Visited Jerry's for an interior leak. They were able to fix it in one try. Efficient and very affordable. Glad I found them (on Nextdoor).

We never had to bring a vehicle back after a repair to fix it again. I had always done my own repairs starting in the 1960s! I am too old to continue so I selected Kennth's as they have been in business for decades in the same location with great reviews. We also had one vehicle in the body repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the windshield and hood. This repair cannot been detected from the rest of the vehicle. I is very hard to match White pearl paint and they did it. The waiting area is clean with drinks and snacks for customers!

I love to clean and keep piece that came in and with MY VEHICLES in its original place. But everything was stolen from the trunk of my suv. I take pride in leaving my shit looking just the way that i bought it. Once they got their filthy hands on it. i might as well had just let them have it. by the time after half a year of them having my vehicle and i got it back finally from them. they had stolen everything. yes, everything that would come up out of my vehicle. how is this not an invasion?! fucking thieves. i pray that they get everything bad that could happen to a business to happen to them!!!! Had I known they had thieves working for them I would have just had it taken to my original carlot. I regret knowing about this place and having been talked into having my vehicle sent here. I pray that this place gets EVERYTHING horrible that could happen to a busibess to happen. They purposely stole from me but still took my money when finally giving me my vehicle back, knowing all my belonging and car pieces were taken BY THEM. I pray nothing but bad things on this place. Just as they stole from me. I pray this business eventually goes out of business and that they struggle just as they hurt already struggling people who works hard for their stuff!!!!

I noticed that they were closing soon so I called and asked if I could leave my vehicle there overnight, no problem. The next day, I showed up when they opened at 7am and was greeted by an extremely friendly employee. The guy told me that they'd examine all the pulleys as well, and my mind immediately went to "oh, here we go." I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that it was just the belt. They could have taken me to the cleaners with unnecessary repairs, especially as I was a fairly long way from home and had to get the work done, I respect honesty and they were 100% honest. Added on top of that, they have coupons on their website and honored them even though I hadn't made an appointment. West Lake Auto definitely earned a customer, I generally like to do my own work, but on things that are out of my realm, I'll definitely be coming back to West Lake!

During that time, I repeatedly brought my concerns to management, including Jeshua and the owner, Tim, but nothing was properly addressed. Instead, both myself and another service writer, Chace, were ultimately terminated. What makes this even more concerning is the unethical business practices I personally witnessed while employed there, including customers and companies being charged for work that was either not performed, incomplete, or not properly done. Customers deserve honesty, quality work, and transparency when trusting a shop with their vehicles. I am sharing this so customers can make informed decisions and understand the type of treatment employees and customers may experience. There is much more that could be said regarding the management and practices of this business. I have more to share for customers to know what goes behind the scenes before trusting this business.
