well as the cup holders in the rear center. Car is brand new and was used at their leisure during the holidays. Will not recommend or go back here. They seemed nice but using the car for 100 miles was unnecessary especially if the repair was only for body work.
