I have a brand new 2026 honda crv that I bought straight off of him Honda show room floor for my day. I went to this blade too look for rims BIG MISTAKE they first quoted me 2700 but said if I give him cash he would give them too me for 25, I looked at my brother abd said that's pricy so the man goes if you come back at 2 I'll put them on but you gotta leave a 200$ deposit cause they up the street and I gotta have someone go get them. I gave him 200$ and since the time was 1:90 I said let me go shop around and see if I can figure nd cheaper ones. i found some with tires included brand new for 1700$. Once I called and said i no longer needed his service and too release my deposit. All of a sudden the rims was it the shop and since they are there I need too come to him. He was not trying too release my deposit a getting mad at the other shop cause they had them for cheaper. Saying that they product is poor quality and that they tires wasn't the right size. I than stated i didn't care I want what I can afford and the product looks just like his. He than said if I come back he would price match. Me and my brother than drove all the way back there. Once there they pulled out the rims and tires and began putting them on. When finished he had me sign a paper I'm thinking is my receipt with warranty. He than hurry up and take the paper not giving me a copy and charge me 2278. I'm like wtf happened too the price match? so I told my brother and husband who was extremely upset cause after charging 2278. He kept my 200) deposit making the total 2500. once my husband seen the deposit wasn't in the bank they guy keeps hanging up. On my way driving home I hear a load noise sounding like my tires finna fall off. Do I called him he tells me take my car too a tire shop! Like wtf you mean I just paid you yall need too look at my car and you owe me money for over charging me. when asked why was I charge 2500 he say the rims was 1200 and tires 295 each. Wait a minute that ain't what your add say, plus you told me my brother and the man at the other rim shop you'll price match their price. So im coming up there he than tells me I'm not allowed up there started really disrespecting me, as I'm in firestone tires come too find out they put the tires on wrong causing the car too be unbalanced that could have caused me too wrack the manager said and some other parts where done incorrectly, they also only put 2 locks on my back rims making my front rims and tires easy too be stolen. I was devastated in tear cause I had too pay 300 too have my tires and times tooken off and placed on right. tire guys not only fucked me out my money he was rude unprofessional refused to fix anything and admit they made a mistake by telling me if I don't like the work take them too court! Needed valve stem replacement for a black regular valve stem $15. He said then 45 for the metal one. He tried convincing me the metal one matches my tire and it would look cooler. I told him no I want the cheaper one then he tried giving me a discount at $35. I still said no he installed the black one. He ended up charging me $30 when I tried paying in cash with a 20 they said no change so I had to pay with debit. Stereotypes do not make themselves up. These guys dont do good job tires bought new front tires and they installed didn't tighten the air stem valve and both tire went flat going to work damage had to miss work and pay for new tires from them. Then another time took my tires to have it flip they charge $100 to flip 2 tire inside out they Rìppe the tire wall and one was flip the wrong way came home flat both tire damage had to get new tires from them again. Horrible experience from this place. Got my g82 m4 lowered here and when I got it back had terrible bump steer. Ended up installing a bump steer kit and they said they double checked the alignment. Same thing was still happening. Turns out my alignment was way off because I got it redone at another shop also my tires went bald at 4k miles with normal driving. Whats even worse they broke all of my ride height sensors in the front and rear and never told me... I get breaking things happen but not telling your paying customer that you broke something of theirs and still charging them full price is not right. Spare yourself and go to another place! Terrible customer service. Long story short, ordered some wheels from them online. I placed the order, and they realized that their site reflected more tires than they actually had, and they could only supply 3 out of 4 wheel. They contacted me to see if I wanted to go through with the order. I did a quick google search and found what I thought was an extra tire elsewhere. I thought I'll just order the extra wheel from this other vendor. Simple solution - right? I called Tire Guys back, told them my solution and they were like okay sounds great. Turns out, Tire Guys sources stuff from essentially the same warehouse as all the other wheel distributors in the country. So these are the last 3 wheels in that color, size, and bolt pattern *in the country*. The other vendor calls me and says that they can't complete the order because there is no stock (Tire Guys sent me the last 3, so they can't send me a 4th because it just doesn't exist). I put all this together and call Tire Guys to explain it over the phone that I have to return the wheels and they should've explained things a bit better. The guy on the phone insists that they cant accept a return and there's nothing they can do about it. He said he would try to call the distributor to see what they can do. This is the last time I talked to him on the phone as they have now not been answering my calls OR emails for over a week. On their website, it says they have a CLEAR 7-day refund policy. So I decided to drive from Oakland to Sacramento (an hour and a half) to drop this off because these guys have now gone unresponsive with me. I drive all the way over on my day off to drop them off just for the guy working the desk to say that they don't process refunds but that the guy who handles their online orders doesn't work on the weekends. He said its my issue, they aren't responsible, and I need to get in contact with him. Mind you, I've been calling and emailing this guy for over a week with no response, and I just drove an hour and a half. At this moment in time, anyone with even the most basic understanding of customer service would say, "sorry for the hassle, we will get this returned and figure it out". Because of that I had to drop the wheels off on their premises *as instructed by another one of their employees*, and initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. Total sleazy move. Luckily I have all this documented and they have a refund policy clearly stated on their website. I arrived today at around 9am. When I talked to the lady at the front area, I told her that the left low beam is out again after they "repaired" it. She stated that it sounds like a harness. The mechanic came and drove the vehicle inside to look at it. Meanwhile, she proceeded to make a personal phone call stating that they are not busy today. I am writing this around 2 hours after I arrived, and I have heard nothing else from anyone hear. I just talked to a different mechanic about the situation. He stated that they had to get another bulb. He also stated that they do not let customers know this. He even asked that if I was in a hurry, he can drop the vehicle down now. This is my experience from a bit over year ago. I went in because I was looking for a specific set of rims in a chrome finish. Foose Outlaws to be exact. So we found them and I was told they'd be there in a couple days which was fine. They did ask for $100 deposit. They called me saying the rims came in. I go and they had the style of rims I wanted but in black. So I told them those aren't the ones I wanted. I wanted the chrome finish, they said they could not order them and wanted to sell me the black ones at the same price. I asked for my $100 deposit back and said it could only be used for store credit. I think that was ridiculous since it was not my fault they couldn't get me when rims they guaranteed. Sam ordered the correct offset for my Mercedes CLS, and the wheels arrived in less than a week. I was extremely impressed with that. My experience only got better after setting the appointment to come in first thing Thursday morning. They started to work on my car as they opened the shop immediately. Sam was very easy to speak with. A young man named Mike was extremely professional when it came to mounting the tires onto the wheels. So where to begin? Been looking for a shop that will install customer purchase items. I bought some Eibach Pro System Kit that includes the Dampers and Springs. A lot of the shops I called around for about a month or so couldn't do it on the weekend, their tech is only around on certain days or a tech has left the shop. Some of the quotes I received was outlandish with alignment and those were the Big Brand Names. Some were reasonable but didn't include alignment. Some shops just didn't call me back or said "oh yeah, let me get you that quote and call you back". they didn't. Then I came across Tire Guys thru Instagram. Decided to give them a DM and they replied quick. Got me the best quote with alignment and dropped by there on a HOT FRIDAY! I arrived at the installation shop at 10AM, did the paper work and Daniel started on my car immediately. Mind you this Friday was HELLA HOT, like HELL HOT, and the area he was working in has some shade, but working on my car just made it 1000% even hotter as there was no breeze and well the heat just lingers. I stayed there the entire time 10-4 as I didn't have anything better to do and well it was quite nice, just to relax and not think about work or hearing my kids and my wife's day care kids voices. It's just one of them day's where I could chill. Like really chill. Even though it was hot that day (100+ degrees that day in case you wanted to know). Anyhow, props to Daniel for working in the heat and his boss getting him some well deserved Gunther's Freeze as well as the rest of the crew! The crew Zee, Ali and forgot the manager's name (Wasif?! sorry bro!), are great hosts. Asked me constantly if I needed water or something from the Gas Station next door. Heck they can even recommend food locations all within walking distance! The installation site is going thru some interior fixing and well I didn't mind. The wheels on the wall kept me occupied as well as the down time conversations we had. They said "next time, head over to the Galleria store and relax there while we drive your car here and you can watch what is being done thru the camera's we have mounted all over the place." Total transparency. (Seriously there are cameras every where, even in the tire mounting area) These guys are honest and will give you sound advice, will give you quotes so long you ask and they will also see what can fit your budget. They won't sell you something that you can't afford. They treat your car like it's theirs as they want repeat customers. Not just for the wheels and tires tickers that are cool (they can get just about anything by the way), but for all your vehicle needs that may need tires, alignment or other services they post on YELP and on their website. Don't take my review as certified just cause I had a great experience. Go visit them at either shop and you make your own decision whether you had a great experience or not. All I can say, I did and I will come back. Again I can't stress enough. Do your research. Ask questions if you don't understand or don't know. They will give it to you soundly within their means, only if you listen. If you don't like the answers, research again. Don't assume some parts are free. My parts were not guaranteed by them cause I purchased it somewhere and they made that very clear. But the labor is. Up next for me? Purchase some brakes and rotors from them. Set of wheel & tires purchase? I am still undecided on the wheels but I am leaning towards the Viper SRT-10 Replicas or the Demon or Verde or Rohanna or...heck I just gotta visit the Galleria lol! The final installment of my three-part auto repair business saga, places me at Tire Guys. If you read the previous review, you know that I had to replace my two front tires due to uneven wear (caused by a need to have a wheel alignment). A quick "around me" search of best places for wheel alignments, led me to Tire Guys (current 4.5 star rating). Praying that my car would not require any additional services outside of the wheel alignment, I made the short trek to Tire Guys. When I arrived I was greeted by who I assume is the owner (based on his body language). I explained to him that I wasn't quite sure if I need a 2 wheel or a 4 wheel alignment. He advised me that he would have the technician take my car for a test drive and diagnose the issue. When the technician returned, he informed me that I would need a 4 wheel alignment. He also informed me that the rear driver's side tire had uneven wear (camber wear) that was throwing off the rear alignment. Therefore, at some point I would need to replace that tire (so much for no additional purchases outside of the wheel alignment). The owner of the shop quoted me $90 for a brand new replacement tire (I would eventually negotiate the price down to $85). After all was said and done, the overall damage was $145 ($60 for the 4 wheel alignment and $85 for the tire). Although I wasn't anticipating purchasing another tire, I'm glad that I was able to drive off with a great deal. A local Nissan dealership quoted me a "coupon price" of $100 for a 4 wheel alignment (only God knows how much a brand new tire would have cost me). I highly recommend Tire Guys. These guys are straight to the point, and professional (I also would like to add that I didn't feel any pressure to make the tire purchase). Although the shop isn't located in the best of areas, I think the high level of customer service and competitive prices make up for it. My 2012 now drives like a 2017...thanks Tire Guys! read more

I ordered a set of rims and tires through them which was fine they gave me some advice but ultimately I got tires and they are not low profile looking enough and I will be switching them out. That being said I want to call out the guy at the counter when I picked the rims up to take them for coating...Firstly he would not stop eating the entire time,even while handling my rims. Secondly they had placed one of my brand mew rims on display out of its box and they discarded the box and refused to give me another one so I was forced to take this beautiful new rim with no box to the coating shop. Terrible attitude the whole time and didn't even trust that the rims were in fact mine and wasn't going to let me leave with them until he called his "boss". Now lets get into the install day nightmare-So I come back a week later with the rims coated..They proceed with the install and by the finish time it was dark and they wanted to go home so they decided to NOT test drive my car and just told me its good and to not worry about the horrifically loud rubbing noise going on-told me it was bc of the new rubber! I knew this wasn't right but I had to drive an hr back home with the car seriously messed up and rubbing really really badly the whole time!! So i drive back the next day another two hrs roundtrip and in less than 5 mins they had installed two spacers on the front tires and the rubbing that had beeb taking place on the axel arm was magically gone. This should have been done right the first night!!! They made zero apologies to me whatsoever!!! I ordered and paid extra for some colored center caps for the rims which they cane with but he tried to tell me he was going to keep the original ones they came with!!! HELL NO LOL. Those are my rims and I get to keep EVERYTHING they came with. So unfortunately a lot of bullshit at this place I would not recommend them and do make sure you do your research first on these places! O and i didnt even get into how impossible it was to get the alignment done after from them also... Such bad attitudes from that guy as well. SO DISAPPOINTED bc this was supposed to be a happy special day for me and my car but it was the opposite. The only good thing they did was help me put my brake caliper covers on-i will say thnk u for that but now I know I could've just done those myself theyr simple to install. read more
