He helped me figure out that it could be a recall on my truck and after contacting Ford and the dealership was able to have the over $3000 worth of work done for free. Therefore even as a cost of not getting the job he was very honest and helpful. If I have any other problems with my three vehicles I will definitely go back to the shop.
