We stopped here during a road trip on the way back to San Diego. This location has clean restrooms, many snacks, and a variety of drinks. I was also able to locate the area where they had so many different grocery type items in drugstore supplies. I can see why travelers would want to stop here because anything you would need while on the road or at home is available at this location. The staff was customer service oriented and they smiled and asked where we were from. I did have a conversation with them and they indicated that they lived in Bakersfield. It's the closest big city. I also noticed on the map that there are many prisons in this area of the valley and so I assumed that a lot of families coming to visit their loved ones. Probably stop here. Stopped to charge our Tesla and came in to use the restrooms. The women's room looks like it's clean but smells bad. They may need to change their cleaning products to not smell like urine. My son said the men's restroom smelled like body odor and the water came out cloudy. I would skip this stop next time and go a little further down to a different stop. read more

Quality/Quantity - Easy in and out. And we left in a hurry. I felt we were in the middle of NOwhere, but then this aggressive crackhead approached me??? Where did he come from? A hitchhiker? He was shouting and mumbling to the point where I did not really understand him. So I just stared at him (and flexed, lol) until he left. Then he literally approached everyone here. He even laid down in front of a car so they could not drive off. If I was not so tired, I would have found him entertaining. Anyways, this is not our normal pit stop. My wife was sleeping, so I just kept driving until she woke up and took the next exit. When she got back from the bathroom and made sure all the other people in the parking lot were okay, I then said let's just leave. Atmosphere - See pictures. Inside was neat and organized. Decent size gas station. Plenty of pumps. EV charging stations. IHop next door, but they did not seem open or at least they did not seem to have any customers. The lights did not even seem on...? Open 24 hours. Service - Self service. I believe they had wifi, I did not double check. Price - N/A on this trip, as we decided to leave immediately. Convenient pit stop that has a few Tesla superchargers. This pit stop was not super packed when we were there. There was still parking spots and you can easily get gas without having to wait. The convenience store was really busy and you did have to wait about 6 people deep to check out. We grabbed a couple snacks and a coke icee. I haven't had an icee in a long time. It was warm out so it was perfect and refreshing. Store was small but clean, organized, and stocked. The restroom was decently clean and staff was friendly. The only downside was leaving. As I mentioned in my supercharger review... it was the most ridiculous longest single lane cattle herding line to get on the freeway. read more

Go elsewhere!!!!! Horrible service, none of the ATM readers work on the pumps and the cashiers are worthless. They'll ignore you until you really raise your voice and then won't help you get gas. They tell you that you have to pick an exact amount otherwise they can't activate the pumps. No thank you. Just about a mile up there is another station with ATM readers and friendly cashiers. read more

I stopped by this EZTRIP 8/30/25 around 2am. I used my debit card but accidentally pushed an incorrect digit for my zip code, the pump said to SEE CASHIER. I tried a second time and it's said SEE CASHIER. I tried using my credit card and it said SEE CASHIER. I went inside and explained to the clerk and he said "our gas station is designed to PREPAY ONLY, inside the store". I was exhausted but I prepaid $25 on my DEBIT card and went to put gas in car. Car only needed $23 and some change. 30 minutes after to left EZTRIP I get a email from my bank asking if I made a transaction at EXTRIP for $151... I was shocked. Logged into my account and I see that I made 2 separate transactions, 1 for $25 and another for $151. Dealt with that right away. 2 days later I check my Credit Card purchases and I see I was charged $25 at that same gas station again, and after all I prepaid using a debit card. Now I'm waiting to call their headquarters to find out who is doing this, how many people they've done this to and I feel it's an inside job! NEVER GOING TO THIS GAS STATION AGAIN!!! read more

m not one to give reviews. But instead of having co workers flirting with each other they should be focusing on giving excellent service and keeping the store clean. Yesterday i saw the maintenance person flirting with an older colleague the one with long black hair outside while she was doing something to the pumps . Im all for love, But in my eyes that is unprofessional and unpleasant to see. If i go somewhere i expect quality service! I thought i pulled up to a gas station not love corral. Its never good to have to colleagues dating working with each other it does not end well (speaking from experience). I hope my review helps in keeping the store running smoothly. read more

I'm a woman working overnight and I'm incredibly glad I found this location. Cool inside during the summer and warm during the winters. I feel safe here. Kennary has become a friendly face I always looking forward to seeing. Chase is friendly and goes above and beyond with customer service along with Nathan and Martin are courteous and funny and always willing to warm up a new bag of nacho cheese or sandwiches if the warmers are out which is rare. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Store is quintessential and fully stocked. Fresh coffee always available. They always have the newest snacks and treats too! read more

I went there to get gas during a road trip with my kids and a employee was wiping down the gas pumps while listening to explicit music blasting. I asked him why he is forcing everyone to listen to his music and he just gave me a dirty look and ignored me. The music was terrible (so much vulgar lyrics)and my young daughters had no choice but to listen. read more

The store is good but the employees, especially the supervisor Glenda, she calls people who do not speak or understand English stupid, she mistreats people but no one knows where to file a complaint. If You Are an Owner Operator, this is the best place to get fuel , I've been saving like $500 dollars a month when fueling here; I run the Tracy-Riverside-Tracy route and the place it's very convenient for me cause I run the I-5, the only issue it's that the place is too small if you want to take a break or get some food. read more

Terrible customer service and overpriced!! I paid $3.25 per gallon for regular gas paying cash on May 22, 2020! And 3 miles down the road at the TA gas station it was $2.35 per gallon cash the same day!! What's worse there were seven or eight people in the store crammed in line with only one cash register open and when I walked up to the register and asked another girl to open up another cash register she was curt and Short and then as soon as she Opened the cash register the first cash register closed!!! And of course.... By then there was already another second line in front of the new open register!!! To pay a dollar a gallon more per gas or piss poor customer service is outrageous! Never again! read more
