I have a minty 2004 Pontiac GTO 6speed with low miles that I keep looking as good as the day it rolled off the lot. 77k original miles. I went to this shop because they were open the latest on a Sunday I was off. I was iffy when I rolled in, as they didn't use a lift they only used floor jacks and I'm very particular about where you jack my car up (most unibody cars have SPECIFIC jack points, you can't just pick any area and start pumping).. I should've followed my gut, because I now have permanent damage that will never be the same unless I go out of my way to fix it. The owner was very nice and friendly and his kids he had working were enamored with the car, but that's the only positive portion of my visit. ALL 4 wheels when taken off the car to have the tires taken off and new ones mounted, they used some whack chalk pen thing and wrote "F" and "R" on them as I was getting staggered tires (245 front 255 rear) to identify front and rear. well, after washing the car and wheels a hundred times (this happened about a year ago) the letters are STILL permanently on the wheels. That's not the worst part. On ALL FOUR TIRES they scratched the CRAP out of each rim from the tire mounter they used!! And the rear passenger tire (brand new) they mounted, they BROKE THE VALVE STEM which I didn't notice until I got home and wanted to deflate the rears a bit because they had them overinflated. Now if you try to remove the valve stem cap, air will leak out. Lastly, the wheel weights they removed from my car were the sleek hidden kind inside the wheel, the replaced them with the old kind that go on the whee lip/bead (which are probably what scratched the wheels so bad). Absolutely terrible experience I do NOT recommend you take any vehicle you care about to this establishment, as simply taking my car here for a quick tire mount and balance resulted in permanent damage to all 4 wheels that I now just get refinished and tires I now need rebalanced and re aligned. If I had to throw any shed of light on this, it would be that it was literally $60 dollars and the owner was nice. Other than that, complete garbage I'd rather spend $200 for a competent job (I'll only be going to A&A from now on, as I've gone there for the last decade with nothing but great deals on name brand sets of tires, great service, and no damage to my vehicle.) Very interesting place. I called on the phone this morning and received a quote for 2 tires that needed to be swapped for new ones. Price was good communication over the phone was too. I get there, swap them out, comes time to pay and the total was $50 more than what they told me over the phone. We argued, the owner and his colleague stood around me in a circle & as me being a Woman I naturally got very uncomfortable. In the end he still never kept his word. Just keep that in mind while doing business with these people. read more

Bad businessman, bad ownership, horrible customer service, cheap tires, though Ownership has no love ownership doesn't value your time doesn't value your gas wasted. doesn't value the fact that they lied and wasn't there at 8 AM like there suppose to. ( and he lied and said he was there at 8:05 when i was there at 7:58. 8:01. Went got coffoe came back nobody still there at 8:15. So I went to my dentist appointment and now I came back and it's 11 AM I even told the guy of the Make and model of the car that was waiting there with me and he still didn't believe me . Liars. The ownership is horrible. I asked for a measly five dollars off when it should've been $20 off. He told me no for five dollars off when it's their fault not my fault I called to make sure that you are going to be open , I live 30 minutes away and you're not there and somehow it's my fault I called this place before they closed confirmed the price and the tires and I confirmed that they'll be open at 8 AM the following morning they assured me that they will be open at 8 AM. I drove a half hour over here it's 815 and they're closed. I completely wasted my time, my gas, my effort me getting a flat tire now I have to drive a half hour across town to go to work and then I have to drive another half hour to come back to see if they're open or I will call first but the point is a lot of time wasted for nothing because they can't tell you the correct time that they will be open. To the ownership let me tell you something my time is money . Do you think you could purposely waste peoples time and gas and effort, and wear in tearing their car for free? Because you can't open your business like you said you were on the night before I even called and verified and you still weren't open So I'm hoping and praying that this honest review is gonna steer people clear from going to their business and their stupid five dollar discount that they're so cheap to give out on a freaking used tire that they got for free is gonna cost them more and more more money in the future they don't deserve your business read more

I was told by a dealership that my tire size was a smaller size then what was listed and so as I was at this place they argued with me that it's wrong when it stated clearly online that that was my size so I asked for a price match they matched them but then proceeded to charge me 30 Dollars extra when it was supposed to be 450 out the door I would not recommend this place it's a rip off and they're not true to their word. read more

I had to ask how much and the owner said, "No charge". Dumbfounded, I refused to let him go without paying him first and he reluctantly took my money. Do not come to this business I got my tires mounted with them and 4 days later my tires are flat.. I went back to see if we could figure out what the issue was, and the same guy that helped me the first time started pushing on my valve Stems until there was a constant fast leak if it was a slow leak now it was gushing out... at that point I'm pretty much stranded if I leave I'll end up on the side of the road having to call a tow truck since I don't have a spare.. he started saying he would fix the front two tires for $15 and that was with a discount..that means an additional $30 after what I had already paid for mounting.. keep in mind my tires were not leaking until after they mounted them so I guess it's one of those tricks to get you to come back and take your money.. i wasn't expecting free service I explained it to him but at least take some responsibility and cut me a break.. when I was driving off he said $10 but at that point i knew the trick was to just take what he could i ended up coming down the street to another shop.. i DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
