E-Z Towing & Recovery did me right. After being hit from behind and run into divider on 101, they were out quickly. It was 110 degrees outside and i had my dogs with me. I asked the Peoria officer if my dogs could cool off in his car and was told that he didn't have AC. After a bit, the tow truck driver asked us into his cab. I was allowed to remain there until my wife arrived. Several days later, I called to arrange for pick up of personal items. All of the folks that took me into the yard were friendly and helpful. And even though I was not allowed into the yard with my personal vehicle, they did have large shopping carts to gather my items. I had an alternator failure leaving the track at 155 ave and Camelback. I was recommended E-Z Towing from a friends tow guy that was busy. I spoke to Daniel, explained I had an old Lotus and had no tow point in the front and needed a flat bed. He said no problem someone can be there in 35 minutes. Right on time, Ron showed up and then Marco a minute later. They said they do rare and high end car tows and not to worry. They both worked to get me loaded, then Marco drove my wife and I all the way across town to home. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took all my worries away. They dropped my motorcycle while loading it, the guy had no idea how to properly load a motorcycle. He damaged my bike & when I called the company to report it they refused to give me there insurance information & said I was lying about them dropping the bike, even though highway patrol was a witness as well as 2 other people clearly witnessed him dropping my bike. Got my car towed to my house. My 16 yo was driving when it broke down...so she was left alone to handle it. The unprofessional tow driver left the car damn near in the middle of the street and facing the wrong direction. When my 16 yo asked him to fix it he told her no. When I came home to see it, I called dispatch and described the issue. Greg was nice at first. 3 hours later he said he drove by and it was "acceptable" but being parked the wrong direction was a "mistake" (no sht). He said he could send someone out to fix it, but I'd have to pay again. No thx, I already have another provider on the way, I'll be sure to take that bill to them. Customer service of the "girl" who answered was non-existent. She can be described as everything but a child of god at this point and it all would be fitting. I recently had my car impounded by Goodyear PD. I was amazed when I went to pick it up a day and a half later. The friendly lady at the front desk asked for my ID and $130. I was out of there in 3 minutes. Wow! The crooks that run the city of Phoenix impound facility would have charged $300-350, and played some games with me to try to hold onto my car longer to charge me more. I know because they have done it before. Any business as honest and efficient as E-Z towing can count on having me as a lifetime customer for all related services. If your drivers don't like being on call for emergencies, they should probably find another source of income. Your driver argued with me before they even got to my car. Straight TRASH! My husband was in an hit and run on Friday evening around 6pm and they towed his motorcycle and they are only open from 8-5 pm and they are closed on the weekend so I left a voicemail on Friday evening and called them back on Monday and they are charging 190 to get the motorcycle out that does include charges for the weekend even though they are closed. I ask the lady that answered the phone why and she she replied "bc their contracts says they can do that". read more

We called late in the evening to set up a tow for our truck the next day. Dan quoted a reasonable cost, told us they would pick up at a certain time, told us they would email the receipt and text when they were picking up and delivering. Excellent service, professional, polite, on time, cost reasonable. This company is the best. We are thankful that we had the opportunity to be able to depend and trust in this company. read more

Don't let these other reviews detour you. If the staff seems blunt at times it's because it comes with the Territory, you have to thick skin in the towing industry. This company can tow anything and I mean tow anything with state of the art equipment. Very knowledgeable and very professional family owned company. And the big man in charge Tommy is a real trooper that would give you the coat off his back. Now days the Sons Dan and Greg pretty much run the day-to-day but are very knowledgeable and a class act just like their father. I would highly recommend using this company. Had my car towed in November 10th called about how id go about retrieving my personal items out of my vehicle. My insurance said wait until they can tow it to their tow yard to get my stuff out. My insurance has pictures of the inside of my car once they got it (to their trusted tow yard). My car was close to empty. None of my stuff in it. Who steals ARMY DOGTAGS?!?! Why would you do that to someone? Why would you steal a rosary?? A whole bunch of stuff is missing from jewelry to a BRAND NEW CAR JACK! But they left my new tire iron? And when I called they just tried to play the blame game. And say no they all get background checks, that doesn't mean they don't have thieves! I don't care about anything else missing besides the DOG TAGS & the ROSARY! Our boat trailer had a bearing collapse late Saturday night Feb 17 on I 10 near Buckeye. We called a local towing firm which said they would be there in 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, they hadn't arrived. We called the State Police and after quickly arriving, they called E Z Towing which arrived about 15 minutes later. Greg hauled our 26' Sailboat on the broken trailer and was super nice. They stored it for several days and then moved it to the repair place. A pleasure to deal with them. read more

I am a distressed customer of E-Z Towing & Recovery in Avondale, AZ. Although the tow itself went off without a hitch, the processing of my credit card did not. My card got charged $770.00 for a $70 tow that happened on a friday morning. It is now Monday afternoon, and my money has yet to be returned to my account. If for whatever reason someone chooses to go with this towing service please pay with cash since, they do not accept checks and will run your card right over the phone for convenience. However, I inconveniently got over-charged $700 and hope to get it back sometime this week so I can make my car-payment without a late fee. read more

Great service. We had gotten our forklift stuck while trying to remove a roadside sign. They showed up within ten minutes, pulled out the forklift, removed the sign and even swept up the dirt from the sign. If I ever need tow service again, I will not call anyone else! read more
