This is my first and last time I come to this shop. few weeks ago they put new tires on my truck and when I left I felt my truck weird, when braking I felt a humming or growling noise and vibrations on the whole truck mostly on the highway so I took it to another tire shop and they told me one my left front rim was cracked and bent so me being a mechanic I took it home got the wheel off and there it was my rim cracked. I ended up going back to them but they didn't not took any responsibility making excuses saying that the tire machine couldn't have done that and probably I hit something which is false because I take good care of my truck. read more

The prices are usually very fair compared to other places nearby. It can get very busy at times (that says a lot) but they're very quick and have a lot of employees. read more

This tire shop is awesome! We had a flat tire on Easter Sunday. Called them to make sure they were open. They picked up, we headed over, parked, and someone came out right away. They took the tire off quickly, found the hole, plugged it up and got us back on the road quickly. They have plenty of guys working to make sure your job is done quick. They will take care of the work in the parking lot, and then have a lot full of tires. The guys here were quick and friendly. Although i have nothing against them and hope nothing, but the best in their business, i do personally ask that they take a little more ownership on what goes on in their establishment. (writing for Alberto J) so ill try to make it short and to the point. On Monday, my father ran over a metal Flat Plate, and his tire started to leak, thankfully it was only 3 blocks from where he lives. So my father took the tire off and put on the spare, and took the damage tire into the shop and well the in house warranty didn't cover that. So he paid $109.5 total for a new tire. she did give him a discount. Since he just purchased the tire not to long ago from them. Now he did asked for a particular brand of tire thread which she didn't not have and could order the have in the next day and both agreed to leave the tire overnight since the new shipment of tires would arrive Tuesday Moring. Come early Tuesday afternoon, my father received a call saying the tire was ready, so upon clocking off from work he got to the shop where they quickly put on the new tire on and sent him on his way. So, here we are today, The reason i feel obligated to write this review , is well... Super Tire Shop was recommended by me, and to hear "hey Your Buddy's from the tire shop messed up my Rims". Is not a good Feeling ... aha. so, now lets get to where the Tire shop refused to own up to any of the damages that happened while in their shop. I asked what they could for my father best thing was in house price on next set of tires. I do believe she missed the point where i said my family and i will no longer be doing business here. What my father was ultimately looking for was a sincere apology without them saying "well it didn't happen here maybe the products you use at home or maybe someone tried to steal your TPS sensor". IDk but it was never a Sincere apology and we asked if they could or knew of anyone who could repair the rim, and they said no. I even asked if they would like chip in for a rim Repair, and they still said no, so, i told her unfortunately i would have to do a review and here i am, hopefully the pics will explain more in details, this wasn't done by my father he takes much pride in the things he own, even if its not "High Dollar Cars" thank you. read more

There's always a lot of customers but they make the line go quicker than most places ever could due to their skilled technicians and excellent work ethic!! What I love most is that it's a family run local business that takes care of it's community and each time I have gone, I am greeted with a smile and excellent customer service by the family who are husband and wife. got my new set of 4 good year Integrity for size of 215. out the door price $320 compare to American tire for the same item for $360. Save myself $40. What's the caught ? I won't get any after service like free tire repair, replacement and tire rotations every 5000 miles. If that doesn't brother you and rather save the money for something else. I needed to replace all four tires on my car and was headed to Goodyear but a family member told me to check these guys out and right off the bat I was impressed. I called them about 45 minutes before they were closing and they said they would get me in. The location is not the greatest but I could care less if it means saving money for quality tires and supporting a locally owned business who takes pride in what they do. We used RadialTire Shop on Cottage for the front, and were charged $261.00 for two Pirelli All Season meats. Had to leave the car all day. This place is a hole-in-the-wall tire shop (if such a thing exists) but I only go here for my tire needs. The owner is super friendly and his prices are the best. He repairs tires for only $5! (cash only). It's easy to miss this place as you're driving by because he does not have a big sign and he's located in an open field next to a rustic restaurant/building. Recently, I got quoted for 2 16" tires with balancing, tax, etc. for $150 out the door! I went here recently because I had a nail in my tire. It was late so I hoped they could get me in and out without reaching deep in my pocket and attend my son's game. They made it happen for less than I was willing to pay. Wonderful prices for good, used tires. I've gone there to replace tires for my Honda Accord 94'. It's a bit weird because the first time I went, they charged me $30 and when I went in today, they charged me only $25. No complaints about the drop in price but it's a bit inconsistent. They usually have the tire you want but they try to finesse you when you come here multiple times for a tire that's 40 but quote you 45 then when you get the tire make sure that you check the tire because they will plug a hole and sell it to you without you noticing . They also have put a wrong tire size on my car without me knowing . Make sure you on your p and q's when you come here , janky people read more

Although this shop is not in a very appealing location, the guys are very professional and they do their job well. I've been here a few times for low tires because of nails and screws. They patch you up real quick, and they check all the other tires to make sure they have the proper amount of air. The best part was that I only paid a few bucks each time. Unbeatable! read more

Very happy I found this place. Just like another review stated this place is definitely a hole-in-the-wall tire shop, but the owner & employees were excellent. I blew a tire this afternoon & was completely frantic, worrying about how I would get a tire replaced late in the afternoon on the Saturday before Easter. I also, very unfortunately, had low tread on my tires anyway, so a new full set was near on the horizon. Money was also a major issue. Finding this place was such a blessing. I called in hopes of finding a cheap used tire to get me by for about a month til I could afford 4 new ones. I was quoted $20.00. That alone mended my upsetting afternoon. Then the owner asked me if I needed all new tires, to which I replied, "yes but unless it's a really good deal, I can't afford it today". Then he quoted me $290 out the door for 4 brand new tires for my mid-size SUV! I could not believe it. Before finding this tire shop I called around various shops getting quotes ranging from $340 - $685! They made me an appointment to come by and I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Went to this shop enroute to another recommended tire Shop on Yelp. I was looking to replace two 305/35/R24 tires that had been damaged due to an obstruction in the road on Bruceville and Jacinto here in Sac. Originally I was going to get 2 used tires until my ends got better, however when I inquired about new tires, I was shown some D9000s' and another brand. I asked how much and was given an EXTREMELY great price for them to include the mounting and balancing of same. Needles to say they even reduced the price by 20.00 as well. I thought this was going to be a rip off shop as it was in an area that was shady. Just goes to show how everything isn't always as it appears. BEWARE !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! this place is a rip off! i went there because i had a flat tire. they pulled a nail out of the tire and patched it up and said my tire is now fixed. I paid and went home. The next day that tire is flat. I went to go put air in it and drove back to their shop. This time they said that my tire has bubbles.. so i buy a brand new tire from them. They put the new tire on and tell me i'm good now. I then drive home on the freeway, less than 10 miles and BAM!! that new tire pops and now I'm stuck on the freeway. I called a tow truck to rescue me. At the same time i call the tire shop to tell them what happened and that I'm going to come there asap. I get home, take off the "new" tire that is now blown, and immediately go back to their shop. I get to the shop and one of the guys there who sold me that tire earlier take my blown tire and tell me, "we'll replace your tire". Now i wait. a minute or two goes by and another guy comes up and says "we can't replace your tire" because we don't give warranty. I'm like WTF!!!?? the other guy just told me i'm getting a new tire. I then get into an arguing match with these guys and ask... "where's your - NO WARRANTY sign"?? They don't respond because there is none. These guys now start to make a call... to their boss .. the owner.. They now come back to me and tell me it's my fault because my tire had a bad valve stem. I'm like WTF!!!?? now you're blaming me? HELL NO! I came to your shop to get my tires fixed because I expect you to fix my tires. And when i buy new tires from you i expect you to inspect my tires and everything with it. Don't blame me just so you have a reason to not warrant my purchase. Now, the owner is on the phone going on and on with his employee although he has no idea what's going on except what they are telling him on the phone. I asked them what are they going to do?? and they are silent. I then proceed to ask to speak to their boss on the phone. The owner then tells me that if i want a new tire, i will have to pay for a new tire. Now i'm pissed off!!! I've already went to their place 2 or 3 times over the past 2 days and they did not fix my tire issues. Moreover, i've lost money on a tow and wasted my time and money on crap from their shop. I asked the owner if he values me as a customer and he just continues to tell me, buy a new tire. I'm fed up at this point and i ask for his name and where are his "no warranty" signs at his shop. He doesn't answer me directly and then i went to get a business card and told him i'm reporting him to the business bearu. point blank this place is run by a person that doesn't respect or value their customers. they make up bogus rules and can careless because all they want is a buck. i regret ever going to this place so many times. one of the guys that work there is cool because he was going to give me a new tire free of charge and was down to earth when i spoke with him, however the other folks and the owner are trash! don't deal with this place, you'll end up spending a lot for nothing.
