So now I'm ok with purchasing 2 new tires, but they wouldn't price match what I paid 4 1/2 months ago. I called customer service and was told it will take 3 to 5 business days to get a response from someone. The mgr at the store suggested I go back to the Firestone where I purchased which is 40 miles away. Why go through all that when it's the same company name. Definitely will be going to discount tires for all my tire needs. I called discount tires and they offered to replace the 2 tires at the price I purchased them at Firestone for, because they felt bad for me and what I'm going through with Firestone.

My only complaint is they get so busy they can't get your car in right away. And one last thing. One evening they had a part come in late and were willing to stay at night and fix it for no extra charge!
