I originally came in to have a tire issue addressed. My vehicle's recommended tire pressure is 35 PSI, however the shop inflated my tire to 48 PSI after having a flat tire replaced. After leaving, the tire pressure warning light was still on and I also felt that the lug nuts had been tightened excessively. When I returned to the shop to address these concerns, staff members made me feel as though I was being dishonest about having been there, despite the fact that I have a receipt and the charge appears on my bank statement. This was extremely frustrating and inappropriate. Additionally, a mechanic told me to check the tire "with my hands" to see if it felt tight enough. I found this comment unprofessional and unsafe, as I am not a trained mechanic and should not be expected to assess wheel safety myself. After the second visit, I now feel that the tire may actually be too loose, which raises serious concerns about my safety while driving. This entire experience left me feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and worried about the condition of my vehicle. read more

I purchased a brand new set of tires for my daughter's Nissan Sentra not even a week into it. She had a gouge in the tire it could not be fixed. That's what the E-Z tires person said. Junior was called he said I need to pay for the whole tire because it's my fault it popped but then I'm again. Why am I doing business here when American tires company if they cannot fix the tire they will replace the tire it's under warranty. The tire is brand new bro anyhow, I paid him 120 for the tire in cash. I have a receipt in my van. It sucks next time I'll go to American tire company where they take responsibility to the fullest their warranty actually works !responsibility in their own hands pretty much you buy a tie here. Horrible experience with Muhammad Hassan. I saw his advertisement for 22" Chevy wheels and I messaged him asking if they are bent, cracked, damaged or leaks. He said no they are in great condition and off his Silverado. I asked if anything was wrong with them and he again said no. I told him he was 1.5 hours from me. The photo he sent of the wheels wasn't of his actual wheels. It was a photo of wheels that looked mint. Glossy and good. When I got there the wheels he had were all bent, had weld repair marks which were berry Poor, wheels were repainted and not glossy. Wasted my Time and tried to pass off wheels that appeared to been in an accident. Not just rash that was painted over but actual bends. Needed new tires asap before a long drive and found this place this morning! They have really good prices on brand new tires. They did a good job on my car and did the alignment as well. My car is driving brand new and now I will feel safer on the road with the weather change coming! If you need tires it does not hurt to get a quote at all! They might even work with your budget or give you a discount if you get all 4 new ones! This is now my go to place for tires and I will refer all friends and family here as well. Don't come here at all. They will try to scam you. I went in to check my brake pads and rotors and the worker said that I need all news ones even though I didn't... I know I just had to resurface my rotors and maybe change my brake pads. And he charged me $10 just to check 2 of my rotors... front and back. Then I Went to firestone and gave me the 100% truth. They told me that I didn't need new brake rotors and just had to resurface them. My brake pads in the front had 60% left and my rear had to be replaced. EZ tires will rip you off. read more

Fast and inexpensive! Pulled up on a Saturday, they were 3-4 cars deep already. I was skeptical because it didn't look comfortable. The office is inside the shop. I was greated within a few seconds & told it would be only 10 minutes. I thought"bullsh*t" Found the bench outside,sat and waited. Within 10 minutes I was asked to pull my car up, the owner jacked my car up and found that both back tires had nails in them. (I only came in for 1)was disappointed but he patched each tire fast af & only cost $20 total. Was so impressed I came back for a replacement tire(I popped in Tahoe)only $35 used. Went to go get a wheel alignment but you would think as the mechanics they would inspect the car properly before rushing into doing a wheel alignment.. the dude who did it kept dropping the tools and just very clumsy and did it really fast... (was impressed) but then when I started driving he car was veering to the right... took it back he did it again then at the end he noticed the tire rod was bent..... wouldn't he have seen that the first time doing the alignment? anyways, they ended up sending us to the other location and saying that the mechanic will fix it for free since we already paid... drove over there and one of the guys says the mechanic is off... now why would you send me somewhere and he's off.. so I simply asked for the money back but he said since the other dUde tightened the wheels two times they aren't gonna give us our money back.... when I said I'm recording this then ended up giving the money back..... moral of the story is they TRY TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE....
