I went to this shop a few times, but I always knew not to get anymore work done than a simple alignment. Anyway, I went to them about 2 weeks ago, and when I drove away, my car still was pulling to the right a little. Unhappy but I wasn't aware that this was covered under warranty. My brother also goes to get his alignment done here and told me I could come back. today i got my alignment re-done but unbeknownst to me when you get new parts installed, it voids the warranty, im okay with that. when i arrived today, i spoke with 2 techs and they didnt seem to want to do my alignment, until after i told them i got my axles replaced. i showed them my specs from the prior appointment and they said, its good, no need to align again. i also informed them that i would like to eventually rotate my tires because my camber was uneven on all 4 corners. They did the front only and when i asked them to do all wheels. I obviously paid again so yea this place was subpar. also....car still pulls to the right. when i went to them 2 weeks ago, i had just gotten my ball joints, end links, wheel bearings replaced. so....yea. i dont recommend this place unless your car is completely stock. read more

Update since I can't reply to Usman. When I got there I was told $70 for the alignment and then got charged another $10 for the balance when I took the Camaro. How does $50 come into play? I asked about the price before had anything done to my car. Now you're saying it was $50 for the front alignment. Something doest add up lol. Also, you're lying about my truck having "mud terrain tires" because it does not. I wish I did but it does not. You seen the truck from your office maybe if you would've went outside you would've realized they were normal tires not mud tires. Was that the only excuse you could think of? And I did not complain about of the prices in the picture I uploaded because I've gone with many people who gotten their alignment their (just front) and it was much less than $80. I suggest everyone to call and see if they actually get quoted at $80. If saying I didn't complain about the prices on the picture is your only excuse then so be it. I'm shocked that a business owner would lie instead of accepting their mistake. Especially about me having "mud terrain tires". read more

Good morning, I have a trip I'm taking, and I wanted to make sure I had good tires, and since this place was not too far and open, I decided to stop in (no line). The guys that helped me out were cold, don't greet you or even make eye contact with you. They don't tell you the price unless you ask or till it's time to pay (nothing posted). The office was clean,smelled good, and they offer free WiFi (if you feel confident enough to ask the guy sitting behind the counter). I gave them 3 stars because the customer service was not all there, but the work was fast, so I was in and out. read more

Came to this shop after my car was misdiagnosed by a previous shop. Upon arrival, one of the guys came out and test drove my car with me. I was told to come back the next day for a complete diagnostic. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and my car was diagnosed and repaired in less than 8 hours. These guys installed my brakes incorrectly and now I have to get new brake pads and rotors which they replaced about a year ago. I called to talk to them about it and instead of offering to fix them for me at no charge they told me the only thing that is under warranty is the parts I still have to pay for their labor even though they installed them incorrectly. Pulled up, asked the gentleman how much for a full alignment was answered. i was told it would be $80.00. They get my truck in the air and then come tell me the full alignment will be $180.00. I told the kid that the gentleman had quoted me $80.00, so they dropped the truck . The guy came to give me my keys, and I asked why you would tell me the full alignment was $80.00 and then up me when you have my truck in the air. This place is the worst place to take in your vehicle. My car was taken in for a tire repair, and the employees happen to check the cars suspension and stated that it needs some bushings and other mechanical parts. I went ahead , and paid for it and happen to be that the car also needs a rack n pinion. The car got an alignment, and drove horrible right after I left. The place claimed they called in a tech to inspect the car, and I will say that was BS and no one ever came to check out. I took the car to another suspension shop to have it looked at. The car did not need any parts, and only needs an alignment and coil over adjustment. I came to this place to inform them about it, and they acted like they didn't know anything. They got me in and out pretty quickly which was great but I did not appreciate the bait and switch pricing strategy. I was quoted a price and then when it was all said and done they asked for another $5 per tire to dispose of the old ones. I've been on the auto parts/repair industry for over 20 years and the disposal is generally included in the quoted price. However, if it's not included I expect to be advised of that before authorizing the work. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Few days before I got my alignment done at Tires 4 Less, I got a set of four new tires on my Nissan Xterra and I really needed an alignment to be done. I chose this place after a quick check on Yelp reviews and the convenience to be near my freelance work location. This place is clean, organized and good customer service. But it is pricey; $150 for my Xterra alignment with only one month warranty. My fault: i should have asked about the estimate ahead of time, but I kept thinking the price should not be that high because the location of this place and it's competitors around it; don't be fool about these, this is place has the same price as the big corporate auto shops. I recommend this place for being fast, clean and they also give you a print out of the work they have done; but shop around for a better price. BEWARE ! : none of the workers at this auto shop wore face masks neither the 99% of the customers that showed up to get their cars serviced. I was smart enough to ware one while there. I came here to get a quote the other day and the employee there was nice. Yesterday I came in to get all 4 of my tires replaced and get tire alignment. They were finished within an hour of me bringing it into the shop. I like how when they finished with doing the tires and the alignment they printed a before and after of the measurements of the tire and the alignment (red = bad, green = good). They gave me a packaged deal which is all 4 tires with alignment. It was slightly pricier than another shop, but it is still considered cheaper than a lot of the mainstream tire shops. read more

Big fucking lies will rip you off run don't walk to get away from this place. Tried to sell me a $300 service for $1,000. Lower control arm hard to get dealer only @$400, i found it in stock and avialible every parts place i checked from $99 to $160 with lifetime warrenty. Labor @ 1.5 hours including alignment. This is about a $300 to $350 job quoted at $1,000. They will rip you off at 3 times the price. I don't know how they kept a stright face lieing to me, but i guess they do it every day. I highly recommend this place. The manager/owner is very helpful, they are very polite, very efficient, reasonably priced, and absolutely worth a try. We discovered them when my sister got a flat tire on a Saturday night, so on Sunday morning, before she left for work, she gave this place a try. They were fast and efficient, and she was very very happy. Later on the same day, she drove over a nail in elk grove, which resulted in a flat tire, on a Sunday at 6 pm. We asked the manager of Tires 4 Less for help. Within 15 minutes, there was someone there in elk grove for her, who changed her tire for her, AND brought a spare tire without being asked. The prices were affordable and reasonable at $50 for two used tires and $130 for two new tires for a Toyota 99. read more

So far the biggest scambag company I ever dealt with. Ran by 3 Indian guys who probably ran from the poorest parts of India where they used to stealing cloths off of you while you walk. Back to my story dealing with this company: I read few reviews on the company and was convinced that they're legit hardworking guys who are working for the dollar. Have to be honest reviews fooled me because they are probably obtained the same way they do everything. Most likely fake reviews because now they have much fewer amount of reviews that has been deleted by yelp. I bought 2 used tires. 1 of the tires was losing air after they put it. So I came to the place and they informed me that there's no warranty on the used tire but they give me a break 1 time and just wanted $10 for labor. I said to myself "Ok I'll take it. afterall it's used tire". They put another tire and unfortunately for me I had to go out of state for a while. On the way I get message on my dash that tire is low on air. I was really pissed and filled it up with air during the trip. One day the tire went flat and wouldn't fill up I took it to a reputable shop and they said they're not allowed by law to work on tires that old. Turns out they sold me tire manufactured in 2004!!!! I come back home. Go these scammy guys ask them to inflate my tire or fix whatever is wrong with it. They try to inflate turns out beads are worn out. (obvious for the tire of 2004!!) I ask them to change the tire and they say there's no warranty. At this point I was trying to make sense of it and said ok. Give me at least a break on another tire. He said "Ok i give you $5 discount!" I said "cmon man. At least give me half off. You sold me a dud!" he said no and I ask him to take a tire off. At which point he wanted to give me another $5... But I was so pissed and was understanding at this point that I've been taking for a ride. New tire cost at the place I took car to is $80 and they already took $45 and wanted another 35... for used tire which at the other place they say is already almost worned out. I can't believe these scambags are still allowed to do business in this country.... Edit: Forgot to mention first time I had to take car back I ask the guy to not use power tool to tighten my wheels and he disregarded my request and still used it making it almost impossible to take off the wheel later on. And also risking breaking the bolts. Edit2: I have Indian friends and I traveled to India. And I wasn't attacking Indian nation. Infact I think it has one of the smartest people. I just pointed out that you're from poor part of it where they feel ok ripping people off and that's the only thing they're good at.... I'm not going to provide u with anything and you never asked me for invoice. The tire is 2004. And so old that it couldn't even hold air. And you trying to tell me that's a good service? I started coming here about 2 years ago because sometimes you just can't afford to drop $400 on a set of new tires. Every time I've come here I've always received great / quick service. I've only had one issue where I had to come back because one of my tires still had a screw in it as soon as I left the shop. Not the one they replaced but, I asked them to look at all of them originally and they must've missed it. They pulled the screw out and plugged it at no charge and apologized. I went to this place to have the aligment to be done. Told his I replace both the struts on my 2005 Chrysler. He told me I need new camber bolts. $180 both sides. I went to my mechanicals he goes it's already changed why he want to change it again hee needs to adjust it to do alignment. This guy is a scam. He lies to customers and charge them for things needed in your vehicle. Then I took the van to another store told them what happened and he cHecked did the alignment and said nothing was wrong with camber kit only need adjustment. It alway need to be done when new struts are replaced on those vans. read more

Quick inexpensive tire shop. Got a used tire installed in about 15 min and for 30.00 it was sufficient. Could have done without the loud music at 8:30AM. But would go back if I needed a used tire. However I did notice all of the signs about not being responsible for damage to custom wheel and lugs when installing tires, this would make me think twice about taking my other car with high endocrine to have tires installed. read more
